Abstract:To study the mechanical properties of commercial vehicle leaf springs,Ansys was first used to numerically simulate and analyze their static and dynamic mechanical properties,and the influence of friction on static stiffness was explored.Then,bench tests were conducted to verify and analyze the leaf springs.The results show that the data from the bench tests are basically consistent with those from the finite element simulation,with small errors.

Abstract:Carbon fiber composites have the advantages of light weight,high strength,fatigue resistance,aging resistance,excellent thermomechanical properties,so they have become an important material for reducing the weight of aerospace vehicles,lowering the maintenance cost and promoting energy saving and emission reduction,and their share of application in aerospace field is increasing.Firstly,the advantages of carbon fiber composites in aerospace applications are analyzed from the perspectives of economy and environmental protection,and the application progress of the carbon fiber composites in the lightweight of aviation and spacecraft at home and abroad is reviewed;then,combining with the lightweight characteristics,it is analyzed that the carbon fiber composites will be developed in the directions of large-scale,multi-scenario,multifunctional composites and materials for the primary-load-carrying structure;finally,technical challenges and solutions for carbon fiber composites in aerospace are discussed.

Abstract:Digital capability is crucial for cross-border E-commerce enterprises to acquire overseas customers and enhance brand awareness and influence.Cross-border E-commerce enterprises in Henan face numerous challenges in building digital capabilities.This study constructs a digital capability evaluation system using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to help enterprises accurately identify weaknesses,allocate resources rationally,and promote the"going global"of Henan products from the quantity-oriented stage to the value-oriented stage.It provides scientific and regionally adaptable theoretical support for the digital transformation of cross-border E-commerce enterprises.

Abstract:Red culture is an advanced culture with distinct Chinese characteristics.In the new era,developing and innovating red culture plays an important role in enhancing China's cultural soft power.Currently,inheriting and promoting red culture faces"practical challenges"such as low public identification,infiltration of Western ideologies,and negative impacts of the market economy.Under the strategy of building a socialist cultural power,China must focus on enhancing the soft power of red culture,tapping its contemporary significance:inheriting red genes,activating the red culture industry,and improving its system;meanwhile,enhancing its international influence,expanding international red culture businesses,and strengthening its discourse power.Strengthening red culture soft power is not only necessary for enhancing comprehensive national strength but also a way to unite national consensus and realize socialist cultural confidence.

Abstract:Safeguarding public health is a key objective of China's environmental legislation.Environmental health rights,centered on environmental health interests,serve as an important carrier for protecting public health.Regarding the inclusion of environmental health rights in the code,there is a close logical connection between these rights and the compilation of the Environmental and Ecological Code.The codification of environmental health rights can follow the"General Provisions-Subsections"structure,adopt a moderate legislative model,and take a"one body with two wings"path.In the General Provisions,define their connotation,allocate rights and responsibilities,and specify remedies;in the Pollution Prevention Subsection,elaborate on institutional safeguards;in the Ecological and Environmental Liability Subsection,explore damage remedies.This study provides theoretical references for legalizing environmental health rights.

Abstract:While algorithmic recommendation systems drive digital economy growth,they concurrently manifest negative effects such as privacy violations,intensified discrimination,and inequality.The primary causes of these risks are the improper use of personal information and the opacity inherent in algorithmic recommendation processes.Taking contextual integrity theory as the logical foundation for personal information protection,this study proposes enhancing China's Personal Information Protection Impact Assessment system by drawing on the EU's Data Protection Impact Assessment framework.By establishing the right to algorithmic explanation as the core mechanism,this research aims to dismantle algorithmic black boxes and construct a refined accountability framework and institutional arrangements for algorithmic recommendation systems.

Abstract:For a long time,the Chinese nation has relied on blood relations to build a traditional"acquaintance society."With social development,the"kinship Estrangement"phenomenon among Generation Z youth has become widespread,promoting the transformation from"acquaintance society"to"stranger society."This phenomenon highlights the conflict and shift between real and virtual kinship,resulting from the combined effects of evolving social relations,urbanization,changing values,and transformed interpersonal interactions.Regarding this psychological"disembedding"behavior,we should rationally recognize its potential risks to traditional culture,social development,and personal growth.By adopting targeted guidance,we can help Generation Z youth establish healthy family and kinship values,achieve psychological"reembedding"and rebuild kinship bonds.

Abstract:The image of the shrew already existed in historical records and literary works before the late Ming and early Qing dynasties,mostly characterized by being shrewish due to jealousy,but the character images were not well-developed.During the late Ming and early Qing dynasties,while inheriting and developing the characteristics of shrews from previous dynasties,the shrew image showed some new changes.Among them,the shrew image in Marriage Destinies to Awaken the World is the most typical:it evolved from individual to group,with the scope of cruelty expanded;shrews showed no affection for their husbands and were no longer shrewish due to jealousy;they began to disregard patriarchal authority and actively strive for rights in the family.An analysis of these new changes in the shrew image in Marriage Destinies to Awaken the World helps to study the specific historical background,social trends of the late Ming and early Qing dynasties,and the creative ideas of the author Xi Zhousheng.

Abstract:Teachers' ability to collaborate in education is a key focus of basic education reform.Taking two student teachers majoring in preschool education from University A as cases,this study explores the types of cooperative learning among student teachers and their influencing factors based on the interaction ritual chain theory,through three months of non-participatory observation,interviews,and collection of physical materials.The findings reveal that student teachers exhibit two types of cooperative learning:"passive superficial cooperation"and"active superficial cooperation".The former is characterized by weak emotional solidarity due to the lack of identity symbols,while the latter suffers from a deviation from the common focus due to insufficient content symbols.The dual nested factors of symbolic reserves and cultural institutions influence the forms of cooperative learning among student teachers.Accordingly,it is suggested to improve the support system for student teachers' cooperative learning from three aspects:symbolic accumulation,curriculum support,and cultural environment.

Abstract:The traditional batik craftsmanship in the Qiandongnan Region is an important part of China's batik techniques,with Miao batik as a representative example,boasting distinctive ethnic characteristics and significant artistic and economic value.Qiandongnan batik not only embodies the local people's traditional culture,lifestyle,and humanistic connotations,known as a"history book without words",but also exerts a profound influence on the development of traditional arts of ethnic minorities in southwest China.Facing current challenges such as unsystematic collation of batik patterns,a shortage of inheritors,and excessive development of cultural tourism,measures should include strengthened government protection,innovation in batik patterns,and cultivation of batik inheritors to safeguard the development of traditional batik craftsmanship.

Abstract:Inclusive human capital investment compensates for the inadequacy of public human capital investment,enhances the human capital of all social members,and injects sustained momentum into economic development.This study constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for inclusive human capital investment,comprising 3 primary indicators,11 secondary indicators,and 41 tertiary indicators.Based on panel data of 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan from 2014 to 2022,it uses the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method and Theil index to analyze the development level and regional differences of inclusive human capital investment.Findings show:(1)During the sample period,Henan and its four major economic zones saw steady growth,though the overall level remains low,with faster growth in Northern Henan and the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration.(2)Regional differences are small overall,with intra-regional differences contributing most and expanding annually,while intra-regional differences in descending order are the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration,the Western and Southwest Henan,the Northern Henan,and the Huanghuai region.

Abstract:Village-level financial disclosure is an important part of rural grassroots democratic governance.To improve villagers' satisfaction,this study uses the modified Importance Performance Analysis(IPA)method,taking F Village,H Town,Henan Province as a case,and collects data through questionnaires.It qualitatively and quantitatively analyzes key factors affecting satisfaction from three dimensions:content,timeliness,and methods of disclosure.Results show that villagers rate"responsiveness to inquiries"and"completeness of disclosed data"as highly important but express low satisfaction,making these key areas for improvement;"understandability of reports,""clarity of details,"and"timeliness of information"are strengths to be maintained.Recommendations include establishing efficient feedback mechanisms,enhancing data completeness,consolidating strengths,and adjusting resource input.
