Abstract：The Hongqi Canal Spirit serves as vivid material for strengthening Party spirit education among Party members and cadres.With self-reliance,hard work,solidarity,and selfless dedication at its core,it embodies the CPC's firm ideals and sense of responsibility,which highly aligns with the clean government culture advocating integrity,serving the people,and practical dedication.Cultivating clean government culture through this spirit can provide profound spiritual resources,enhance its appeal,and strengthen its practical value.Accordingly,we propose implementing clean government culture construction in practice by strengthening education,emphasizing practical cultivation,enhancing exemplary leadership,and improving supervision mechanisms to advance Party conduct,clean government,and the fight against corruption.
