ZHANG Xiaoqiang
Abstract：The Hongqi Canal stands as a monument, witnessing the indomitable qualities of the people of Linzhou, demonstrating their heroic spirit in overcoming difficulties, and nurturing a timeless spiritual treasure. Its construction was not only a great water conservancy project but also a profound practice of philosophical theories. The extensive and time-honored fine traditional Chinese culture formed its spiritual foundation, while the unyielding revolutionary history of hard struggle provided its fertile soil.In the new era,the strong spiritual power and cultural confidence embodied in the Hongqi Canal Spirit inspire the Chinese people to strive for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This spirit remains timeless and never fades.
