Study on the Effects of Nursing on the Prevention and Management of Aspiration in ICU Mechanical Ventilation Patients Based on Evidence-Based Best EvidenceAbstract:Objective:To explore the effectiveness of nursing on the prevention and management of ICU patients based on evidence-based evidence.Methods:A total of 166 patients undergoing mechanical ventilation admitted in ICU of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University from April 2022 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=83)and control group(n=83).The control group was given the basic nursing,while the study group was given the nursing on the prevention and management of aspiration in icu mechanical ventilation patients based on evidence-based best evidence.The incidence of aspiration during treatment was compared between the two groups,while comparing the blood gas index and comfort before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the incidence of aspiration in the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood gas index and comfort in the study group were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing based on evidence-based best evidence can significantly reduce the incidence of aspiration in mechanically ventilated patients in ICU,and is important to improve blood gas index and comfort.
Application Study of Short-Term Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Assisted with Sertraline in the Treatment of Generalized Anxiety DisorderAbstract:Objective:To observe the application effects of short-term cognitive-behavioral therapy assisted with sertraline in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder(GAD).Methods:A total of 115 GAD patients admitted to the Zhumadian Second People's Hospital of from June 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into a drug group(57 cases)and a combination group(58 cases)using computer randomization.The drug group was treated with sertraline,while the combination group was treated with short-term cognitive-behavioral therapy assisted with sertraline.Follow up for one year after treatment,the anxiety symptoms,neuroendocrine levels,and body functions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:Under different treatment regimens,anxiety score and trait anxiety score in the State Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI)scores of the combination group were lower than those of the drug group at 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the combination group had higher scores of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and dopamine(DA)than the drug group,with lower scores of adrenocortical hormone(ACTH)and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)than the drug group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the social function and occupational function and psychological function in the global assessment of functioning scale(GAF)of the combination group showed higher scores than those of the drug group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Short term cognitive-behavioral therapy assisted with sertraline can improve anxiety symptoms and neuroendocrine function in patients with GAD,and has a positive significance in promoting the recovery of body function.
Evaluation of Health Education Outcomes Guided by Health Empowerment Theory during the Postoperative Rehabilitation Period for Patients with Anterior Cruciate Ligament InjuriesAbstract:Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of health education guided by the Health Empowerment Theory during the postoperative rehabilitation period for patients with anterior cruciate ligament deficiency(ACLD)injuries.Methods:A total of 70 patients in the postoperative recovery phase following ACLD surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University between May 2022 and March 2024 were selected as study subjects.Using a random number table method,they were divided into Group A and Group B,with 35 patients in each group.Group A received conventional nursing care,while Group B received health education guided by the health empowerment theory in addition to the care provided to Group A.The post-intervention recovery outcomes[Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,time to first ambulation,length of hospital stay],knee function scores on the day of discharge,rate of excellent health behaviors,nursing satisfaction,and recurrence rate at 6 months postoperatively of the two patient groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the VAS scores,time to first ambulation,and length of hospital stay were lower in Group B than in Group A,with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).On the day of discharge,the muscle strength,pain,functional capacity,and stability scores in Group B were higher than those in Group A,with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).The health behavior excellence rate and the nursing satisfaction rate in Group B was higher than that in Group A,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The recurrence rate at 6 months post-surgery in Group B was lower than that in Group A,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education guided by the Health Empowerment Theory during the postoperative rehabilitation period for ACLD patients can enhance health behavior levels,improve rehabilitation outcomes,promote knee joint function recovery,increase nursing satisfaction,and reduce the recurrence rate at 6 months post-surgery.
Application Value of Neuroform Atlas Stent in Interventional Embolization of Intracranial AneurysmsAbstract:Objective:Observe the application effect of Neuroform Atlas stent in interventional embolization of intracranial aneurysms.Methods:Through double-blind sampling,90 patients with intracranial aneurysms admitted to Shangqiu Municipal Hospital from January 2023to July 2024 were selected.A computer-generated random sequence was used and assigned to a control group(45 cases)and an auxiliary group(45 cases).The control group received conventional interventional embolization treatment,while the auxiliary group received Neuroform Atlas stent assisted interventional embolization treatment.After one year of follow-up,the tumor embolization status,Brain blood flow parameters,postoperative complications,and prognosis of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:Under different treatment plans,the immediate postoperative angiography showed a higher complete occlusion rate in the auxiliary group compared to the conventional group,while the complete opacification rate was lower in the auxiliary group,with both differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).The auxiliary group exhibited lower whole blood high-shear viscosity and whole blood low-shear viscosity than the conventional group,along with higher central artery mean velocity(Vm)and arterial peak velocity(Vp),all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).During follow-up,the complication rate in the auxiliary group was lower than that in the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).By the end of follow-up,the Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS)score was higher in the auxiliary group,while the modified Rankin Scale(mRs)score was lower,with both differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neuroform Atlas stent assisted interventional embolization can improve the embolization effect of intracranial aneurysms in patients,improve cerebral blood flow,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and improve prognosis of patients.
Effectiveness of Partial Splenic Embolization in Traumatic Splenic Rupture and Its Impact on Bleeding VolumeAbstract:Objective:To explore the effectiveness of partial splenic embolization in traumatic splenic rupture and its impact on bleeding volume.Methods:A total of 70 patients with traumatic splenic rupture admitted to Guixi People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2024 were divided into a control group and a study group by lottery,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given open total splenectomy,while the study group was given partial splenic embolization.Both groups of patients were observed until discharge.The clinical efficacy after surgery,perioperative related indicators,T lymphocyte levels at 2 and 4 weeks after surgery,and complications during the study period were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the perioperative related indicators were all better than those of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).At 4 weeks postoperatively,peripheral blood CD4+and CD4+/CD8+ratios in both groups increased compared to 2 weeks postoperatively,and the study group showed higher levels than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of splenic artery interventional embolization is relatively good.It can shorten the postoperative recovery time,reduce the amount of bleeding,and has a relatively small impact on immune function and high safety.
Clinical Observation of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Rat Nerve Growth Factor in the Treatment of Acute Spinal Cord InjuryAbstract:Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with mouse nerve growth factor in patients with acute spinal cord injury(ASCI).Methods:A total of 90 ASCI patients admitted to Henan Luoyang Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital from July 2021 to August 2023 were divided into a study group(45 cases)and a control group(45 cases)using a random number table.All patients received conventional treatments such as spinal canal decompression within 72 hours after injury.The control group was treated with mNGF on the basis of conventional therapy,while the study group was given additional Buyang Huanwu Decoction.The therapeutic efficacy,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,spinal nerve function scores,Activity of Daily Living(ADL)scores,Barthel Index(BI)scores for independent living ability,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the scores of primary and secondary TCM syndromes in the study group were lower,while the scores of sensory function,motor function,ADL,and BI were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as pulmonary infection,urinary tract infection,and gastrointestinal reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:ASCI patients treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with mouse nerve growth factor achieved significant results,promoting recovery of spinal cord nerve function,enhancing sensory and motor capabilities,effectively alleviating clinical symptoms,and improving patients' prognosis and functional capacity.
The Clinical Application Value and Mechanism Research of Nutritional Enhancement Strategies in the Combined Treatment of Locally Advanced and Advanced Gastric Cancer with Oxaliplatin and Tegafur-UracilAbstract:Objective:Exploring the clinical application value and mechanism of nutritional enhancement strategies in the combined treatment(SOX regimen)of oxaliplatin and tegafur-uracil for locally advanced and advanced gastric cancer.Methods:Selecting 80 patients with advanced and terminal gastric cancer admitted to Anyang Cancer Hospital from October 2020 to March 2024 who were randomly divided into nutritional group(n=40)and conventional group(n=40).The conventional group received conventional chemotherapy intervention,and the nutritional group received nutritional fortification strategy intervention on the basis of the conventional group.The general information,nutritional indexes,nutritional status and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results:After 2 months of intervention,the levels of serum prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB)and hemoglobin(HB)in the nutritional group were higher than that in the conventional group,the Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA)score of the nutrition group was lower than that of the conventional group,the scores of emotional function,cognitive function,physical function,role function and social function of the nutritional group were higher than that in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nutritional enhancement strategies in the combined treatment of advanced and locally advanced gastric cancer with oxaliplatin and tegafur-gimeracil-oteracil potassium can significantly improve the nutritional status and quality of life of patients.
Multi-departmental Collaboration Centered on Project Management Enhances the Patient Experience for Breast Cancer PatientsAbstract:Objective:To study the role of project management in promoting multisectoral collaboration to improve the healthcare experience for breast cancer patients.Methods:A total of 140 breast cancer patients treated at the Breast Disease Center outpatient clinic,day treatment center,and inpatient department of Mianyang Central Hospital during the second quarter(April-June)and third quarter(July-September)of 2022 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly assigned to a control group and an intervention group,with 70 patients in each group.The control group received conventional medical management,while the intervention group specifically implemented a multidisciplinary collaboration strategy centered on project management.This approach aimed to optimize treatment plans and reduce treatment-related side effects through close coordination among a cross-disciplinary team of specialists.Results:Outpatient waiting times were significantly reduced in the intervention group,and both outpatient and inpatient satisfaction levels showed marked improvement,with all differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:A project management-driven collaboration model has effectively reduced patient wait times by optimizing resource allocation,thereby enhancing diagnostic and treatment efficiency and patient satisfaction,significantly improving the overall healthcare experience.
Observation of the Efficacy of Camrelizumab Combined with Apatinib in the Treatment of Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Its Impact on Survival OutcomesAbstract:Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of the combined application of camrelizumab and apatinib in advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and its impact on survival outcomes.Methods:A total of 80 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma treated at Kaifeng Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to July 2024 were enrolled as study subjects.Patients were grouped based on treatment regimens,the control group(n=43)receiving apatinib,and the observation group(n=37)receiving apatinib plus camrelizumab.Clinical efficacy,survival outcomes,serum tumor marker levels,and adverse reaction incidence were compared between the two groups.Results:The 18-month and 24-month survival rates in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of Alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination therapy with camrelizumab and apatinib in the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma demonstrates significant efficacy,effectively improving long-term survival outcomes for patients.It markedly reduces serum tumor marker levels and exhibits a high degree of treatment safety.
The Effect of Integrated Medical-Nursing Care Combined with Relaxation Training-Based Psychological Intervention on Negative Emotions and Postoperative Recovery in Patients with Biliary Pancreatitis Undergoing ERCPAbstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of integrated medical care and relaxation training psychological intervention in biliary pancreatitis patients with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods:A total of 92 patients with ERCP admitted to Nanyang First People's Hospital during the period of August 2021 to December 2023 were taken as the objects.All selected patients were assigned to control group and observation group(46 cases each)with random numerical table.The patients of control group were provided with routine care,and the patients of observation group implemented integrated medical care and relaxation training psychological intervention.The adverse mood,postoperative recovery indexes,postoperative complications,and quality of life in both groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,postoperative recovery indicators,and quality of life status in the observation group were all superior to those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.001).The observation group had fewer complications than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated medical care and relaxation training psychological intervention for patients with ERCP can effectively reduce adverse mood,accelerate postop erative rehabilitation,reduce the risk of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life.
Analysis of the Effectiveness of STE in Assessing Left Atrial Function in Heart Transplant Patients PostoperativelyAbstract:Objective:To investigate the efficacy of speckle tracking echocardiography(STE)in assessing short-and long-term left atrial function in heart transplant(HT)patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent HT at Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital between January 2020 and December 2022 and completed follow-up were selected as the experimental group.Fifty healthy individuals who voluntarily participated in the study during the same period were selected as the control group.Echocardiograms of patients in the experimental group were analyzed at 1,6,12,and 24 months post-surgery.It measured left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),interventricular septal thickness(IVST),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT),left atrial anteroposterior diameter(LAD),tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion(TAPSE),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and ratio of early diastolic blood flow velocity(E wave)and late peak blood flow velocity(A wave)(E/A)and E wave and early diastolic mitral annular motion velocity(e wave)(E/e).Left atrial maximum volume(LAVmax),pre-atrial contraction volume(LAVp),and minimum volume(LAVmin)were obtained,and total emptying fraction(LAtEF),passive emptying fraction(LApEF),and active emptying fraction(LAaEF)were calculated.Additionally,the mitral valve orifice diastolic E wave and A wave,e wave,peak left atrial strain during ventricular systole(LAS-S),left atrial strain during atrial contraction(LAS-A),mean peak systolic strain rate(mSRs),mean peak early diastolic strain rate(mSRe),and mean peak late diastolic strain rate(mSRa)were acquired.Results:Compared with the control group,the experimental group exhibited significantly higher LAD levels at 1,6,12,and 24 months postoperatively,significantly lower LVEDD levels at 1,6,and 24 months postoperatively,and significantly higher I VST,LVPWT,mSRs,and mSRe levels at 1,6,and 12 months postoperatively,LVEF,TAPSE,LAS-S,LAS-A,mSRa,LAtEF,LApEF,and LAaEF levels were significantly lower at 1,6,12,and 24 months postoperatively,while LAVmax,LAVmin,and LAVp levels were significantly higher at these time points,with all differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:STE demonstrates certain value in evaluating both short-and long-term left atrial function in patients with HT following surgery,with left atrial function recovering over time postoperatively.
Analysis of the Six-Year Trend and Influencing Factors of Chronic Disease Prevention Literacy among Women in Fujian ProvinceAbstract:Objective:To assess the six-year trend and influencing factors of chronic disease prevention and control literacy among women in Fujian Province,and to provide data and strategic guidance for health education.Methods:A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to survey 9 504 female residents aged 15 to 69 in Fujian Province using the National Health Literacy Monitoring Survey Questionnaire.Data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0.Results:There was a significant increase in the literacy of chronic disease prevention and control among women in Fujian Province,with the average literacy increasing from 11.81%to 26.04%,at an annual growth rate of 17.13%.Urban literacy increased from 20.25%to 31.41%,and rural literacy increased from 6.14%to 23.72%.Literacy among women aged 15 to 24 was higher than that among those aged 65 to 69(P<0.05),and there was a positive correlation between educational level and literacy(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that urban and rural areas,educational level,occupation,and annual income are the main influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is recommended to carry out more targeted health skills and chronic disease prevention education activities for women in rural areas,the elderly,those with lower educational levels,and low-income groups with lower literacy.
Analysis of Neurotransmitter Levels and Therapeutic Efficacy in Elderly Alzheimer's Disease Patients Treated with Nimodipine Combined with Memantine HydrochlorideAbstract:Objective:To analyze the effects of nimodipine combined with memantine hydrochloride on neurotransmitter levels and therapeutic efficacy in elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods:Using random allocation,153 elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were divided into a control group(n=51),an observation group(n=51),and a placebo group(n=51).The control group received nimodipine,the observation group received nimodipine plus memantine hydrochloride,and the placebo group received candies equivalent in weight to the control group's medication.Clinical efficacy,neurotransmitter levels,pathological behaviors,functional abilities,and adverse reactions were compared among the study subjects.Results:The differences in scores for calculation ability,orientation,recall ability,memory,and language ability among the three groups of subjects at 6 months post-treatment were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Within the same group,there were no statistically significant differences in scores across dimensions at 6 months post-treatment compared to post-treatment scores(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in acetylcholine(Ach),serotonin(5-HT),and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)levels among the three groups(P>0.05).Post-treatment,the levels of these indicators followed the order:observation group>control group>placebo group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Both the control group and observation group showed higher levels post-treatment compared to pre-treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in BEHAVE-AD scores or ADL scores among the three groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the BEHAVE-AD scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while ADL scores were higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The BEHAVE-AD scores in both the observation group and the control group after treatment were lower than pre-treatment levels,while ADL scores were higher than pre-treatment levels,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment among the three groups showed no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared to monotherapy,the combination treatment of nimodipine and memantine hydrochloride for AD patients did not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.It demonstrated favorable long-term efficacy,improving neurotransmitter levels,pathological behaviors,and quality of life.
Study on the Intervention Effects of Multidisciplinary Teamwork Palliative Care on Psychological Status,Quality of Life,and End-of-Life Care Quality in Patients with Advanced Lung CancerAbstract:Objective:To explore the role of multidisciplinary team-based palliative care in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:A total of 94 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to Zhumadian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between July 2021 and July 2023 were divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table method,with 47 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group was given MDT collaborative palliative care.Mental health status,cancer-related fatigue,quality of life,end-of-life care quality,and hospitalization-related indicators were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing intervention,the scores of the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)and Piper Fatigue Scale(PFS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The observation group showed significantly higher scores in all dimensions of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)and end-of-life care quality compared with the control group(P<0.001).Additionally,the observation group had a shorter hospitalization duration and lower hospitalization costs than the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Multidisciplinary team-based palliative care can alleviate negative emotions in patients with advanced lung cancer,reduce their levels of cancer-related fatigue,promote improvements in quality of life,and thereby enhance the quality of end-oof-life care.
Exploration of the Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on AMI Patients after Emergency PCIAbstract:Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:From 2022 to 2024,for AMI patients undergoing emergency PCI at Luoyang Hospital,Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,stratified block randomization was used.Patients were stratified by age,gender,and underlying diseases,then randomly assigned to the trial group and the control group,with 40 cases in each.The control group received standard care,while the trial group received early rehabilitation nursing.Postoperative complications,cardiac function,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the complication rates,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),quality of life,and satisfaction were better in the exerimental group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing helps reduce postoperative complications,improve cardiac function,and enhance quality of life and nursing satisfaction in AMI patients after emergency PCI.
Discussion on the Value of Continuous Nursing Model Based on"Internet+"in Improving the Treatment Effect and Rehabilitation Effect of COPD PatientsAbstract:Objective:To explore the value of the continuous nursing model based on"Internet+"in improving the treatment effect and rehabilitation effect of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 117 COPD patients admitted to Henan Chest Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were divided into the routine group(n=58)and the Internet+group(n=59)by random number table method.The routine group were given routine nursing intervention,and the Internet+group were given the"Internet+"-based continuous nursing model intervention.The compliance score,St.George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)score,self-efficacy score,chronic disease management evaluation scale score and 6-month readmission were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the compliance score,SGRQ score,self-efficacy score,and chronic disease management evaluation scale of the Internet+group were better than the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The readmission rate within 6 months and non-admission rate of the Internet+group were lower than the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuous nursing model based on"Internet+"can improve the recognition of chronic disease management level of COPD patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the readmission rate.
Combined Application of Arsenic Trioxide,Mercury Chloride,and Bufotenin:Theoretical Foundations in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Advances in Modern Pharmaceutical ResearchAbstract:Arsenic trioxide,mercury chloride,and toad venom are traditional Chinese medicines with a long history of application.Possessing potent toxicity,there are historical records of their combined use in folk anti-tumor treatments.It analyzes the foundational principles of their combined application in traditional Chinese medicine and reviews modern pharmacological research on these three substances,particularly the application of arsenic trioxide in treating acute promyelocytic leukemia and its toxic side effects.Additionally,the potential value of light powder and toad venom in the field of antitumor therapy was explored.To address drug toxicity,it was proposed that enhancing drug purity and targeting,strictly controlling dosage and indications,strengthening patient monitoring and follow-up,and exploring new combination therapy regimens could improve drug safety and broaden their clinical application scope.In the future,it can integrate the holistic principles of traditional Chinese medicine with the precision medicine concepts of Western medicine to further explore new models and approaches for the combined use of these three drugs in integrated Chinese and Western medical treatments,thereby enhancing their safety and efficacy in clinical applications.This paper systematically analyzes the theoretical foundations of traditional Chinese medicine for the combined use of arsenic trioxide,mercury chloride,and toad venom,and reviews advances in modern pharmaceutical research,aiming to provide reference for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine research.
The Impact of the Combined Application of Detailed Nursing and Multimodal Thermal Insulation on Patients Undergoing Total Laparoscopic HysterectomyAbstract:Objective:To explore the impact of detailed nursing in operating room combined with multimodal thermal insulation on temperature and recovery from anesthesia in patients undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods:During the period of January 2023 to March 2024,a total of 80 cases who underwent total laparoscopic hysterectomy in Zhoukou Central Hospital were selected as the subjects.All selected patients were randomly assigned to control group(n=40 cases)and observation group(n=40 cases).Routine operating room nursing intervention was performed in the control group,and the observation group conducted detailed operating room nursing combined with multimodal thermal insulation intervention.The comparisons were performed on temperature changes,clinical indicators,psychological state,and living quality in both groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the temperature changes and clinical indicators at 1h during the operation in the observation group was better,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group expressed lower psychological state score scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the living quality score of the observation group showed higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Detailed operating room nursing combined with multimodal thermal insulation intervention can improve the surgical indicators of patients with total laparoscopic hysterectomy,maintain the stable temperature of patients,accelerate the time of anesthesia resuscitation,improve the psychological state and living quality of patients.
Effect of Modified Preoperative Intestinal Preparation on Gastrointestinal Function and Electrolyte Level in Patients Undergoing Total Laparoscopic HysterectomyAbstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of modified intestinal preparation in patients undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy(TLH).Methods:A total of 60 patients with TLH who admitted in Luohe Central Hospital from January 2023 to April 2023 were regarded as the objects.All selected cases were randomly assigned to control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The patients of control group performed routine preoperative intestinal preparation,and the patients of observation group underwent modified preoperative intestinal preparation.The effect of bowel preparation,gastrointestinal function,electrolyte levels,incidence of adverse reactions,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The effect of bowel preparation,recovery of gastrointestinal function,electrolyte levels,and nursing satisfaction were better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified preoperative intestinal preparation has a good intestinal preparation effect in TLH patients,which is conducive to promoting the early recoveiy of postoperative gastrointestinal function,reducing the fluctuation of electrolyte levels,stabilizing the body state,reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions,and achieving high nursing satisfaction of patients.
Application of Optimized Nursing Management Models in Early Enteral Nutrition Support Interventions for Patients with Cerebral InfarctionAbstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of optimizing nursing management mode in early enteral nutrition support intervention for patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 100 stroke patients admitted to Nanjing First Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected.Fifty stroke patients who underwent routine enteral nutrition infusion from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the control group in order of admission,and another 50 stroke patients who underwent optimized nursing management mode and enteral nutrition infusion from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the experimental group.The nutritional indicators,neurological recovery,and quality of life of the two patient groups were compared.Results:After nursing intervention,the levels of various nutritional indicators,Barthel index(BI)scores,and quality of life scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The National Institutes of Healthy Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimizing early enteral nutrition support interventions within nursing management models can significantly improve the nutritional status of stroke patients,promote their neurological recovery,and thereby enhance their quality of life.
