The Effect of Integrated Medical-Nursing Care Combined with Relaxation Training-Based Psychological Intervention on Negative Emotions and Postoperative Recovery in Patients with Biliary Pancreatitis Undergoing ERCP

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of integrated medical care and relaxation training psychological intervention in biliary pancreatitis patients with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods:A total of 92 patients with ERCP admitted to Nanyang First People's Hospital during the period of August 2021 to December 2023 were taken as the objects.All selected patients were assigned to control group and observation group(46 cases each)with random numerical table.The patients of control group were provided with routine care,and the patients of observation group implemented integrated medical care and relaxation training psychological intervention.The adverse mood,postoperative recovery indexes,postoperative complications,and quality of life in both groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,postoperative recovery indicators,and quality of life status in the observation group were all superior to those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.001).The observation group had fewer complications than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated medical care and relaxation training psychological intervention for patients with ERCP can effectively reduce adverse mood,accelerate postop erative rehabilitation,reduce the risk of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life.
