Abstract:Objective:To explore the impact of detailed nursing in operating room combined with multimodal thermal insulation on temperature and recovery from anesthesia in patients undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods:During the period of January 2023 to March 2024,a total of 80 cases who underwent total laparoscopic hysterectomy in Zhoukou Central Hospital were selected as the subjects. All selected patients were randomly assigned to control group(n=40 cases)and observation group(n=40 cases).Routine operating room nursing intervention was performed in the control group, and the observation group conducted detailed operating room nursing combined with multimodal thermal insulation intervention. The comparisons were performed on temperature changes, clinical indicators, psychological state, and living quality in both groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the temperature changes and clinical indicators at 1h during the operation in the observation group was better, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group expressed lower psychological state score scores, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the living quality score of the observation group showed higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Detailed operating room nursing combined with multimodal thermal insulation intervention can improve the surgical indicators of patients with total laparoscopic hysterectomy, maintain the stable temperature of patients, accelerate the time of anesthesia resuscitation, improve the psychological state and living quality of patients.
