Study on Mediating Effect of Resilience on Sense of Security and Work-Related Quality of Life among Obstetric and Gynecological NursesAbstract:Objective To explore the relationship among sense of security,resilience,and work-related quality of life in obstetric and gynecological nurses,and to provide references for developing targeted nursing intervention strategies.Methods A survey was conducted among a total of 641 obstetric and gynecological nurses from four tertiary grade A hospitals in Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province.The general data questionnaire,the Sense of Security Scale for Medical Staff,the Resilience Scale of Medical Staff,and the Nurses'Work-related Quality of Life Scale were used to collect data.Results The score of sense of security,resilience and work-related quality of life were(70.45±20.51),(76.49±12.32),and(124.00±19.70),respectively.Sense of security,resilience,and work-related quality of life were positively correlated with each other(r1=0.393,r2=0.346,r3=0.707,all P<0.001).Resilience played a partial mediating effect between the sense of security and work-related quality of life,accounting for 65.45%of the total effect.Conclusion The work-related quality of life of obstetric and gynecological nurses is at a moderate level.Resilience acts as a mediating variable between their sense of security and work-related quality of life.Nursing managers should recognize the positive impact of nurses'sense of security on their work-related quality of life.By unlocking nurses'professional potential and elevating their resilience levels,obstetric and gynecological nurses'work-related quality of life can be effectively boosted,thereby fostering the stable development of the nursing team.
Research on the Constraction and Implementation of an Evidence-Based Management Protocol for Preventing Stroke-Associated PneumoniaAbstract:Objective To develop an evidence-based management protocol for preventing stroke-associated pneumonia(SAP)based on best evidence,and to evaluate its clinical effectiveness and safety.Methods An evidence-based project team was established to search for and apply the best evidence.Data were collected through medical record reviews and on-site observations.Baseline surveys and audits were conducted for two groups of patients and healthcare staff before and after the implementation of the evidence,followed by analysis of barriers to evidence application and formulation of improvement measures.Results A total of 16 quality review indicators were established.The incidence of SAP in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of nurses'awareness and implementation were improved(P<0.01).Conclusion The evidence-based management protocol can reduce the incidence of SAP in stroke patients and improve the evidence implementation rate among healthcare staff.
Construction and Reliability and Validity Testing of the Operating Room Nursing Safety Culture Assessment ScaleAbstract:Objective To construct the assessment scale of nursing safety culture in operating room and test its reliability and validity,so as to provide a standardized tool for dynamically monitoring the safety culture in operating room.Methods Based on James Reason's accident-causing theory,the assessment scale of nursing safety culture in operating room was constructed through literature review,group discussion and two rounds of Delphi expert letters.A total of 360 operating room nurses in five tertiary grade A hospitals in Shanxi Province were investigated by convenient sampling method,and the items were screened by item analysis,and the reliability and validity of the scale were tested.Results The final scale comprised 32 items across six dimensions:leadership commitment,team collaboration,learning and improvement,psychological safety,load management,and system support.Cronbach's α coefficient of total scale was 0.923,and test-retest reliability ICC was 0.931.Exploratory factor analysis cumulative variance contribution rate was 78.15%,with factor loadings ranging from 0.692 to 0.865.Confirmatory factor analysis showed good model fit.The content validity S-CVI/Ave reached 0.908.Conclusion The operating room nursing safety culture assessment scale demonstrates good psychometric properties and is easy to administer.It has practical value for the dynamic monitoring of operating room safety culture and can provide evidence-based support for safety management and resource optimization.
Study on the Latent Profile Analysis of Clinical Nurses'Information Security Attitude and its Influencing FactorsAbstract:Objective To explore the current status and latent categories of clinical nurses'information security attitudes and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 312 nursing staff from a tertiary Grade A hospital in Wuxi were surveyed using a general information questionnaire,the Information Security Attitude Scale,and the Nursing Information Competence Assessment Scale.Latent class analysis and multinomial Logistic regression analysis were used to identify the latent classes and influencing factors of nurses'attitudes towards information security.Results Nurses'information security attitudes could be categorized into three latent classes:negative information security attitude group(22.436%),neutral information security attitude group-high information access restrictions(33.333%),and positive information security attitude group.The Influencing factors of the latent categories of information security attitude included nursing tenure,information security training,exposure to information security incidents,professional position,and nursing informatics competency(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nurses'information security attitudes can be classified into three latent classes,suggesting that nursing management can develop personalized,targeted intervention strategies based on these latent classes and influencing factors to enhance positive information security attitudes among nursing staff.
Research Progress on Psychological Experiences and Interventions for Bereaved Individuals in the NICUAbstract:Grieving family members in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit(NICU)often experience intense psychological distress,including persistent grief,depression,guilt and spiritual distress,which significantly impair their physical and mental health as well as social functioning.The article systematically reviewed relevant scales and models,psychological experiences and intervention measures for this population.Furthermore,it proposed a palliative care prospect focusing on the psychological experiences of NICU grieving family members,including the construction of a comprehensive psychological assessment system,the development of psychological support theoretical model,the identification of specific psychological experiences,and the establishment of multidisciplinary team intervention models to provide theoretical references for clinical practice.
Construction and Application of a Dual-Track Five-Level Nurse Position Hierarchy Evaluation SystemAbstract:Objective To construct a dual-track five-level nurse position hierarchy evaluation system and verify its application effect.Methods Based on Benner's competency advancement theory and the"Structure-Process-Outcome"three-dimensional quality management model as the theoretical framework,a five-level nurse position system integrating clinical nursing and nursing management was constructed through literature analysis,semi-structured interviews,and expert meetings.A dynamic evaluation mechanism covering grading,promotion,retention,and demotion was established,and management of the entire process was achieved through a"clinical-teaching-research-management"four-dimensional competency evaluation system.An empirical research method was used to evaluate the implementation effect of the system.Results After implementation,nurses'comprehensive clinical competence scores increased from 92.00 to 92.75,the incidence of nursing adverse events decreased from 19.85%to 11.65%,and nurses'job satisfaction scores improved from 75.00 to 78.00.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The dual-track five-level closed-loop nursing position hierarchy evaluation system effectively expands career development opportunities for nurses,enhances the safety of nursing services,and provides a practical basis for the scientific management of nursing positions through its dual-track development path design,dynamic evaluation mechanism,and management of the entire process.
Mediating Effect of Infection Prevention and Control Culture on the Relationship between Moral Sensitivity and Safety Behavior of Pediatric NursesAbstract:Objective To explore the mediating effect of infection prevention and control culture on the relationship between pediatric nurses'moral sensitivity and safe behavior.Methods Using convenient sampling,a total of 478 pediatric nurses from seven tertiary grade A general hospitals in Beijing were selected as study subjects from October to December 2024.Questionnaire surveys were conducted using general information questionnaire,Moral Sensitivity Questionnaire-Revised Chinese Version,Leading a Culture of Quality for Infection Prevention,Nurse Safety Behavior Questionnaire.Results The scores of pediatric nurses'moral sensitivity,infection prevention and control culture,and safe behavior were(46.91±6.12),(63.21±10.07),and(50.50±8.47)respectively.Moral sensitivity,infection prevention and control culture and safe behavior were positively correlated in pairs(r1=0.464,r2=0.504,r3=0.767,all P<0.01).Infection prevention and control culture played a partial mediating effect between moral sensitivity and safe behavior,accounting for 49.01%of the total effect.Conclusion The moral sensitivity and infection prevention and control culture of pediatric nurses are both at a moderately high level,and their safety behavior is at a relatively high level.Infection prevention and control culture serves is a mediating variable between their moral sensitivity and safe behaviors.Nursing managers should prioritize enhancing pediatric nurses'moral education,improving their moral sensitivity,enhancing their cognition of infection prevention and control culture,and optimizing infection prevention and control management to ensure patient safety.
Current Situation and Forecast of Nursing Human Resource Allocation in Inner MongoliaAbstract:Objective To analyze the current situation and equity of nursing human resource allocation in Inner Mongolia from 2012 to 2022 predict the development trend of nursing human resources in the future,and provide a reference for the reasonable allocation of health resources.Methods Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient were used to evaluate the current situation of nursing human resources allocation in Inner Mongolia,and the grey system model was used to predict the development trend of nursing human resources in Inner Mongolia.Results From 2012 to 2022,nursing human resources in Inner Mongolia showed an overall growth trend,and there was a large gap in the allocation of health resources between urban and rural areas.The Gini coefficients according to the distribution of population and regional area were 0.08 and 0.62 respectively.The grey system model constructed had a good fitting effect.From 2023 to 2027,the total number of nurses and the number of registered nurse per 1,000 population in Inner Mongolia would continue to increase.Conclusion The nursing human resources in Inner Mongolia are increasing year by year,the overall resources are insufficient,and the allocation differences between urban and rural areas are obvious.The fairness of the distribution according to population is better than that according to geographical area.The fairness of the allocation of nursing human resources needs to be strengthened.
Rodgers Evolutionary Concept Analysis to Define the Treatment Burden of Diabetes PatientsAbstract:Objective To analyze and define the conceptual connotation of the treatment burden for diabetic patients.Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,CINAHL,The Cochrane Library were systematically searched for literature related to the treatment burden of diabetic patients.The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to July 30,2024.Rodgers evolutionary concept analysis method was used to analyze the included literatures.Results A total of 71 articles were included,and six antecedent factors of treatment burden for diabetic patients were summarized(demographic factor,treatment-related factor,lifestyle change,psychological factor,medical resource factor,and social-related factor),as well as four conceptual attributes(individual variability,dynamic changeability,multi-dimensional interweaving,and complex diversity).Ultimately,these factors not only had a direct impact on diabetic patients but also indirectly led to the waste of medical resources.Conclusion Clarifying the conceptual attributes of the treatment burden of diabetic patients through concept analysis can facilitate theoretical research on the treatment burden of diabetes,provide a basis for developing specific tools targeting the treatment burden of diabetic patients,and subsequently formulate targeted and effective intervention measures to alleviate the treatment burden of diabetic patients,improve their quality of life and treatment compliance.
A Study on the Application Effect of Ultra-Slow Jogging Based on the Behavior Change Wheel Theory in Overweight Patients with Schizophrenia During the Recovery PeriodAbstract:Objective To explore the intervention effect of ultra-slow jogging based on the Behavior Change Wheel Theory on hospitalized overweight schizophrenia patients in the recovery period.Methods A total of 80 overweight schizophrenic patients in the recovery period in a hospital in Nanjing from March to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 40 cases in each group using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group was given an ultra-slow jogging exercise intervention program based on the Behavior Change Wheel Theory on the basis of routine nursing care.The physiological indicators,biochemical indicators and health status of the two groups were compared before intervention,12 weeks,6 months and 1 year after intervention.Results After the intervention,the waist circumference,hip circumference,waist-hip ratio,body weight,body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol,triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein(LDL)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the high-density lipoprotein(HDL)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total scores of symptoms severity and rehabilitation efficacy of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the total score of self-efficacy was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the effect was enhanced with the extension of intervention time.Conclusion Ultra-slow jogging based on the Behavior Change Wheel Theory can improve the physiological indicators,biochemical indicators,mental state and health status of hospitalized overweight schizophrenic patients in the recovery period,enhance their rehabilitation efficacy and self-efficacy,with the effects becoming more significant as the intervention duration increases.
Study on the Application Effect of Acupoint Plaster Application Combined with Warming Moxibustion in Patients with Acute Phase of Idiopathic Facial Paralysis Presenting with Wind-Cold Attacking Superficial SyndromeAbstract:Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint plaster application combined with warming moxibustion in patients with acute phase of idiopathic facial paralysis presenting with wind-cold attacking superficial syndrome.Methods A random number table method was used to divide a total of 128 patients with acute stage of idiopathic facial paralysis into combined group(n=64)and control group(n=64).The control group was given basic treatment and warming moxibustion nursing,while the combined group received with acupoint plaster application combined with warm moxibustion on the basis of the control group's intervention.The facial nerve function,degree of facial disability,symptoms and clinical efficacy,nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After one month of intervention,the facial nerve function and clinical symptoms of the combined group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05),the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the combined group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the degree of facial disability and incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint plaster application combined with warming moxibustion can effectively improve the facial nerve function of patients with idiopathic facial paralysis in the acute stage of wind-cold attacking superficial syndrome,relieve clinical symptoms,enhance clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction,reduce the degree of facial disability,and lower the incidence of adverse reactions,while demonstrating superior safety.The study provides a high-quality Traditional Chinese Medicine combined nursing plan for the intervention of the disease in the acute stage.
Sinicization of Intensive Care Experience Scale and Its Reliability and Validity in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after PCIAbstract:Objective To localize the Intensive Care Experience Questionnaire(ICEQ)and conduct reliability and validity tests on the scale in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods After systematic translation,back translation,expert consultation,and small sample pre survey,an initial scale was formed.A total of 362 AMI patients who underwent PCI were selected by convenient sampling to evaluate the reliability and validity of the sinicized scale.Results The correlation coefficient between each item and the total score of the Chinese version of ICEQ ranged from 0.503 to 0.738(P<0.01).Through exploratory factor analysis,5 common factors containing 21 items were obtained,including environmental perception,fear experience,care satisfaction,recall experience,and cognitive needs,with a cumulative explanatory variance rate of 60.63%.The total score of the Chinese version of the ICEQ scale was closely negatively correlated with the score of the ICU Environmental Stressors Source Scale(ICUESS)(r=-0.612,P<0.01).The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total scale was 0.906,the Cronbach's α coefficients of the 5 factors ranged from 0.815 to 0.888,and the split-half reliability ranged from 0.806 to 0.891.Conclusion The scale has good reliability and validity,and is suitable for evaluating the intensive care experience of domestic AMI patients undergoing PCI.
A Longitudinal Study on the Correlation Between Perioperative Symptom Clusters and Fear of Disease Progression In Elderly Patients with Lung CancerAbstract:Objective To exprole the symptom clusters and fear of disease progression in elderly lung cancer patients at different time points during the perioperative period,analyze their correlation,so as to provide a basis for clinical medical staff to dynamically manage their symptom clusters and alleviate patients'fear of disease.Methods A total of 174 elderly patients with lung cancer undergoing surgical treatment in a Grade III Level A hospital in Hangzhou,from November 2023 to May 2024 were conveniently selected as the research subjects.Data were collected at admission day,2~4 days post-surgery,and 1 month post-surgery,using a General Information Questionnaire,the Chinese version of the MD Anderson Symptom Inventory-Lung Cancer Module,and the Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form.Results Three symptom clusters emerged on admission:respiratory,pain-fatigue-sleep disorder,and psycho-emotional cluster.At 2~4 days post-surgery and 1 month post-surgery,two additional clusters(digestive and neurological)emerged,resulting in five total clusters.Although the composition of symptom clusters varied at different time points,the perioperative symptom clusters showed relative stability in elderly patients with lung cancer.Significant differences were observed in the total score and all dimension scores of fear of disease progression(P<0.01).On admission,both the pain-fatigue-sleep disorder cluster and the psycho-emotional cluster were positively correlated with the total score of fear of disease progression and its all dimensional scores(P<0.05).At 2~4 days post-surgery and 1 month post-surgery,all five symptom clusters were positively correlated with the total score of fear of disease progression and its all dimensional scores(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with lung cancer exhibit multiple stable symptom clusters during the perioperative period,with cluster severity significantly positively correlated with fear of disease progression.Medical staff should strengthen the dynamic management of perioperative symptom clusters to help patients alleviate their fear of the disease.
The Mediating Effect of Insomnia Severity between Kinesiophobia and Pain Catastrophizing in Patients with Ankle InjuriesAbstract:Objective To explore the mediating effect of insomnia severity between kinesiophobia and pain catastrophizing in patients with ankle injuries.Methods A total of 482 patients diagnosed with ankle injuries were investigated using the General Information Questionnaire,Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia(TSK-11),Insomnia Severity Index(ISI),and Pain Catastrophizing Scale(PCS).Results The median scores(interquartile range,IQR)for kinesiophobia,insomnia severity and pain catastrophising were 13.00(11.00,19.00),10.00(7.00,14.00)and 14.00(13.00,18.00)respectively,and there were pairwise positive correlations among the three variables(P<0.01).Insomnia severity played a partial mediating role between kinesiophobia and pain catastrophizing,accounting for 14.93%of the total effect.Conclusion Ankle injury patients do not exhibite pain catastrophizing.Insomnia severity is a mediating variable between kinesiophobia and pain catastrophizing in patients with ankle injuries.Healthcare professionals should take sleep management as a core intervention component,interrupt the pain catastrophizing pathway triggered by kinesiophobia by addressing patients'insomnia issues,help them adopt health-promoting lifestyles,and thereby reduce patients'kinesiophobia and pain levels.
Construction and Preliminary Application of the Training Program for Emergency Nurses'Early Warning Ability Coping with New Emerging Respiratory Infectious DiseasesAbstract:Objective To construct a training program for emergency nurses'early warning ability coping with new emerging respiratory infectious diseases and evaluate the preliminary application effect.Methods Through literature review,current situation investigation,and group meetings,a draft of the training plan was developed based on the evaluation index system of emergency nurses'early warning ability coping with new emerging respiratory infectious diseases.The final version was formed through two expert meetings.A total of 84 nurses were included to apply the program and evaluated the training effect.Results A total of 24 opinions were collected from the two expert meetings,with authority coefficients of 0.913 and 0.920,respectively.The final training program for emergency nurses'early warning ability coping with new emerging respiratory infectious diseases included 9 modules,38 items,6 teacher qualification conditions,total of 29 class hours.After the application of the program,the theoretical knowledge score of the nurses was(89.11±1.86),the operational skills score was(388.64±2.44),both of which were higher than before the training.Furthermore,both the hurses'and the teachers'satisfaction evaluation were≥4.13 points.Conclusion The training program for emergency nurses'early warning ability coping with new emerging respiratory infectious diseases is scientific,feasible and practical,it can provide a reference for improving the early warning ability of emergency nurses coping with new emerging respiratory infectious diseases.
A Scoping Review of the Application of Decision Aids on Patients'End-of-LifeAbstract:Objective To determinate the content elements,behavior change techniques and intervention effect of current decision aids(DA)which used on patients'end-of-life care decision-making through the scoping review.Methods Guided by the PRISMA-ScR framework for scoping reviews,a search was conducted in The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CINAHL,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and VIP Database,covering publications from database establishment to September 1,2025.Two researchers screened the literature and extracted data independently,and a descriptive analysis was performed to summarize the findings.Results A total of 21 articles were included,summarized the intervention forms,duration,content elements,behavior change techniques and intervention effects covered by DA.Conclusion Decision aids are beneficial,it can improve the efficiency of doctor-patient communication,optimize the decision-making path,enhance the quality of decision-making,and have feasibility,acceptability,and clinical applicability.In the future,it is necessary to explore the best intervention timing and improve evaluation indicators that based on actual conditions and develop the best decision support tools and intervention plans.
The Relationship between Nurses'Perceived Organizational Support,Resilience,and Emergency Response Capabilities in Public Health Emergencies in Southwest China:A Multi-center StudyAbstract:Objective To explore the mediating effect of resilience in the relationship between nurses'perceived organizational support and their emergency response capability for sudden public health emergencies.Methods A total of 3 154 nurses were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire,the Perceived Organizational Support Scale,the Resilience Scale for Medical Staff,and the Nurses'Emergency Response Capability Scale for Public Health Emergencies.Results The scores of nurses'organizational support was(53.22±9.30),the scores of resilience was(76.66±11.61),and the scores of emergency response capability for public health emergencies was(70.74±10.81).There were pairnise a positive correlations among perceived organizational support,resilience and emergency response capability for public health emergencies(r1=0.581,r2=0.438,r3=0.614,all P<0.01).Resilience played a partial mediating effect between nurses'perceived organizational support and emergency response capability for public health emergencies,accounting for 72.20%of the total effect.Conclusion Nurses'emergency response capability for public health emergencies is at a upper middle level.Resilience is a mediator between perceived organizational support and emergency response capability for public health emergencies.lmproving nurses'resilience and perceived organizational support is an effective way to enhance their emergency response capability.
A study on the Influencing Path of New Nurses'Transition Shock on Nursing Informatics Competencies in Tertiary General HospitalsAbstract:Objective To explore the current situation of nursing informatics competencies of new nurses in tertiary general hospitals,analyze its influencing factors and paths,and provide a theoretical basis for intervention strategies.Methods A total of 1 172 clinical nurses from 6 tertiary general hospitals in Beijing were investigated using the General Information Questionnaire,the Transition Shock of Newly Graduated Nurses Scale(TSNGNS),Nursing Professional Pride Scale(NPPS),and the Self-Assessment of Nursing Informatics Competencies Scale(SANICS).Results For new nurses in tertiary general hospitals,the scores of TSNGNS,NPPS,and SANICS were(90.99±21.77),(99.12±16.42),and(110.15±15.51),respectively.The transformation shock was negatively correlated with the professional pride(r=-0.439,P<0.05)and nursing informatics competencies(r=-0.491,P<0.05),the professional pride was positively correlated with nursing informatics competencies(r=0.557,P<0.05).The professional pride played a partial mediating role between transition shock and nursing informatics competencies,accounting for 42.60%of the total effect.Conclusion The transition shock of new nurses is at a moderate level,while their professional pride and nursing informatics competence are at an above-moderate level.Transition shock can indirectly affect nursing informatics competence through the mediating role of professional pride.Nursing managers should pay attention to the impact of new nurses'transition shock on their nursing informatics competence,and improve the level of nursing informatics competencies by enhancing nurses'professional pride.
The Development of Hospice Shared-Care Case Management Programme Based on the PEPPA ModelAbstract:Objective To develop a hospice shared-care case management programme based on the PEPPA model,with the goal of providing reference and guidance for the practice of hospice shared-care case management.Methods An initial draft of the hospice shared-care case management service plan was constructed based on the steps defined in the PEPPA model,including patient group identification and care plan development,stakeholder identification,assessment of care needs,identification of priority issues and goals,and definition of the role of the case manager within the hospice shared-care programme.Then the plan was reviewed by 28 experts through two rounds of expert consultations.Results A 14-step,34-task hospice shared-care case management programme was developed.The variation coefficients of the primary indicators ranged from 0.085 to 0.218,and the secondary indicators ranged from 0.064 to 0.237.The Kendall's concordance coefficients for the primary and secondary indicators were 0.406 and 0.412,respectively.Conclusion The hospice shared-care case management protocol developed based on the PEPPA model provides a clear approach for case management in hospice care and has good potential for widespread adoption.
Best-Evidence Summary for Management of Post-Extubation Dysphagia in ICU Patients with Tracheal IntubationAbstract:Objective To integrate the best evidence on managing post-extubation dysphagia in ICU patients by utilizing evidence-based methods.Methods Following the"6S"evidence model,relevant guideline websites and databases were searched,covering the period from the establishment of the database to February 1,2025.Two researchers,who received systematic training,independently evaluated and synthesized the evidence.Results A total of 12 papers were included in the literature,including 4 guidelines,4 expert consensus statements,3 systematic reviews,and 1 clinical decision aid.The evidence was summarized into 20 best pieces,which covered five key themes:multidisciplinary collaboration,screening and assessment,swallowing function training,nutritional intervention,and process monitoring and outcome evaluation.Conclusion The study systematically summarises the evidence concerning the management of dysphagia following extubation.It suggests that healthcare professionals should collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and prudently integrate clinical contexts when translating evidence into practice,thereby formulating management strategies to improve patient outcomes.
