Abstract：Regional health informatization serves as a crucial safeguard for enhancing the operational management efficiency of China's medical and healthcare industry.It takes Shenzhen Luohu Hospital Group as an empirical object,exploring the practical path of regional health informatization construction within the framework of a closely integrated medical consortium from four dimensions:basic architecture,data governance,business platform,and application scenarios.It proposes that regional health informatization can achieve heterogeneous system connectivity,data value mining,and sustainable development through deep integration of technical infrastructure,comprehensive data governance,and long-term empowerment through policy mechanisms.The aim is to provide practical references for exploring innovative models of operational management in the medical and healthcare industry that align with China's national conditions,thereby promoting the upgrading of operational management efficiency.
