Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:From 2022 to 2024,for AMI patients undergoing emergency PCI at Luoyang Hospital,Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, stratified block randomization was used.Patients were stratified by age, gender, and underlying diseases, then randomly assigned to the trial group and the control group, with 40 cases in each. The control group received standard care, while the trial group received early rehabilitation nursing.Postoperative complications, cardiac function, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results:Compared with the control group, the complication rates, left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),quality of life, and satisfaction were better in the exerimental group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing helps reduce postoperative complications, improve cardiac function, and enhance quality of life and nursing satisfaction in AMI patients after emergency PCI.
