Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of structured nutritional care based on the grading of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)on the recovery of patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy. Methods A total of 80 acute leukemia chemotherapy patients treated at our hospital from July 2024 to July 2025 were randomly divided into the control group(40 cases)and the experimental group(40 cases). The control group received routine nutritional care intervention, while the experimental group received structural nutritional care intervention based on CINV grading. Before and after intervention, nutritional status[albumin(ALB),pre albumin(PA),total protein(TP),sodium(Na+),potassium(K+),chloride(Cl-),calcium(Ca²+),magnesium(Mg²+)].At the same time, the pipe fatigue scale(PFS)and gastrointestinal quality of life index(GQLI)were used to assess the cancer-related fatigue status and quality of life of patients. Results After intervention, the ALB,PA,TP,Na+,K+,Cl-,Ca²+,Mg²+,and the scores and total scores of GQLI in both groups were significantly increased, and the experimental group showed a more significant increase than the control group(P<0.05).However,the scores and total scores of PFS in both groups were significantly reduced, and the experimental group showed a more significant decrease compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For acute leukemia chemotherapy patients, the application of CINV grading-based structured nutritional care can significantly improve nutritional status, modulate cancer-related fatigue, and enhance quality of life.
