Abstract:Objective To analyze the current situation and equity of nursing human resource allocation in Inner Mongolia from 2012 to 2022 predict the development trend of nursing human resources in the future, and provide a reference for the reasonable allocation of health resources. Methods Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient were used to evaluate the current situation of nursing human resources allocation in Inner Mongolia, and the grey system model was used to predict the development trend of nursing human resources in Inner Mongolia. Results From 2012 to 2022,nursing human resources in Inner Mongolia showed an overall growth trend, and there was a large gap in the allocation of health resources between urban and rural areas. The Gini coefficients according to the distribution of population and regional area were 0.08 and 0.62 respectively. The grey system model constructed had a good fitting effect. From 2023 to 2027,the total number of nurses and the number of registered nurse per 1,000 population in Inner Mongolia would continue to increase. Conclusion The nursing human resources in Inner Mongolia are increasing year by year, the overall resources are insufficient, and the allocation differences between urban and rural areas are obvious. The fairness of the distribution according to population is better than that according to geographical area. The fairness of the allocation of nursing human resources needs to be strengthened.
