Abstract:Objective:To investigate the impact of combining nursing emergency plans with emergency procedures on patients with severe multiple traumatic fractures in emergency departments.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data from 120 patients admitted to Beijing Jishuitan Hospital from December 2022 to October 2024.Patients were divided into two groups based on intervention methods:60 patients receiving conventional emergency procedures formed the control group, while 60 patients implementing combined nursing emergency plans with emergency procedures formed the observation group. The two groups were compared in terms of emergency response efficiency, prognosis, and adverse events.Result:The observation group showed shorter admission-to-treatment time, waiting time at hospital entrance, and time from calling for help to pre-hospital emergency treatment compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Post-intervention,the observation group scored lower on all items of the International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health(ICF)rehabilitation scale than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was also lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combining nursing emergency plans with emergency procedures can improve emergency response efficiency, reduce adverse events, and enhance prognosis for patients with severe multiple traumatic fractures in emergency departments.
