Health Service Demand,Utilization and Expenditure of Urban and Rural Residents in Gongshan County of Yunnan Province

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the health service demand,utilization,and expenditure of urban and rural residents in Gongshan County,and to provide reference for formulating health policies and allocating local medical resources reasonably.METHODS Referring to the Family Health Survey Form of National Health Service Survey made by National Health Commission,1 851 urban and rural residents in Gongshan County were selected by probability proportionate to size sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey from July to August in 2023.RESULTS The two-week visiting rate for Gongshan County residents was 8.43%,with 5.96%in urban areas and 9.04%in rural areas.The annual hospitalization rate for Gongshan County residents was 16.05%,with 10.57%in urban areas and 17.41%in rural areas.The proportion of Gongshan County residents seeking medical care at count hospital was 55.13%,and the proportion of inpatients at county hospital was 59.26%.The main reasons for not seeking medical care were self-perceived mild illness(66.67%),and the main reason for not being hospitalized was a lack of time for hospitalization(40.00%).The average per capita outpatient self-payment for medical expenses for Gongshan County residents was 931.34 yuan,473.57 yuan in urban areas,and 984.16 yuan in rural areas.The average per capita inpatient self-payment for medical expenses was 4 907.68 yuan,5 393.61 yuan in urban areas,and 4 835.40 yuan in rural areas.CONCLUSION The utilization of health services by Gongshan County residents is relatively low compared to the national average.The proportion of primary care visits is low,primary healthcare institutions exhibit notable deficiencies in service capacity,and the burden of health service costs on residents is heavy.The Gongshan County government should continue to strengthen investment in the medical and health sector,especially in promoting the capacity building of health services in rural and remote areas,and systematically improve the accessibility and affordability of health services for Gongshan County residents.

A Survey on the Awareness of Contraindications Among Vaccination Personnel in the Immunization Planning Outpatient Clinic in Changping District of Beijing

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the knowledge of contraindications among the staff of the immunization planning outpatient clinic in Changping District of Beijing,to provide a basis for improving the capacity building of vaccination services.METHODS A questionnaire was designed to survey all immunization planning outpatient staff in Changping District of Beijing from March to June in 2024.The data was analyzed through univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression.RESULTS 368 people were investigated and an average awareness rate of vaccine contraindication 51.36%~100%.The awareness rate of 5 knowledge points were below 80%.Through univariate analysis,it can be concluded that the level,professional title,major,age,and duration of immunization work in the vaccination clinic have an impact on the awareness rate.Through logistic regression analysis,it was found that professional title and age are factors that affect awareness rate.The staff of the immunization planning clinic are willing to receive training on contraindication assessment.CONCLUSION The overall knowledge of contraindications among the staff of the immunization planning clinic in Changping District of Beijing is good,but some staff members have shown weak grasp of national documents and relevant expert consensus.Small scale special training will be carried out for weak links to improve the service level and ability of the immunization planning clinic staff in Changping District.

Epidemiological Characteristics and Analysis of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection in Children in Dalian in the Autumn of 2023

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and clinical manifestations of Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)infection in children aged 0~14 in Dalian in the autumn of 2023,and to provide reference for developing effective prevention and control measures and the optimization of treatment strategies.METHODS 492 Children aged 0~14 in some areas of Dalian from September to October 2023 were selected as the survey subjects to study on the infection rate,age and gender characteristics,clinical manifestations,distribution of medical visits and medication use of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children with respiratory tract infections.RESULTS The infection number among 492 children was 197(40.04%).18.28%of the 93 children diagnosed with respiratory infections were infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae.Children aged 0~14 can be infected with Mycoplasma pneumoniae in all age groups,with the highest infection rate of 26.09%in the 4~7 age group.The main clinical manifestation of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children was high fever(>38℃),with an average course of 11 days longer than respiratory infections(P<0.05).13(76.47%)of IT children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae choosed tertiary hospitals for treatment,while 15(88.24%)children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae used macrolide antibiotics.CONCLUSION Children aged 4~7 years were susceptible to Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection among children aged at 0~14.Children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae had a longer course of illness,and non-standard use of macrolide antibacterial drugs was widespread.

Andersen's Behavioral Model-Based Cross-Sectional Study of Family Doctor Service Utilization Patterns and Influencing Factors Analysis of Ningbo

Abstract:OBJECTIVE Based on Andersen's Behavioral Model,to explores the influencing factors of family doctor service utilization to provide a theoretical foundation for optimizing such services.METHODS A purposive sampling method was employed to conduct a questionnaire survey among 504 community residents enrolled in family doctor services in Ningbo in 2024.Data were analyzed using x2 tests and binary logistic regression analysis.RESULTS Among the 504 community residents who have signed up for family doctors,222(44.0%)had utilized family doctor services,and 248(49.2%)had chronic diseases.The utilization rate of family doctor services among community residents of different ages,marital statuses,monthly income levels per person,educational levels,the number of chronic diseases numbers of visits to medical institutions in the past year,awareness of medical communities,familiarity with community health service centers,satisfaction with services provided by community health service centers,accessibility of community health service centers,and experiences of referral showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The results of logistic regression analysis show that community residents aged 43 to 55(OR=2.238),married(OR=0.062),with higher education(OR=3.267),suffering from multiple chronic diseases(OR=3.324),having better accessibility to community health service centers(OR=0.136),and having experience of being referred to higher-level hospitals(OR=0.339)were more inclined to utilize family doctor services.CONCLUSION To enhance the utilization of family doctor services,diversified communication strategies tailored to population characteristics should be developed.Policy interpretation should be integrated into standardized service protocols to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of contracted services,thereby promoting rational medical resource allocation and sustained advancements in healthcare delivery.

Analysis of Influencing Factors and Investigation of Sleep Disorder in School-Age Children in Minhang District of Shanghai

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of sleep disorder and behavioral problems among school-aged children in Minhang District of Shanghai,and to investigate the factors influencing sleep disorder,thereby providing a basis for developing targeted interventions to improve children's sleep health.METHODS From June 2023 to June 2024,a stratified cluster sampling method was used to survey 1 419 school-aged children from three primary schools.Data on general demographics,family upbringing,and sleep disorders were collected using a general information questionnaire and the Sleep Disturbance Scale for Children(SDSC).Logistic regression analyses were conducted to identify factors influencing sleep disorders in school-aged children.RESULTS A total of 1 419 children whose average score of SDSC was(32.97±6.65)were included,among whom 213(15.01%)were found to have sleep disorders.Multivariate analyses revealed that female gender(OR=0.64,95%CI:0.47~0.87),being a non-only child(OR=0.70,95%CI:0.51~0.97),and paternal companionship time ≥5 hours per week(OR=0.54,95%CI:0.30~0.97)were protective factors against sleep disorders.In contrast,secondhand smoke exposure(OR=2.22,95%CI:1.33~3.72)was identified as a risk factor for sleep disorders.CONCLUSION Sleep disorders among school-aged children in Minhang District are closely associated with gender and family upbringing.Targeted community education can help reduce the incidence of sleep disorders in this population.

Research Hotspots and Trends of Delirium in Critical Care from 2014 to 2024 Based on Visual Analysis

Abstract:OBJECTIVE The research hotspot and trend of delirium in the field of critical care nursing were analyzed to provide scientific basis for clinical practice.METHODS CiteSpace was used to analyze the relevant literature in the core collection database of Web of Science,including the annual number of publications,publishing countries,institutions,authors,co-cited journals,high-frequency keywords and keyword clustering.RESULTS A total of 1 024 literatures were included in the analysis,and the number of published papers showed an overall increasing trend.The country with the most publications was the United States(327 articles,accounting for 31.93%),and the institution with the most publications was Vanderbilt University(34 articles,accounting for 3.32%).Critical Care Medicine was the most cited journal.The research focuses on the risk factors and risk assessment,prevention and management strategies,long-term effects and sequelae of ICU delirium.The development trend is the optimization of clinical practice guidelines and multi-dimensional symptom care management model.CONCLUSION In the past 10 years,the research on delirium in the field of critical care has steadily increased,and more and more scholars have paid attention to it.The in-depth study of ICU delirium helps nurses to better identify,assess and manage delirium,thereby improving the treatment effect and quality of life of patients.

Analysis of the Vaccination Status of Immunization Program Vaccines for School-Age Children in A Certain Community Health Service Center in Tianjin

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the vaccination status of immunization program vaccines among children of appropriate age in a certain community in Tianjin,and to provide a basis for strengthening the management of immunization program vaccines.METHODS A total of 411 children born from September 6,2022 to September 5,2023,who were under the management of a community health service center in Tianjin,were selected from the vaccination management system as the observation subjects.The vaccination status of immunization program vaccines among these children was analyzed.RESULTS The vaccination rates of BCG,hepatitis B,DPT,polio,MMR,meningococcal,and Japanese encephalitis among the 411 children were 96.1%,100.0%,98.6%,94.9%,91.9%,91.2%,and 83.9%,respectively.Among them,the vaccination rates of the above vaccines among 289 permanent residents were 96.2%,100.0%,98.6%,94.8%,92.0%,91.3%,and 84.1%,respectively,and those among 122 migrant children were 95.9%,100.0%,98.4%,95.1%,91.8%,91.0%,and 83.6%,respectively.There were no statistically significant differences in the vaccination rates of the above vaccines between permanent residents and migrant children(P>0.05).CONCLUSION The vaccination rate of immunization program vaccines among children in a certain community health service center in Tianjin needs to be improved.Efforts should be made to strengthen the publicity of vaccination,focus on enhancing parents' awareness of immunization program vaccines,and increase the vaccination rate of children.

Analysis of Epidemic Characteristics and Trend of Hepatitis C in Weifang from 2005 to 2024

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the epidemiological trends and high-risk population distribution of hepatitis C in Weifang from 2005 to 2024,and provide evidence-based data support for optimizing regional prevention and control strategies.METHODS It systematically collected annual reported cases of hepatitis C and related demographic data from the China Disease Control and Prevention Information System.Descriptive epidemiological methods were employed to analyze the epidemiological profile of hepatitis C,including its temporal,spatial,and population distributions.RESULTS From 2005 to 2024,a total of 2 309 cases of hepatitis C were cumulatively diagnosed in Weifang,with 150 all-cause deaths(among which 27 cases were related to hepatitis C).The incidence rate increased from 0.27/105 population in 2005 to 1.47/105 population in 2024,with an average annual growth rate of 5.00%.There was no significant seasonal fluctuation pattern.Gaomi(3.84/105),Hanting District(3.77/105),and Qingzhou(3.24/105)had the top three incidence rates in the whole city.The male-to-female ratio of the cases was 1.22∶1,and the cases were mainly concentrated in the population aged 35 to 74 years(1 824 cases,80.00%).In the age groups of 0 to 19 years,40 to 59 years,and 60 years and above,the number of male cases was higher than that of female cases,while in the age group of 20 to 39 years,the number of female cases was higher than that of male cases from 2005 to 2024.The number of male cases in the age group of 0 to 19 years showed a downward trend,the number of male cases in the age group of 40 to 59 years showed an upward trend,and the number of female cases in the age group of 60 years and above showed an upward trend.Farmers(1 394 cases,60.37%),retired personnel(238 cases,10.31%),and housewives and unemployed people(218 cases,9.44%)constituted the main sources of the cases.CONCLUSION Despite maintaining an overall low-prevalence status of hepatitis C in Weifang from 2005 to 2024,the persistent upward trend in reported cases highlights a growing risk of potential transmission.Middle-aged and elderly populations,agricultural workers,homemakers,and unemployed individuals constitute the core populations bearing the disease burden.It is recommended to establish a hierarchical prevention and control framework,implementing precision interventions targeting high-risk geographic regions,high-risk settings,and key population groups to effectively curb the spread of the epidemic.

Abstract:In recent years,the occurrence and development of chronic diseases have had a serious impact on the health of the people and the social and economic burden.In the process of coping with the challenges of chronic diseases,healthy lifestyles represented by exercise intervention play a crucial role.In 2023,the elderly aged 65 and above accounted for 30.99%.Among them,Yinhang Subdistrict has the highest degree of aging and is a typical super-large-scale aging community.In order to focus on the high-risk population of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as hypertension,diabetes and dyslipidemia,through previous exploration,the Yinhang Community Health Service Center has gradually improved the new mechanism of integrating sports and medicine and multidepartment collaboration to promote health.By establishing and training a team of general practitioners with the qualification of sports health teachers,it integrates the"exercise prescription"into the chronic disease management of family doctors,opens the"Sports Intervention Clinic for the Co-management of Hypertension,Hyperglycemia and Hyperlipidemia",and constructs a new integrated chronic disease management model of"prevention,diagnosis,treatment,management and health-promotion"that combines offline and online,in-hospital and out-of-hospital,and general practice and specialty,so as to achieve the good effects of delaying the disease process,reducing disease complications,reducing medical expenses,and optimizing the use of medical insurance funds.

Meta-Analysis of Health Self-Management Abilityof Chinese Residents

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To comprehensively assess the current status of health self-management ability among Chinese residents by meta-analysis,providing a scientific basis for enhancing residents'health self-management capabilities.METHODS A systematic search was conducted across databases including CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,SinoMed,PubMed,Web of Science,and Ovid,collecting relevant Chinese and English literature published from January 1,2011,to January 1,2025.meta-analysis was performed using Stata 18.0 software.RESULTS A total of 11 articles were included,with a total sample size of 8 441 cases.The meta-analysis results showed that the overall score of health self-management ability among Chinese residents was 139.95(95%CI:128.74~151.16),indicating a moderate level overall.The scores of each subgroup were different.The residents in coastal areas scored 142.39 points,which was higher than those in inland areas(132.89 points);females scored 141.52 points,which was higher than males(138.02 points);residents aged 60 and above scored 142.74 points,which was higher than those under 60(141.46 points);residents with a high school education or above scored 143.23 points,which was higher than those with a junior high school education or below(140.82 points);married residents scored 141.72 points,which was higher than those with other marital statuses(136.48 points);residents with a monthly income of 1 000 yuan or more scored 145.87 points,which was higher than those with a monthly income of less than 1 000 yuan(125.77 points);residents after 2020 scored 153.06 points,which was higher than those before 2020(137.09 points).CONCLUSION The health self-management ability of Chinese residents is generally at a moderate level and is influenced by factors such as region,gender,age,education level,marital status,monthly income,and survey time.

Survey on Knowledge and Behavior of Acute Respiratory Infectious Diseases in Student'Parents

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the knowledge and behavior among parents of nursery institutions,primary and secondary schools in Jing'an District of Shanghai on acute respiratory infectious diseases,and to provide evidence for carrying out targeted health education in the future to improve the prevention and control ability of acute respiratory infectious diseases in schools.METHODS Multi-stage sampling method was used to collect data through self-made questionnaires,and t-test or one-way ANOVA were used to compare the scores of parents'knowledge and behavior with different basic characteristics.RESULTS A total of 1 393 questionnaires were included in the analysis.The awareness rate of parents was normal(69.55%),and the implementation rate of behavior was good(82.68%).The average score of parents'knowledge was(13.61±2.62),the score of female knowledge was higher than that of male knowledge,and the score of parents with high school education or below was lower;parents of high school students also scored lower on knowledge;parents who were health care workers,had respiratory symptoms in the last two months,and received related publicity and education in the last three months had higher knowledge scores.The average score of parents'behavior was(12.40±2.43),the behavioral score of parents whose occupation was full-time housewife/husband was higher than those who were administrative staff and self-employed/freelancers;parents who had respiratory symptoms in the past two months and received relevant publicity and education in the past three months had higher behavioral scores.CONCLUSION Parents in Jing'an District has a low awareness rate of acute respiratory infectious diseases,and their prevention and control behavior is relatively good.Publicity and education can improve the level of parents'knowledge and behavior.Health education work should focus on the role of father in the family,low education and high school parents,and the content focuses on key respiratory infectious diseases and vaccines.

Analysis of Free Physical Examination Results of Elderly People Aged 65 and Above in A Certain Community of Xiamen

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the free physical examination reports of the elderly people aged 65 and above in the Community Health Service Center of Jinshan Street,Huli District of Xiamen,to learn the health status of the elderly,and to provide a reference for the judgment of health and the treatment of chronic disease of the elderly in our jurisdiction.METHODS The complete physical examination results data of 15 764 elderly people who underwent free physical examination in our center from 2022 to 2024 were collected,to analyze the abnormal detection rate of different genders,different ages and different years.RESULTS In the study,the top three detection rates of abnormal indicators were abnormal abdominal color ultrasound(80.92%),abnormal electrocardiogram(68.64%),and dyslipidemia(66.52%).The detection rates of overweight/obesity,hypertension,dyslipidemia,electrocardiogram(ECG)abnormality and renal functionin abnormality in different genders were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of dyslipidemia gradually declined,while renal function abnormality,liver function abnormality and ECG abnormality gradually increased,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the past three years,the the proportion of liver and kidney function abnormality increased year by year,and the remaining indexes improved year by year,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The abnormal detection rate of physical examination results of the elderly in the community is at a high level,and the health status is not good enough,so the standardized and personalized treatment of diseases of the elderly in the community should be strengthened.

Risk Association of Genetic Factors with the Development of Diabetic Kidney Disease:A Cross-Sectional Study Based on Polymorphisms in the LXR Gene

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the association between LXR gene polymorphisms(rs3758673 and rs12221497)and diabetic nephropathy risk through genetic analysis.METHODS A total of 209 patients with type 2 diabetes and 209 diabetic nephropathy patients were enrolled from October 2022 to November 2024 at Shunyi Hospital,Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.TaqMan SNP genotyping was used for genetic polymorphism analysis,and logistic regression models were employed to examine the relationship between LXR rs3758673 and rs12221497 polymorphisms and diabetic nephropathy susceptibility.RESULTS Three genetic models(additive,dominant,and recessive)were applied to evaluate the genotype associations between LXR rs3758673 and rs12221497 polymorphisms and diabetic nephropathy.Logistic regression analysis revealed that in the additive model of LXR rs3758673,patients with CT genotype(OR=0.319,95%CI:0.066~0.294,P<0.05)and TT genotype(OR=0.283,95%CI:0.136~0.590,P<0.05)showed significantly elevated risks of diabetic nephropathy when using CC genotype as the reference.In the dominant model,CT+TT genotype(OR=0.363,95%CI:0.228~0.578,P<0.05)demonstrated increased risk when CC genotype was the reference.The recessive model revealed that TT genotype(OR=0.203,95%CI:0.101~0.406,P<0.05)significantly increased diabetic nephropathy risk when CC+CT genotype served as the reference.Notably,no association was observed between these genotypes and diabetic nephropathy occurrence in additive,dominant,or recessive models for LXR rs12221497.CONCLUSION While all genotypes at LXR rs3758673 showed associations with diabetic nephropathy occurrence in additive,dominant,and recessive models,none of the genotypes at rs 122214973 exhibited such correlations in these models.

Analysis of the Differences in Health Literacy and Influencing Factors Among Urban and Rural Elderly People in Yantai

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the health literacy of elderly people in Yantai,explore the influencing factors of differences in health literacy between urban and rural elderly people,and provide ideas for improving the level of health literacy among the elderly and achieving the promotion of health literacy for the whole population.METHODS Using random sampling,two districts and two county-level cities in Yantai were selected as sample areas.A total of 305 elderly people aged 60 and above were surveyed face-to-face from June to December 2024.RESULTS The total score of health literacy among elderly people in Yantai was(44.36±6.02).The scores of the 6 dimensions from high to low were health information literacy(16.84±2.51),scientific literacy(14.30±2.96),chronic disease prevention literacy(4.28±1.38),basic medical literacy(3.44±1.21),infectious disease prevention literacy(2.78±0.99),and safety and first aid literacy(2.72±0.55).The health literacy of rural elderly people was lower than that of urban elderly people,with a significant difference in statistical analysis(P<0.05).The results of multiple factor unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that average monthly family income and health cognitive level significantly influenced the health literacy qualification of rural elderly people(P<0.05),while the method of medical expense coverage significantly influenced the health literacy qualification of urban elderly people(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The health literacy of rural elderly people in Yantai is lower than that of urban elderly people.Average monthly family income and health cognitive level are influencing factors for the health literacy of rural elderly people in Yantai,while the method of medical expense coverage is an influencing factor for the health literacy of urban elderly people in Yantai.Therefore,promoting the improvement and equalization of health literacy among urban and rural elderly people in Yantai requires further implementation of national health policies and strengthening the targeted and effective regional health education.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the dynamic changes in rural drinking water quality,explore the main factors affecting rural drinking water quality.METHODS From 2020 to 2024,16 water supply units in Qilin District were selected for water quality monitoring each year.69 water samples were collected in both the dry season and the wet season each year.Water quality testing was conducted in accordance with the Standard Methods for the Examination ofDrinking Water,and water quality evaluation was based on the Hygienic Standard for Drinking Water(GB 5749-2006)/(GB 5749-2022).RESULTS A total of 684 water samples were monitored in Qilin District from 2020 to 2024,with 528 qualified samples,a qualification rate of 81.9%,and the water quality qualification rate showed an upward trend year by year.The water quality non-qualification rate in the wet season was 26.02%(89/342),which was higher than that in the dry season[19.59%(67/342)].The main non-qualified indicators of rural drinking water in Qilin District from 2020 to 2024 were total coliforms,Escherichia coli,turbidity,visible matter,and manganese exceeding the standard.There were 104,49,23,14,and 3 non-qualified samples detected respectively in the five years,and the detection situation was closely related to seasonal factors,water treatment processes,and insufficient facilities.CONCLUSION It is recommended to strengthen continuous monitoring,improve water treatment processes,increase automatic disinfection facilities,and introduce professional technical talents to enhance water quality management.

Analysis of the Situation of Accidental Injuries Among Children in Nurseries and Kindergartens in Shijingshan District of Beijing from 2013 to 2022

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the status and characteristics of accidental injuries among children in kindergartens and nurseries in Shijingshan District of Beijing,and to provide a basis for formulating effective policies and intervention measures for accidental injuries among children in kindergartens.METHODS Data from the"Annual Report on Accidental Injuries of Children in Nurseries and Kindergartens in Shijingshan District"from 2013 to 2022 were collated,and the data on accidental injuries among children in kindergartens and nurseries within the jurisdiction of Shijingshan District were summarized and analyzed.RESULTS From 2013 to 2022,a total of 521 children in Shijingshan District suffered accidental injuries in kindergartens and nurseries.The proportion of children with accidental injuries from highest to lowest was 173 children in the 4-year-old group,accounting for 33.21%;138 children in the 3-year-old group,accounting for 24.69%;137 children in the 5-year-old group,accounting for 26.30%;52 children in the 6-year-old group,accounting for 9.98%;and 21 children in the 2-year-old group,accounting for 4.03%.Among the 521 children,372 were boys,accounting for 71.40%,which was significantly higher than that of girls(28.60%).The difference was statistically significant(χ2=34.217,P<0.05).The number of boys with accidental injuries in each age group was much higher than that of girls.The most common type of accidental injury was falls,accounting for 49.06%of the total number of accidental injuries.CONCLUSION The incidence of accidental injuries among children in kindergartens and nurseries in Shijingshan District has been decreasing year by year from 2013 to 2022.The three-level health care functions of maternal and child health care hospitals,community health service centers,and kindergartens and nurseries should be implemented.Accidental injuries among children in kindergartens should be prevented as the primary approach,and targeted intervention strategies should be implemented to enhance home-school cooperation,improve the self-protection ability of kindergartens,families,and children,and reduce the incidence of accidental injuries among children in kindergartens.

Analysis of Health Examination Indicators for People Aged 60 and Above in Jingning She Autonomous County

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the status of health examination indicators of residents over 60 years old in mountainous counties,and adopt scientific intervention strategies based on data support to ensure the pertinence and effectiveness of intervention measures according to the changes of chronic disease spectrum of elderly people in mountainous areas.METHODS The health examination results of residents in township health centers in Jingning She Autonomous County in 2024 were derived from the chronic disease monitoring system in Zhejiang Province.The people over 60 years old and the She people were divided into four groups according to the age of 10 years old,namely,60~69 years old(48.41%),70~79 years old(40.31%),80~89 years old(10.19%),and 90 years old and above(1.09%).The physical examination results were compared with gender and nationality according to four age groups.RESULTS The study analyzed health examination data from 16 971 participants,revealing statistically significant differences in abnormal detection rates across various indicators:dyslipidemia(61.81%),hypertension(49.37%),hyperlipidemia(38.12%),dental caries(30.09%),fatty liver disease(28.06%),hyperuricemia(15.82%),renal cysts(15.18%),diabetes(13.44%),anemia(4.35%),and decreased renal function(2.96%).These differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among 1 895 She ethnic individuals aged 60 and above,the corresponding rates were hypertension(56.62%),fatty liver disease(28.18%),and anemia(6.28%).Similar statistical significance was observed for chronic disease prevalence and abnormal health indicators across different age groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The detection rate of chronic diseases and abnormal physical examination indexes in the population aged 60 years and above in Jingning She Autonomous County is high,and the increase of blood lipid,blood pressure and uric acid are the main risk factors of chronic diseases.On the basis of the prevention and control of the original chronic diseases,it is urgent to strengthen the intervention for risk factors such as hyperlipidemia and uric acid,so as to effectively curb the disease progress and reduce the economic pressure caused by chronic diseases.

Research Hotspot and Frontier Trend of Chinese School Public Health Based on CiteSpace

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To visually analyze the status quo and hot spots of school public health research in China from 2010 to 2024 by using CiteSpace software,draw the knowledge map,and propose the frontier trend of school public health research,so as to provide data support for promoting the improvement of theoretical system and deepening of empirical research in this field.METHODS In databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP,using the keywords"school health","school health and wellness",and"school public health",a total of 1 135 literatures published from January 1,2010 to October 31,2024 were retrieved.The CiteSpace software was used to visualize the number of published papers,research authors,institutional partnerships,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,timeline,and emergent analysis,and to draw a knowledge graph.RESULTS The annual number of published papers which were about Chinese school public health study from 2010 to 2024 was stable at about 50.The research team led by Ma Jun,Zhong Ya,Liu Zhongming,Lin Yinghe and other scholars was prominent,forming a cooperation model of"universities as the main,and health administration departments as the auxiliary".The research focuses on five areas:students'health status,school health management,health education,infectious disease prevention and control and health personnel.CONCLUSION The research on school public health is still in the development stage,and future research frontiers and development directions should focus on the overall structure of school public health,the effectiveness of school health management,the change of students'physical fitness,and the allocation of health personnel,so as to promote the further development of research and practice in this field.

Analysis on Condition Survey and Influencing Factors of Senile Dementia in Heilongjiang Province

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the prevalence rate of Alzheimer's disease and its related influencing factors in the elderly population in Heilongjiang Province,so as to provide early identification and psychological guidance and intervention basis for the risk groups of Alzheimer's disease.METHODS In the survey,stratified multi-stage random sampling method was adopted,Alzheimer's Disease Screening Scale(AD8 and CSIS-D)was used as screening tools,and ICD-10 dementia diagnostic criteria was applied to diagnose Alzheimer's disease.RESULTS A total of 5 362 valid questionnaires were collected.The prevalence rate of dementia in the elderly was 5.04%.Logistic regression analysis showed that being female,having a history of chronic diseases,smoking,drinking,living in suburban or rural areas,advanced age,poor marital status,and working in certain industries were risk factors for dementia in the elderly(P<0.05),while engaging in physical exercise at least three times a week and living in suburban or rural areas were protective factors(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Dementia,as a common mental disorder among the elderly,should attract widespread social attention.Regular screening and health promotion regarding mental health knowledge should be conducted for high-risk groups such as women,those with chronic diseases,smokers,drinkers,and urban residents to slow down the rising prevalence rate of dementia in the elderly.
