Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of modified intestinal preparation in patients undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy(TLH).Methods:A total of 60 patients with TLH who admitted in Luohe Central Hospital from January 2023 to April 2023 were regarded as the objects. All selected cases were randomly assigned to control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The patients of control group performed routine preoperative intestinal preparation, and the patients of observation group underwent modified preoperative intestinal preparation. The effect of bowel preparation, gastrointestinal function, electrolyte levels, incidence of adverse reactions, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients. Results:The effect of bowel preparation, recovery of gastrointestinal function, electrolyte levels, and nursing satisfaction were better in the observation group than in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified preoperative intestinal preparation has a good intestinal preparation effect in TLH patients, which is conducive to promoting the early recoveiy of postoperative gastrointestinal function, reducing the fluctuation of electrolyte levels, stabilizing the body state, reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions, and achieving high nursing satisfaction of patients.
