The Effect of Integrated Nursing and Medical Management in the Conservative Treatment of Patients with Acute Severe Pancreatitis

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical value of integrated nursing and medical management in conservative treatment patients with acute severe pancreatitis.Methods Eighty patients with acute severe pancreatitis treated at Suzhou Kowloon Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from January 2022 to January 2025 were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).The control group used routine nursing,while the observation group used integrated nursing and medical management.The psychology,sleep quality and recovery of the two groups before and after intervention were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing,the duration of each symptom in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The self-efficacy scale score,psychological resilience scale score,and positive and negative emotion scale(PANAS)positive score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the PANAS negative score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated nursing and medical management for conservative treatment patients with severe acute pancreatitis is helpful to improve the psychology,sleep status and self-efficacy of patients,and promote the outcome of the disease.
