Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of the multidisciplinary collaboration team(MDT)based on enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in the perioperative period of patients with colorectal cancer complicated with hypertension. Methods A prospective study of 73 patients with colorectal cancer complicated with hypertension who were admitted to Liaocheng Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2024 were conducted. And the patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=36)and an observation group(n=37).The control group received conventional perioperative intervention, while the observation group received MDT based on ERAS.The symptom relief time, blood pressure, heart rate, satisfaction(Newcastle satisfaction with nursing scale,NSNS)and quality of Life(functional assessment of cancer therapy-general,FACT-G)between the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had earlier times for the first exhaust and defecation, the first meal, the first ambulation, the removal of urinary catheters and abdominal drainage tubes, had lower diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and heart rate, and higher dimensions scores and total scores of NSNS and FACT-G scale(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with colorectal cancer and comorbidities of hypertension,MDT intervention based on ERAS can promote early postoperative recovery, reduce heart rate and blood pressure, and improve satisfaction and quality of life.
