Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of psychological and enteral nutrition intervention on patients with abdominal infection.Method:A retrospective study was conducted to select the clinical data of 104 patients with abdominal infection admitted to the 910th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force from January 2022 to December 2024.According to the patient's intervention plan, they were divided into observation group(psychological+early enteral nutrition intervention,54 cases)and control group(general enteral nutrition intervention,50 cases). The use of antibiotics and hospitalization days were recorded and compared between the two groups. The levels of nutritional and inflammatory indexes[serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)]were compared between the two groups at 1 week of intervention, and the satisfaction questionnaires of patients and their families were analyzed.Result:After intervention, the use of antibiotics and hospitalization days in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of TP and ALB in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the levels of CRP and PCT were lower than those before intervention. After intervention, the satisfaction questionnaires of patients and their families in the observation group was higher than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological and enteral nutrition intervention can effectively improve the nutritional level of patients with abdominal infection in general surgery, reduce the body's inflammatory response, promote the rehabilitation of patients, shorten the time of medication and hospitalization, and improve the satisfaction of family nursing.
