Abstract:Village-level financial disclosure is an important part of rural grassroots democratic governance. To improve villagers' satisfaction, this study uses the modified Importance Performance Analysis(IPA)method, taking F Village,H Town,Henan Province as a case, and collects data through questionnaires. It qualitatively and quantitatively analyzes key factors affecting satisfaction from three dimensions:content, timeliness, and methods of disclosure. Results show that villagers rate"responsiveness to inquiries"and"completeness of disclosed data"as highly important but express low satisfaction, making these key areas for improvement;"understandability of reports,""clarity of details,"and"timeliness of information"are strengths to be maintained.Recommendations include establishing efficient feedback mechanisms, enhancing data completeness, consolidating strengths, and adjusting resource input.
