Discussion on the Value of Continuous Nursing Model Based on"Internet+"in Improving the Treatment Effect and Rehabilitation Effect of COPD Patients

Abstract：Objective:To explore the value of the continuous nursing model based on"Internet+"in improving the treatment effect and rehabilitation effect of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 117 COPD patients admitted to Henan Chest Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were divided into the routine group(n=58)and the Internet+group(n=59)by random number table method.The routine group were given routine nursing intervention,and the Internet+group were given the"Internet+"-based continuous nursing model intervention.The compliance score,St.George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)score,self-efficacy score,chronic disease management evaluation scale score and 6-month readmission were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the compliance score,SGRQ score,self-efficacy score,and chronic disease management evaluation scale of the Internet+group were better than the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The readmission rate within 6 months and non-admission rate of the Internet+group were lower than the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The continuous nursing model based on"Internet+"can improve the recognition of chronic disease management level of COPD patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the readmission rate.
