Dilemmas and Paths:Reflections on Strengthening the Soft Power of Red Culture

Abstract：Red culture is an advanced culture with distinct Chinese characteristics.In the new era,developing and innovating red culture plays an important role in enhancing China's cultural soft power.Currently,inheriting and promoting red culture faces"practical challenges"such as low public identification,infiltration of Western ideologies,and negative impacts of the market economy.Under the strategy of building a socialist cultural power,China must focus on enhancing the soft power of red culture,tapping its contemporary significance:inheriting red genes,activating the red culture industry,and improving its system;meanwhile,enhancing its international influence,expanding international red culture businesses,and strengthening its discourse power.Strengthening red culture soft power is not only necessary for enhancing comprehensive national strength but also a way to unite national consensus and realize socialist cultural confidence.
