Abstract:Objective:To explore the impact of the Intensive Care Nursing Scoring System(ICNSS)on the clinical outcomes, cardiac function, and adverse events of patients with severe heart failure under the joint nurse hierarchical responsibility nursing model.Method:82 patients with severe heart failure admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method, with 41 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received nurse level responsibility nursing care. Both groups were intervened for one week, and the clinical symptoms, changes in condition, changes in cardiac function, and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention, the Memorial Heart Failure Symptom Assessment Scale(MSAS-HF)and Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Status II(APACHE II)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)value of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)value was lower than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:ICNSS evaluation combined with nurse hierarchical responsibility nursing can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms, reduce the severity of the condition, improve cardiac function, and reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients with severe heart failure.
