Abstract:Objective To localize the Intensive Care Experience Questionnaire(ICEQ)and conduct reliability and validity tests on the scale in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods After systematic translation, back translation, expert consultation, and small sample pre survey,an initial scale was formed.A total of 362 AMI patients who underwent PCI were selected by convenient sampling to evaluate the reliability and validity of the sinicized scale. Results The correlation coefficient between each item and the total score of the Chinese version of ICEQ ranged from 0.503 to 0.738(P<0.01).Through exploratory factor analysis,5 common factors containing 21 items were obtained, including environmental perception, fear experience, care satisfaction, recall experience, and cognitive needs, with a cumulative explanatory variance rate of 60.63%.The total score of the Chinese version of the ICEQ scale was closely negatively correlated with the score of the ICU Environmental Stressors Source Scale(ICUESS)(r=-0.612,P<0.01).The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total scale was 0.906,the Cronbach's α coefficients of the 5 factors ranged from 0.815 to 0.888,and the split-half reliability ranged from 0.806 to 0.891.Conclusion The scale has good reliability and validity, and is suitable for evaluating the intensive care experience of domestic AMI patients undergoing PCI.
