Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of optimizing nursing management mode in early enteral nutrition support intervention for patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 100 stroke patients admitted to Nanjing First Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected.Fifty stroke patients who underwent routine enteral nutrition infusion from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the control group in order of admission, and another 50 stroke patients who underwent optimized nursing management mode and enteral nutrition infusion from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the experimental group. The nutritional indicators, neurological recovery, and quality of life of the two patient groups were compared. Results:After nursing intervention, the levels of various nutritional indicators,Barthel index(BI)scores, and quality of life scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The National Institutes of Healthy Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimizing early enteral nutrition support interventions within nursing management models can significantly improve the nutritional status of stroke patients, promote their neurological recovery, and thereby enhance their quality of life.
