Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical value of integrated nursing and medical management in conservative treatment patients with acute severe pancreatitis.Methods Eighty patients with acute severe pancreatitis treated at Suzhou Kowloon Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2022 to January 2025 were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).The control group used routine nursing,while the observation group used integrated nursing and medical management.The psychology,sleep quality and recovery of the two groups before and after intervention were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing,the duration of each symptom in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The self-efficacy scale score,psychological resilience scale score,and positive and negative emotion scale(PANAS)positive score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the PANAS negative score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated nursing and medical management for conservative treatment patients with severe acute pancreatitis is helpful to improve the psychology,sleep status and self-efficacy of patients,and promote the outcome of the disease.

Abstract:Objective To analyze and compare the effects of different positive intensities of direct antiglobulin test(DAT)on the efficacy and clinical outcomes of red blood cell suspension infusion in critically ill patients.Methods From March 2023 to February 2025,100 critically ill patients who required infusion of red blood cell suspension in Jilin People's Hospital were selected as the study sample.They were divided into 1+group(n=25),2+group(n=25),3+group(n=25),and 4+group(n=25)by DAT positive intensities.The effectiveness,adverse reactions,and clinical outcome indicators between four groups were compared.Results As DAT positive intensity increased,after infusion of red blood cell suspension,hemoglobin and red blood cell count decreased,while reticulocytes and total bilirubin increased.The ineffective treatment rate increased,the incidence of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS)increased,ICU stay was prolonged,and the 28 day mortality rate increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive intensity of DAT is significantly correlated with the risk of hemolysis and clinical outcomes in critically ill patients after transfusion of red blood cell suspension.When DAT positive intensity≥3+,the hemolysis process significantly intensifies,while the risk of ineffective infusion increases,and the incidence and mortality of MODS significantly increase.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of Femoston combined with Oryzanol on sleep,sexual life quality,and sex hormone levels in perimenopausal women.Methods A total of 92 female patients with perimenopausal syndrome admitted to The Third People's Hospital of Xinghua from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received Oryzanol tablets,while the observation group received femoston combined with Oryzanol tablets.The treatment course for both groups was 3 months.The sleep quality,sexual life quality,and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the Athens insomnia scale score in the observation group was lower,while the sexual life quality score was higher(P<0.05).The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were lower,while the levels of estradiol and progesterone in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Femoston combined with Oryzanol could improve sleep quality,enhance sexual function,and optimize sex hormone levels in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.

Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of different orthodontic maxillary retraction methods on alveolar bone morphology in adolescent orthodontics.Methods One hundred and twenty adolescent orthodontic patients admitted to Jianli People's Hospital from December 2022 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects.According to different orthodontic maxillary retraction methods,they were divided into a inclination retraction group(60 cases,82 teeth)and a root-control retraction group(60 cases,118 teeth).The retraction status,alveolar bone morphology,bone metabolism indicators,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The RA-MP changes in the inclination retraction group were lower than those in the root-control retraction group,while the IE-MP and LAI-PP changes were higher than those in the root-control retraction group(P<0.05).The measured values of L1,L2,and L3 in the inclination retraction group were lower than those in the root-control retraction group,while the measured values of P1,P2,P3,T1,T2,and T3 were higher than those in the root-control retraction group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in maxillary bone density,mandibular bone density,osteocalcin,and C-terminal cross-linked peptide of type I collagen between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The inclination retraction is more conducive to change the inclination of the incisors and the height of the alveolar bone,while root-control retraction is more conducive to maintain the bone mass on the labial side.However,both of them have similar effects on bone density,so clinical selection of retraction methods should be based on individual alveolar bone conditions.

Abstract:Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of high-flow oxygen therapy combined with cluster intervention on the elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)complicated with Type 1 respiratory failure.Methods Seventy-two cases of elderly patients with AECOPD complicated with Type 1 respiratory failure in Longyan First Hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were selected,and divided into two groups.The control group(n=36)received high-flow oxygen therapy and routine nursing,while the observation group(n=36)received high-flow oxygen therapy combined with cluster intervention.The blood gas indicators,improvement of clinical symptoms and occurrence of adverse events of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen,blood oxygen saturation,arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure,and oxidation index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Brog dyspnea score and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.78%,which was lower than 16.67% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with AECOPD complicated with Type 1 respiratory failure,high-flow oxygen therapy combined with cluster intervention can effectively improve their blood gas indicators,effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.

Abstract:Objective To explore the non-infectious factors that lead to acute attack of asthma in daily life,and provide reference for improving the overall control level of asthma in the elderly.Methods Eighty-five elderly patients with acute attack of asthma admitted to Beichen District Pudong Street Community Health Service Center of Tianjin from June 2022 to June 2025 were selected retrospectively as the study group,and another 85 patients who received standard treatment in our hospital during the same period and did not have acute attack of asthma were selected as the control group.Through the self-designed questionnaire,the clinical data of the two groups were analyzed,and then the non-infectious factors leading to the acute attack of asthma were screened.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the proportion of obesity,smoking,concomitant lung disease,pet keeping,negative psychology and dust exposure(P<0.05).Obesity,smoking,concomitant lung disease,pet keeping,negative psychology and dust exposure were independent risk factors for acute asthma attack(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly asthma patients with obesity,daily smoking,chronic lung disease,living with pets,negative emotions and easy exposure to dust,protective measures should be taken to minimize the possibility of acute asthma attack.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of mindfulness based stress reduction therapy on sleep quality,psychological resilience,and comfort in puerpera after cesarean section.Methods The research subjects selected 115 people who underwent elective cesarean section surgery at Tianjin Peking University Medical Ocean Oil Hospital Co,Ltd.from June 2023 to February 2025,and they were randomly divided into a control group(n=57)and an experimental group(n=58).Both groups received routine psychological health management interventions after surgery.On this basis,the experimental group received mindfulness based stress reduction therapy intervention,and both groups received continuous intervention for 8 weeks.The sleep quality,psychological state,and comfort status before and after intervention of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension and total score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index of both groups were reduced,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension and total score of the Connor Davidson resilience scale and general comfort questionnaire were significantly increased,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness based stress relief therapy can significantly improve the sleep quality,psychological resilience,and physiological comfort of cesarean section puerpera after surgery.

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical application efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine bone-setting manipulation combined with xikang huoxue tongluo poultice in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)and its effect on joint function.Methods One hundred and twenty KOA patients admitted to Zunyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to December 2024 were collected and divided into a control group(n=60)and an experimental group(n=60)randomly.The control group received bone-setting manipulation,while the experimental group received additional external application of xikang huoxue tongluo poultice based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks and the improvement of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores,the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC),and inflammatory factors(C-reactive protein,interleukin-1β,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,matrix metalloproteinase-3,cartilage oligomeric matrix protein)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores,WOMAC,and levels of various inflammatory factors in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and all indicators in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine bone-setting manipulation and xikang huoxue tongluo poultice shows significant efficacy in the treatment of KOA,and could effectively improve joint function and reduce inflammatory response.

Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of the multidisciplinary collaboration team(MDT)based on enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in the perioperative period of patients with colorectal cancer complicated with hypertension.Methods A prospective study of 73 patients with colorectal cancer complicated with hypertension who were admitted to Liaocheng Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2024 were conducted.And the patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=36)and an observation group(n=37).The control group received conventional perioperative intervention,while the observation group received MDT based on ERAS.The symptom relief time,blood pressure,heart rate,satisfaction(Newcastle satisfaction with nursing scale,NSNS)and quality of Life(functional assessment of cancer therapy-general,FACT-G)between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had earlier times for the first exhaust and defecation,the first meal,the first ambulation,the removal of urinary catheters and abdominal drainage tubes,had lower diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate,and higher dimensions scores and total scores of NSNS and FACT-G scale(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with colorectal cancer and comorbidities of hypertension,MDT intervention based on ERAS can promote early postoperative recovery,reduce heart rate and blood pressure,and improve satisfaction and quality of life.

Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of structured nutritional care based on the grading of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)on the recovery of patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 acute leukemia chemotherapy patients treated at our hospital from July 2024 to July 2025 were randomly divided into the control group(40 cases)and the experimental group(40 cases).The control group received routine nutritional care intervention,while the experimental group received structural nutritional care intervention based on CINV grading.Before and after intervention,nutritional status[albumin(ALB),pre albumin(PA),total protein(TP),sodium(Na+),potassium(K+),chloride(Cl-),calcium(Ca²+),magnesium(Mg²+)].At the same time,the pipe fatigue scale(PFS)and gastrointestinal quality of life index(GQLI)were used to assess the cancer-related fatigue status and quality of life of patients.Results After intervention,the ALB,PA,TP,Na+,K+,Cl-,Ca²+,Mg²+,and the scores and total scores of GQLI in both groups were significantly increased,and the experimental group showed a more significant increase than the control group(P<0.05).However,the scores and total scores of PFS in both groups were significantly reduced,and the experimental group showed a more significant decrease compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For acute leukemia chemotherapy patients,the application of CINV grading-based structured nutritional care can significantly improve nutritional status,modulate cancer-related fatigue,and enhance quality of life.

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of dual-energy CT quantitative parameters in predicting programmed cell death ligand 1(PD-L1)expression in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to Gutian County Hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were retrospectively collected.The positive rate of PD-L1 was detected,and the patients were divided into a positive group(n=43)and a negative group(n=57)according to the test results.All patients were examined by dual-energy CT,and the iodine concentration(IC),effective atomic number(Zeff),and standardized iodine concentration(NIC)of the patients in the arterial phase and venous phase were measured and recorded.Multivariate logistic regression analysis and ROC curve analysis were used to analyze the predictive value of indicators for positive PD-L1 expression.Results The IC,Zeff and NIC values of the positive group were lower than those of the negative group in the arterial phase and venous phase(P<0.05).The values of IC,Zeff and NIC in arterial phase and venous phase were the predictive factors of PD-L1 positive expression in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of IC,Zeff and NIC values in arterial phase and venous phase to predict the positive expression of PD-L1 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer were 0.984 and 0.956 respectively.Conclusion The quantitative parameters of dual-energy CT have a good predictive value for the positive expression of PD-L1 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer,which is recommended for clinical use.

Abstract:Objective To observe the comprehensive application value of semaglutide combined with insulin for obese type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods One hundred and twenty obese T2DM patients admitted to Beichen Hospital in Tianjin from January 2023 to January 2025 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received insulin treatment,while the observation group received combined treatment with semaglutide on this basis.The blood glucose indicators,lipid metabolism indicators,and body shape indicators of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and insulin resistance index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of triglycerides,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein,and high-density lipoprotein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The waist circumference,hip circumference,and waist to hip ratio of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Simeglutide combined with insulin can effectively improve glucose and lipid metabolism in obese T2DM patients,and has a good weight loss effect.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of the qi regulating machine method on postoperative recovery and recurrence of uterine fibroids after removal surgery.Methods Two hundred and eighty patients who underwent uterine fibroid removal surgery in Suzhou Pingjiang Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 140 patients in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone combined with triptorelin.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group patients were treated with the qi regulating machine method,and both groups were continuously used for 3 months.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom(TCM)scores,sex hormone indicators,uterine ultrasound parameters before and after treatment in two groups were compared,and the recurrence rate of uterine fibroids were calculated.Results After treatment,both groups showed a significant increase in endometrial thickness,and significant decreases in TCM scores,uterine volume,endometrial resistance index,and sex hormone indicators.The difference between groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).The follow-up results showed that the 6-month and 12-month recurrence rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing myomectomy,qi regulating machine method can significantly adjust their sex hormone indicators,improve the condition of the uterus,and reduce the recurrence of fibroids.

Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive rehabilitation management based on the unaccompanied care model on joint function recovery and quality of life of patients with ankle fractures.Methods Ninety patients with ankle fractures who received treatment in Fuzhou Second General Hospital from January 2024 to April 2025 were collected and randomly divided into a control group(n=45)and an observation group(n=45).The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received full rehabilitation management based on unaccompanied care model.The joint function recovery and quality of life improvement between the two groups after nursing care were compared.Results The observation group had shorter swelling resolution time,pain relief time,complete weight-bearing time,fracture healing time,and activity recovery time compared to the control group(P<0.05).The scores in each dimension and total scores of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society and generic quality of life inventory in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation management based on the unaccompanied nursing model can significantly promote functional recovery of the ankle joint,reduce the complication rate,and accelerate the rehabilitation process in patients undergoing ankle fracture surgery.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of mindfulness training intervention model based on the Emotional ABC Theory on sleep quality,psychological resilience level and coping style of patients with climacteric syndrome,so as to provide a basis for formulating precise clinical nursing programs.Methods A total of 120 patients with climacteric syndrome admitted to Dongyuan Town Central Health Center of Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone from June 2023 to May 2025 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The sleep quality,psychological state and coping style of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of subjective sleep quality,sleep efficiency,falling asleep time,sleep duration,sleep disorders,daytime functional disorders,sleeping pills used,and total score of sleep quality in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of resilience,self-improvement,optimism,and total score of psychological resilience in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had higher scores in problem-solving,seeking help,and rationalization dimensions than the control group,while the scores in self blame,fantasy,and avoidance dimensions were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on the Emotional ABC Theory can significantly improve sleep quality and psychological resilience level,and promote patients to adopt more positive coping styles.

Abstract:Objective To explore the role of evidence-based nursing concepts based on vibration induced sputum removal therapy in the intervention of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in the acute phase.Methods A total of 92 patients with acute exacerbations of COPD admitted to Zherong County Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were enrolled as study subjects.They were divided into a control group(n=45)and an observation group(n=47).All patients accepted programmed vibration therapy for sputum clearance.The control group received conventional nursing care,while the observation group received evidence-based nursing care.The clinical symptom relief,indicators of blood gas analysis,pulmonary function,and inflammatory factor were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the duration of fever,dyspnea,cough,sputum production,cyanosis,and wet rales of the observation group were shorter(P<0.05).The pH value,oxygen partial pressure,and oxygen saturation of the observation group were higher,while the carbon dioxide partial pressure of the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/FVC,maximal voluntary ventilation,peak expiratory flow,and maximal midexpiratory flow of the observation group were higher(P<0.05).The serum amyloid A,C-reactive protein,fibrinogen,and procalcitonin of the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute COPD,evidence-based nursing based on vibration sputum removal therapy can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve acid-base balance,enhance lung function,and reduce inflammatory reactions.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of a personalized nutrition support program based on Fitch's theory on the intervention of colon cancer patients.Methods A total of 112 colon cancer patients treated in Baodi District People's Hospital of Tianjin from January 2023 to January 2025 were included and divided into a control group(n=56)who accepted routine nursing intervention,and an observation group(n=56)who accepted personalized nutrition support intervention based on Fitch's theory.The postoperative rapid rehabilitation indicators,and nutritional-anemia indicators between the two groups were compared.And the self-care ability and the quality of life were compared.Results After intervention,the recovery time of bowel sounds,anal exhaust time,first bowel movement time,gastric tube removal time,getting out of bed time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of transferrin,serum albumin,hemoglobin,serum iron,and total iron binding capacity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of serum ferritin were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion A personalized nutrition support program based on Fitch's theory can help accelerate postoperative recovery in colon cancer patients,improve nutritional status,and improve patients'quality of life.

Abstract:Objective To explore the improving effect of accompany delivery combined with positive psychological suggestion on emotional state of parturient undergoing oxytocin induction.Methods A total of 90 parturients who were registered for delivery at Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2024 to February 2025 were selected as the research subjects.All parturients were divided into a control group and an observation group with 45 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received accompanying delivery combined with positive psychological suggestion on the basis of routine nursing.The anxiety,depression,and fear of childbirth between two groups before and after nursing care were compared.Results After nursing,the anxiety,depression,and fear of childbirth in the observation group improved compared to before nursing,while the above indicators in the control group worsened compared to before nursing.Moreover,the anxiety,depression,and fear of childbirth scores in the observation group after nursing were significantly better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of accompanying delivery and positive psychological suggestion intervention for the parturients undergoing oxytocin induced abortion can effectively improve their emotional disorders and reduce their fear of childbirth,which is worth promoting and using.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoid(RPH)combined with external hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Seventy patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent surgical treatment at Sanhe Yanjiao 23 Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were divided into an elastic thread group(44 cases)and a control group(26 cases)according to different treatment plans.The elastic thread group received RPH combined with external hemorrhoidectomy treatment,while the control group received traditional Milligan-Morgan treatment.Compare the surgical time,healing time,hospital stay,efficacy,incidence of complications,as well as anal function,quality of life at baseline and 1 month after surgery,and pain levels at baseline and 48 hours and 7 days after surgery.Results The total effective rate of the elastic thread group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the surgical time,healing time,and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of the control group(all P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).One month after surgery,both groups showed improvement in anal function and quality of life compared to before surgery,and the elastic thread group had significantly better anal function and quality of life than the control group(P＜0.05).At 48 hours and 7 days after surgery,both groups showed some relief in pain compared to before surgery,and the pain level in the elastic thread group was significantly milder than that in the control group at 48 hours and 7 days after surgery(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of RPH and external hemorrhoidectomy has a good effect on the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,with minimal impact on the patient's anal function.It can promote recovery,improve pain,enhance quality of life,and reduce complications.It is worth promoting and using.

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of acupressure combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristic nursing in epilepsy patients with depression.Methods A total of 90 epilepsy patients complicated with depression admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a conventional group and a TCM-combined group,with 45 cases in each group according to random number table method.The conventional group received routine nursing,while the TCM-combined group underwent acupoint massage combined with TCM characteristic nursing interventions.Both groups underwent treatment and nursing interventions for 2 months,1-month follow-up.The nursing satisfaction,incidence of adverse reactions during treatment,as well as the frequency and duration of epileptic seizures,anxiety,depression,sleep quality,self-efficacy,and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after the follow-up period.Results After one month of follow-up,both groups showed improvements in seizure frequency,duration,and scores on the self-rating anxiety scale,Pittsburgh sleep quality index,self-efficacy scale,and epilepsy quality of life assessment scale compared to pre-intervention.Moreover,the above indicators in the TCM-combined group were all significantly better than the conventional group(all P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the TCM-combined group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P＜0.05).No severe adverse reactions occurred in either group during the intervention period.Conclusion For epilepsy patients with depression,acupoint massage combined with TCM characteristic nursing can effectively alleviate anxiety and depressive symptoms,enhance self-management abilities and quality of life,reduce seizure frequency,and shorten duration,making it worthy of widespread application.
