Effects of Oryzanol Combined with Fenmatong on Sleep,Sexual Life Quality,and Sex Hormone Levels in Perimenopausal Women

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effects of Femoston combined with Oryzanol on sleep,sexual life quality,and sex hormone levels in perimenopausal women.Methods A total of 92 female patients with perimenopausal syndrome admitted to The Third People's Hospital of Xinghua from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received Oryzanol tablets,while the observation group received femoston combined with Oryzanol tablets.The treatment course for both groups was 3 months.The sleep quality,sexual life quality,and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the Athens insomnia scale score in the observation group was lower,while the sexual life quality score was higher(P<0.05).The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the observation group were lower,while the levels of estradiol and progesterone in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Femoston combined with Oryzanol could improve sleep quality,enhance sexual function,and optimize sex hormone levels in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.
