The Impact of the Nursing Management Model under the PDCA Cycle on the Postoperative Recovery of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic SurgeryAbstract:Objective:This study aims to assess the effect of the nursing management model under the Plan-Do-Check-Act(PDCA)cycle on the postoperative recovery of patients who have undergone laparoscopic surgery.Method:From January 2023 to January 2025,90 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery at the Honghu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were enrolled in this study. After screening based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, they were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group, with 45 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing measures, while the experimental group was managed to use a nursing model centered on the PDCA cycle. The clinical conditions of the two groups, namely the duration of bed rest and the time of first defecation were recorded and compared, the incidence of postoperative adverse events was calculated. In addition, the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to compare the pain levels of the two groups at 2 hours and 8 hours after surgery.Result:The duration of bed rest and the time of first defecation in the research group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The VAS scores at 2 hours and 8 hours after surgery were lower than those in the control group, and the probability of adverse events was also lower in the research group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the PDCA cycle based nursing management model in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery can effectively alleviate the patients'pain and has a positive significance for promoting their postoperative recovery.
Clinical Effectiveness of Maternal-Fetal Integration Intervention on Breech Correction and Perinatal Outcomes During PregnancyAbstract:Objective:To explore the clinical value of integrated intervention protocols based on the biopsychosocial medical model for correcting breech presentation in late pregnancy, and to analyze their potential impact on maternal comfort and perinatal outcomes.Method:A prospective cohort study was conducted from August 2021 to December 2023,enrolling 74 singleton breech presentation pregnant women undergoing prenatal check-ups at the Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Xiangtan City.Participants were divided into an intervention group(n=40)and a control group(n=34).The study group received a structured intervention program comprising positional correction(modified breech adjustment technique),birthing dance(designed based on biomechanical principles),prenatal yoga(incorporating pelvic floor muscle training),and mindfulness meditation(12 min/day).The control group received conventional knee-chest positioning. The fetoposition conversion rates, intervention adherence(measured using a 5-point Likert scale),perinatal outcome parameters, and neonatal prognosis indicators were compared and evaluated between the two groups.Result:After intervention, the fetal position reversal rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The comfort level in the study group was significantly superior to that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the weight gain during pregnancy was also higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the study group and the control group in terms of neonatal asphyxia rates and postpartum hemorrhage rates(P>0.05).Conclusion:Integrated interventions combining biomechanical adjustments and mind-body regulation can effectively enhance the efficacy of breech version. The underlying mechanism likely involves multidimensional synergistic effects, including optimization of fetal movement space, maternal pelvic structural adaptation, and sympathetic-parasympathetic nervous system balance. This model offers a novel clinical pathway for obstetric positional correction.

Research Progress of Epicardial Adipose Tissue and Atrial FibrillationAbstract:Atrial fibrillation(AF)is one of the common arrhythmias. It has attracted extensive attention from clinical scholars due to its increasing prevalence year by year and often accompanied by serious complications.Previous studies have shown that obesity and inflammation are related to the occurrence and severity of AF.Some studies have also shown that epicardial adipose tissue(EAT)may be related to the occurrence of AF.However, the specific role of EAT in AF remains unclear. At present,it has become a consensus among clinical scholars to evaluate EAT using medical imaging to further explore the association between EAT and AF.However, traditional imaging has limitations. If there are emerging technologies to evaluate EAT more accurately,it will provide great help for its research.Based on this, this article will explore the clinical assessment methods and emerging technologies of EAT,and at the same time elaborate the mechanism of EAT on the occurrence of AF.
