Research on Ideological and Political Work System of Secondary Colleges in the Higher Education

Abstract：Secondary colleges are a crucial component of the ideological and political work system in universities.Constructing an ideological and political work system for secondary colleges serves as a key link in implementing the task of"fostering virtue through education",an important means to strengthen the Party's overall leadership over education,and an inevitable requirement to adapt to the ideological characteristics of college students in the new era.Taking Anyang Institute of Technology as a case study,this research addresses the problems existing in the ideological and political work system of secondary colleges,rearranges the relationships among various subjects of ideological and political work in accordance with the"generative logic",and initially establishes a"2136"ideological and political work system under the leadership of the Party organization.Under this system,various resources of the college are fully utilized,fostering a new situation for ideological and political work.
