Investigation on the Current Situation of Helicobacter Pylori Infection Among Primary and Secondary School Students in Linqu County of WeifangAbstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of Helicobacter pylori infection among primary and secondary school students in Linqu County of Weifang,and analyze the related risk factors,providing a scientific basis for the next step of standardized management.METHODS Helicobacter pylori detection was conducted among primary and secondary school students in some urban and rural communities in Linqu County.Students from grades 2 to 4 in each school were selected,and samples were drawn according to standards.A total of 1,280 children were included.Fecal Helicobacter pylori antigen detection and questionnaire surveys were carried out to understand the infection status and related risk factors of Helicobacter pylori among children.RESULTS A total of 1,280 primary and secondary school students meeting the criteria were included in the study,with 107 cases of Helicobacter pylori infection,resulting in an infection rate of 8.36%.There was no statistically significant difference in the infection rate among primary and secondary school students of different genders and age groups(P>0.05),but there was a statistically significant difference in the infection rate between primary and secondary school students in urban and rural communities(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that Helicobacter pylori infection among primary and secondary school students in Linqu County was related to frequent finger-sucking,fondness for snacks,handwashing before meals,fixed tableware,and drinking raw water,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis indicated that frequent finger-sucking,not washing hands before meals,and drinking raw water were independent risk factors for Helicobacter pylori infection among primary and secondary school students(P<0.05).CONCLUSION It should focus on strengthening the health management of primary and secondary school students in rural communities,promote the use of fixed tableware,and actively change the bad living habits such as sucking fingers,drinking raw water and not washing hands before meals,so as to effectively reduce the infection rate of children with Helicobacter pylori and promote the healthy growth of primary and secondary school students.
Epidemiological and Etiological Investigation of Other Infectious Diarrhea in Songjiang District of Shanghai from 2018 to 2023Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and etiological patterns of non-statutory notifiable infectious diarrhea in Songjiang District of Shanghai from 2018 to 2023.It aims to offer scientific evidence for optimizing local diarrheal disease control strategies.METHODS Case records of non-specific infectious diarrheal diseases were systematically retrieved from the China Infectious Disease Surveillance Reporting System,a retrospective descriptive analysis was conducted.RESULTS Among 3,366 laboratory-confirmed cases,the crude annual incidence averaged 29.25/100,000 population,demonstrating a significant declining trend(χ2=675.44,P<0.01).Distinct seasonal patterns emerged:viral agents predominated in colder months(winter-spring),whereas bacterial pathogens demonstrated higher activity in warmer seasons(summer-autumn).Rotavirus accounted for 35.0%of identified pathogens,followed by Salmonella(20.0%).The incidence rate of male was slightly higher than that of female,and children under the age of 6 were the high incidence group(49.5%).In terms of occupation distribution,scattered children,school and nursery children are the main groups,and the incidence rate in urban streets was higher.The annual incidence rate of each street and town was statistically different(χ2=300.38,P<0.01).CONCLUSION From 2018 to 2023,other infectious diarrhea outbreaks in Songjiang District generally showed a downward trend,with seasonal and regional high incidence.Children aged 0-6 years are the most susceptible population.It is suggested to strengthen health education for key populations and regions,improve the completeness of pathogen surveillance and reporting,so as to reduce the incidence.
Comprehensive Analysis of the Quality of Notifiable Infectious Disease Reports in Medical Institutions in Wuzhou from 2020 to 2024Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of notifiable infectious disease reporting in medical institutions of Wuzhou of Guangxi from 2020 to 2024,and provide actionable methods to further improve infectious disease reporting quality in the region.METHODS The TOPSIS method was used to quantitatively assess the quality of infectious disease reporting in medical institutions.Evaluation data were sourced from on-site investigations in the jurisdiction,covering indicators such as the reporting rate of notifiable infectious diseases,timely reporting rate,completeness rate of reporting forms,accuracy rate,consistency rate,and completeness rate of valid ID numbers.RESULTS From 2020 to 2024,the infectious disease reporting rate in Wuzhou was 98.65%,with a timely reporting rate of 98.63%.The completeness rate of reporting forms was 98.61%,accuracy rate 81.15%,consistency rate 97.60%,and completeness rate of valid ID numbers 98.23%.The comprehensive evaluation results of infectious disease reporting quality based on the TOPSIS method revealed significant differences in quality rankings across various dimensions.The ranking by year was 2022 as the best,followed by 2024,2023,2020,and 2021.By medical institution level,the rankings were tertiary,secondary,primary,and unclassified institutions.By institution type,the order was maternal and child health institutions,psychiatry,dermatology,infectious diseases,traditional Chinese medicine institutions,general institutions,and township(community)institutions.By county(city,district),the rankings were Mengshan County,Changzhou District,Wanxiu District,Longxu District,Cangwu County,Tengxian County,and Cenxi City.The total five-year under reporting rate of infectious diseases was 1.35%,with Class C infectious diseases showing higher rates than Class B.CONCLUSION The quality of infectious disease reporting in Wuzhou still has significant room for improvement.It is essential to strengthen medical institution-based infectious disease reporting management,conduct regular supervision and inspection of reporting procedures,optimize reporting processes,and further enhance the efficiency of infectious disease information reporting.
Analysis of Vaccination-Related Complaints and Response Strategies in Jiangdu District of Yangzhou from 2019 to 2024Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze vaccination-related complaints in Jiangdu District of Yangzhou,to understand residents'service needs and propose targeted improvement suggestions.METHODS It analyzed vaccination-related complaints received by the Jiangdu District Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2019 to 2024.RESULTS From 2019 to 2024,Jiangdu District recorded a total of 362 vaccination-related complaints,with annual figures of 6,17,144,91,81,and 23 cases respectively.Monthly statistics showed March,June,and December as peak months.By township,Xiannü Community Health Service Center had the highest number of complaints(100 cases),followed by Daqiao Central Health Center(37 cases)and Shaobo Central Health Center(24 cases).Other vaccination clinics reported between 3 to 16 complaints each.The most complained-about vaccines were COVID-19 and HPV vaccines.The majority of complaints involved service-related issues,with the highest volume of complaints directly addressing vaccination services.Notably,the number of complaints showed a positive correlation with vaccination rates.CONCLUSION Enhanced publicity and transparency regarding vaccination services are needed,along with improved communication skills and effective response mechanisms to elevate service quality.
Risk Assessment and Response Strategies for Malaria Retransmission in Yunnan Province Under Flood Disaster ScenariosAbstract:OBJECTIVE Yunnan Province is an area prone to flood disasters.However,there is currently no relevant research report on the risk of malaria retransmission in this scenario.It aimed to assess the risk of malaria retransmission in Yunnan Province under flood disaster scenarios,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to scientifically guide the local work of preventing malaria retransmission.METHODS Collect data such as malaria epidemic data,vector surveillance data in Yunnan Province from 2022 to 2024,and national technical plans for preventing malaria re-transmission,etc.,to construct a database.For quantitative data indicators,after averaging according to the county population,they are equally spaced and divided into 5 categories.For qualitative data,different grade values are assigned with reference to the literature.Comprehensively calculate the malaria retransmission risk index,and combine with the actual situation to comprehensively assess and delineate the risk stratification.RESULTS Under the flood disaster scenario,the malaria retransmission risk index in Yunnan Province ranges from 1 to 100,with an average value of 11.55.Through optimizing the stratification standard,among the 129 counties(cities,districts)in Yunnan Province,there are 4 counties with extremely high malaria retransmission risk,6 counties with high risk,13 counties with medium risk,and 106 counties with low risk.CONCLUSION Yunnan Province is a key region in China for preventing malaria retransmission.Scientific prevention and control under flood disasters is of vital importance.Timely early warnings must be given according to different risk stratifications,the sensitivity of surveillance should be improved,and targeted prevention and control measures should be taken according to local conditions to prevent malaria retransmission and continuously consolidate the achievements of malaria elimination.

Epidemiological Characteristics and Prevention Control Strategies of Human Brucellosis in Shouguang from 2014 to 2023Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the epidemic characteristics and influencing factors of human brucellosis in Shouguang,Shandong Province from 2014 to 2023,and provide scientific basis for improving prevention and control strategies.METHODS The reported cases and field epidemiological survey data of brucellosis in Shouguang from 2014 to 2023 were collected by the national health security disease control information system,and the descriptive epidemiological method was used for statistical analysis.RESULTS A total of 619 cases of brucellosis were reported in Shouguang from 2014 to 2023,with an average annual incidence rate of 5.63/105.The incidence was the highest in 2015(9.68/105)and the lowest in 2020(2.61/105),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=107.908,P<0.05).Cases were reported in 14 towns(subdistricts),with the highest incidence in Wenjia(8.88/105)and the lowest in Shengcheng(3.40/105),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=53.427,P<0.05).The incidence peak was from April to August,accounting for 55.09%.The incidence rate of males was 8.24/105,higher than that of females(1.47/105),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=135.529,P<0.05).The highest incidence was in people aged 40-69 years,accounting for 76.41%of the total cases.Fever was the main symptom(80.94%).13.00%of the patients raising domestic animals had protective measures.CONCLUSION Brucellosis in Shouguang showed the characteristics of regional spread,high incidence of middle-aged and elderly male farmers and gathering in spring and summer.The patients are mainly high-risk occupational groups.It is necessary to strengthen the animal quarantine work and enhance the protection awareness of key groups and implement measures.
Investigation on the Service Ability of Medical and Preventive Integration of Chronic Diseases Among Primary Care Doctors Across 4 Provinces and 1 City of ChinaAbstract:OBJECTIVE Through investigating and analyzing the integrated medical and preventive service capabilities of primary care physicians in different regions of China,to understand the current status and existing challenges of chronic disease management services at the grassroots level,while exploring improvement strategies.METHODS In August 2020,the research team conducted an online survey using a self-designed questionnaire for primary care physicians across Jiangsu province,Anhui province,Henan province,and Chongqing city,employing Multi-stage stratified sampling and typical sampling.It analyze differences in self-reported competency levels among physicians from different regions,urban-rural areas,and institutional types.RESULTS Among 8,469 surveyed primary care doctors,physicians demonstrated relatively high proficiency in standardized medication use and referral services for chronic diseases,while showing weaker capabilities in patient management for down-tracked patients and community rehabilitation services.Regarding chronic disease diagnosis,physicians in central regions demonstrated significantly higher diagnostic skills for hypertension and diabetes compared to stroke and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Physicians in central regions exhibited higher competency rates than those in eastern and western regions,while rural physicians reported higher self-assessed proficiency than urban counterparts.Among different institutional types,village clinic physicians reported the highest self-reported competency levels.CONCLUSION Although China's primary care physicians have established a foundation in integrated medical and preventive services for chronic diseases,notable gaps and structural disparities remain.Future efforts should focus on strengthening targeted training programs for stroke and COPD diagnosis,further improving community rehabilitation systems and service coordination for down-tracked patient management,and enhancing hospital-physician collaboration through innovations in patient information interoperability and economic incentive mechanisms.

Analysis of Non-Immunization Program Vaccine Vaccination in Liqiao Town of Shunyi District of Beijing from 2019 to 2023Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the vaccination status of non-immunization program vaccines in Liqiao Town,Shunyi District of Beijing,and provide a reference for strengthening the management of non-immunization program vaccines.METHODS Vaccination data of non-immunization program vaccines in Liqiao Town from 2019 to 2023 were collected and analyzed using descriptive epidemiological methods.RESULTS From 2019 to 2023,the types of non-immunization program vaccines increased from 17 to 19,with a total of 36,328 doses administered over five years.The lowest number of doses(5,598)was administered in 2019,and the highest(8,178)in 2023.The top five most frequently administered vaccines over five years were varicella vaccine live,enterovirus 71 vaccine Inactivated,13-valent pneumococcal Polysacch aride Conjugate vaccine,DPT-IPV-Hib pentavalent vaccine,and 9-valent human papillomavirus vaccine,totaling 23,477 doses,accounting for 64.63%of all non-immunization program vaccines.The doses of non-immunization program vaccines that could replace immunization program vaccines in Liqiao Town,Shunyi District,from 2019 to 2023 were 970,2,065,1,904,1,851,and 2,045,respectively.The overall average substitution rate was 23.64%,with the highest rate(35.74%)in 2022 and the lowest(10.50%)in 2019.CONCLUSION From 2019 to 2023,the usage of non-immunization program vaccines in Liqiao Town,Shunyi District,showed an overall upward trend with an increase in varieties.Comprehensive measures should be taken to strengthen the management of non-immunization program vaccines.
Analysis on Current Situation of Health Literacy And Its Influencing Factors Among Elderly Aged 60-69 Years Old in Chenghua District of Chengdu from 2022 to 2024Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the current situation of health literacy and its influencing factors among elderly aged 60-69 years old in Chenghua of Chengdu from 2022 to 2024,and to provide a scientific reference for formulating targeted elderly health intervention strategies.METHODS Based on the monitoring data of elderly people aged 60-69 in the health literacy monitoring of Chenghua District of Chengdu from 2022 to 2024,the health literacy level of this group was analyzed,and the logistic regression analysis was used to explore its influencing factors.RESULTS The health literacy level of the surveyed population increased from 19.70%in 2022 to 31.40%in 2024.Among them,basic knowledge and ideas and scientific health concept ranked first in the three aspects and six kinds of health issues respectively,and health skills and prevention and treatment of chronic disease ranked last respectively.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that female(OR=0.657),low educational level(OR=0.393 for primary school and below,OR=0.341 for junior high school,OR=0.555 for high school/vocational school/vocational school),and farmer/worker(OR=1.877)were the main factors.CONCLUSION Health literacy among elderly aged 60-69 years old in Chenghua District improved annually from 2022 to 2024.Targeted interventions should be implemented for females,less-educated individuals,and retirees/unemployed populations.Health education programs should be tailored to address chronic disease prevention,strengthen health skills training,and promote the the unity of health knowledge and practice.
Establishment and Practice of the Evaluation Index System for Family Doctors in a Community Health Service Center of ShanghaiAbstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the construction of a performance evaluation index system for family doctors at the Changzheng Town Community Health Service Center,to test the preliminary implementation effectiveness of this system,to improve the family doctor management system,thereby effectively motivating the intrinsic drive of family doctors,comprehensively enhancing their overall capabilities,and ultimately promoting the high-quality development of the community health service center.METHODS Referring to the key indicators of the National Quality Service Grassroots Campaign,the comprehensive evaluation of community health services in Shanghai,and the performance evaluation of community health service centers in Putuo District,the target management method and group discussion method were used to initially construct the family doctor performance evaluation index system.The Delphi method was introduced to screen and determine the scoring weights of the indicators.According to the constructed index system,monthly and annual evaluations were conducted for the center's family doctors,and evaluation data for 2023 and 2024 were collected informationally.The evaluation results were promptly fed back to the family doctors,and the effectiveness of the evaluation was deeply analyzed.RESULTS In 2023,a comprehensive ability evaluation index for family doctors was established,with specific content divided into monthly and annual evaluation indicators.In 2024,minor adjustments were made to certain indicators within the basic medical care category based on operational requirements,though the total score for this section remained unchanged.Evaluation results indicate that the monthly assessment totals for 33 family doctors in early 2023(January)and late 2023(December)were(142.63±12.99)points and(167.12±6.98)points,respectively.In 2024,the monthly evaluation total scores for the beginning(January)and end(December)periods were(160.77±8.84)points and(177.49±8.45)points,respectively.CONCLUSION The construction of the family doctor performance evaluation index system has effectively motivated the intrinsic drive of family doctors to a certain extent,but there are still some shortcomings and deficiencies.Subsequent efforts need to gradually improve the evaluation system,increase support for the research,teaching,and personal ability training of family doctors.
Analysis of the Current Smoking Situation Among Community Residents in Zoucheng from 2020 to 2024Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the factors affecting smoking on the health of community residents in Zoucheng,evaluate the effectiveness of community tobacco control activities,and provide a scientific basis for formulating and adjusting tobacco control strategies.METHODS From 2020 to 2024,6,281 residents from 3 representative streets and 11 towns in Zoucheng were selected as survey subjects for questionnaire surveys.RESULTS The total smoking rate among residents aged 15-69 in Zoucheng decreased from 23.02%in 2020 to 19.07%in 2024,showing a year-on-year downward trend and achieving the tobacco control target of the Healthy China 2030 Plan Outline ahead of schedule.There were statistically significant differences in smoking rates among different genders,ages,educational levels,and occupations(χ2=1 103.99,85.68,93.42,63.38;P<0.05),while no statistically significant differences were found among different income groups(χ2=4.53,P>0.05).Men,the age group of 25-64 years,those with a high school/vocational high/technical secondary school education or below,farmers,workers,and other public institution personnel are the key groups to focus on in tobacco control interventions.CONCLUSION From 2020 to 2024,the smoking rate among community residents in Zoucheng showed a year-on-year downward trend and achieved the target ahead of schedule.Targeted efforts should be made for key groups in tobacco control interventions,further promoting the health promotion mechanism of"government-led,multi-department cooperation,and whole-society participation"strengthening the development of health education talent teams,creating high-quality health science popularization works,exploring various methods to disseminate core information on citizens'health literacy,and achieving continuous improvement in the health literacy level of residents and a sustained reduction in smoking rates across the city.
Practice and Reflections on the Establishment of Class A Village Clinics in Tongzhou District of NantongAbstract:To systematically summarize the practical experience gained in advancing the establishment of Class A village health stations in Tongzhou District of Nantong since 2021.Through a series of measures including publicity campaigns,scientific planning,hardware upgrades,personnel training,and mechanism innovation,the district successfully achieved its establishment target"by 2025,20%of village clinics in the region must meet Class A standards".It has significantly enhanced the healthcare service capacity at the village level and strengthened the foundation of primary healthcare services.Addressing current challenges such as insufficient awareness among personnel,lax implementation,and loose management,the study proposes countermeasures including strengthening primary responsibility,intensifying supervision efforts,and refining incentive mechanisms.These recommendations aim to provide valuable reference for village health station development in other regions.
Epidemiological Characteristics of Varicella During Different Immunization Strategies in Jiangning District of NanjingAbstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the alterations in epidemiological characteristics during different immunization strategies in Jiangning District,thereby providing a scientific foundation for varicella vaccine vaccination and epidemic prevention and control.METHODS Data on varicella cases from 2016 to 2024 in Jiangning District were collected from the China Disease Prevention and Control Information System and statistically analyzed using descriptive epidemiology.RESULTS The reported incidence rates during 2016-2018,2019-2022,2023-2024 were 215.96/100,000,168.98/100,000,and 75.59/100,000 respectively.The reported incidence rates exhibited a decline,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=2,562.81,P<0.01).There was a seasonal"bimodal"distribution,and the peak decreased notably since 2020.The reported incidence rates of varicella decreased significantly in seven streets(P<0.01).The reported incidence rate was significantly higher in males than in females.With the enhancement of immunization strategies,the median age of onset shifted by 3 and 7 years respectively,and the reported incidence rates decreased significantly in the age groups of 5 to 9 years old,10 to 14 years old,15 to 19 years old,20 to 24 years old,and 30 to 34 years old(P<0.01).CONCLUSION After the inclusion of the varicella vaccine in the immunization plan,the reported incidence rate of varicella decreased significantly.The free two dose inoculation of the varicella vaccine achieved remarkable outcomes,and the vaccination rate of children should be ensured.
Vaccination Status and Safety Analysis of 13-Valent Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine in Birth Cohort of Children in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing from 2019 to 2024Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the vaccination rates of 13-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine(PCV13)and the reporting incidence of adverse events following immunization(AEFI)in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing from 2019 to 2024.METHODS Based on the Immunization Program Information Management System in Chongqing and the Information System of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention,vaccination information and AEFI monitoring information of children born from 2019 to 2024 were collected.And SPSS 22.0 software were used for analysis.RESULTS The vaccination rates of the first,second,third,and fourth doses of PCV13 for children in the birth cohort from 2019 to 2024 in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing were 24.33%-39.09%,21.97%-35.22%,20.99%-27.22%and 18.98%-6.57%,respectively.The vaccination rates of each dose all showed the same trend of first increasing and then decreasing(P<0.05).The vaccination rates of each dose for permanent resident children and children in urban areas were higher than those for migrant children and children in rural areas.The overall reported incidence rate of AEFI was 69.79/100,000 doses.The main types were general reactions,manifested as fever,local redness,swelling,and induration.The reported incidence rate of AEFI was relatively higher for children in rural areas,children vaccinated PCV13 at the age of 7-11 months,and those vaccinated in the second quarter.CONCLUSION The overall vaccination rate of PCV13 among children born from 2019 to 2024 in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing is relatively high,but the vaccination rate has shown a decreasing trend in the recent three years.The reported incidence of AEFI is low and mainly consists of general reactions.It is necessary to enhance publicity,improve the vaccination management for migrant children,and increase resource allocation in rural areas to boost vaccination rates.Additionally,targeted follow-ups should be strengthened for high-risk groups and during peak seasons to promptly identify and address adverse reactions.
Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Weifang Comprehensive Management Model for Mental Health Based on Social GovernanceAbstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the effectiveness of prevention and management of psychosis in Weifang,as well as the situation of mental health resources,and explore the establishment of a comprehensive management model for mental health in Weifang based on grassroots governance,in order to improve service level and governance capacity.METHODS By collecting management service data,mental health resources,and incidents of serious mental disorders in Weifang from 2019 to 2023,the effectiveness evaluation and optimization analysis of the mental health management model in Weifang were conducted.RESULTS Since the establishment of the"Six Modernizations Collaborative"comprehensive management model(comprehensive management mechanisms,scientific resource allocation,integrated treatment and rescue,diversified mental rehabilitation,branded mental health,and intelligent service management),various indicators for the management and treatment of severe mental disorders in Weifang have increased.As of the end of December 2023,the reported incidence rate,medication rate,standardized management rate,and stability rate have reached 5.39‰,99.63%,99.57%,99.62%,respectively.The number of psychiatric beds has increased from 1,489 to 4,211,with an increase in the number of practicing psychiatrists,psychiatric nurses,psychotherapists,and counselors.The occurrence of dangerous behaviors by patients and the occurrence of police calls by public security organs have shown a decreasing trend year by year.CONCLUSION Weifang has explored various aspects such as strengthening government functions,optimizing medical resources,strengthening management teams,and consolidating grassroots governance.It has extended mental health services to remote areas and established a comprehensive management model of"six modernizations and coordination"for mental health,The"Six Modernizations Collaboration"work method breaks through key and difficult issues involving multi departmental cooperation,service system improvement and resource allocation,providing convenient,fast,and accurate mental health services for community residents,improving the comprehensive management level of the community,and promoting collaborative governance of mental health services.
Analyze the Research Hotspots and Trends of Risk Assessment of Public Health Emergencies in China Based on CiteSpaceAbstract:OBJECTIVE To analyzes the current state and future trends of research on risk assessment of public health emergencies in China,providing policy basis for public health emergency management.METHODS Using the literature from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)as database,and CiteSpace software was used for visual analysis,aiming at the co-occurrence of core authors,institutions,keywords,and mutation words in the literature,thereby explaining the research hotspots and future development trends in this field.RESULTS A total of 315 literatures were retrieved.It was predicted that the overall development of this field in China shows an upward trend,and the cooperation among institutions was not close enough.The nodes of keywords such as"risk assessment""emergency events""public health""infectious diseases""risk management""emergency management"and"health emergency"were relatively large,forming four main clusters focusing on risk assessment,public health risks,health emergency management,and government.CONCLUSION Emphasis should be placed on the development of the field of risk assessment for public health emergencies,strengthening the emphasis on information technology,utilizing big data to accelerate development,reinforcing scientific research in this field,and promoting cross-departmental collaborative development.It is essential to conduct risk assessment throughout the entire process of prevent,in-event,and post-event phases of public health emergencies,establishing a public health risk management system tailored to China's actual development needs.
Outpatient Assistance and Current Situation Analysis for Patients with Severe Mental Disorders in Laoshan of QingdaoAbstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the information of outpatients in the designated hospitals for free treatment and assistance of patients with severe mental disorders in Laoshan District of Qingdao,and to provide theoretical basis for improving the treatment policies.METHODS The information of 349 outpatients from 5 designated hospitals in Laoshan District in 2024 was selected.SPSS 27.0 software was used to compare and analyze the information of outpatients of different genders,ages,marital statuses,addresses,diagnoses,and different medical institutions.RESULTS Among the 349 free-treatment outpatients,female patients(59.9%)were the majority;patients over 60 years old(39.0%)accounted for a relatively high proportion;in terms of current residence,the majority of patients(57.0%)lived in urban areas;patients with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder were the main group seeking medical treatment,reaching over 97.4%;70.2%of patients chose to visit public hospitals;the number of visits by outpatients in public hospitals was more than that in private hospitals,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Among the patients receiving free medical treatment and assistance at the free medical treatment and assistance clinics in Laoshan District,those who choose public medical institutions have better compliance with medical visits.
Analysis on the Allocation of Radiological Diagnosis and Treatment Resources in Qingdao in 2022Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate the allocation of radiological diagnosis and treatment equipment and personnel in medical institutions(excluding dental clinics)within the jurisdiction of Qingdao investigated by Qingdao municipal center for disease control and prevention in 2022,so as to provide a basis for better allocation of medical resources to serve the masses.METHODS The allocation of radiological diagnosis and treatment equipment and personnel in medical institutions within the jurisdiction of Qingdao was collected,and the data were sorted out,statistically described and analyzed.RESULTS A total of 304 radiological diagnosis and treatment institutions were surveyed in Qingdao in 2022 equipped with 1 246 radiological diagnosis and treatment equipment and 4220 radiation workers.There were 108.4 radiological diagnostic equipment,7.5 interventional radiological equipment,3.2 radiological treatment equipment,1.4 nuclear medicine equipment and 408 radiological workers for each million resident population.The frequencies of diagnostic radiology,interventional radiology,radiotherapy and nuclear medicine diagnosis and treatment were 824.6/103,6.8/103,1.3/103,4.3/103 and 1.1/103,respectively.The resources of radiological diagnosis and treatment were mainly concentrated in the tertiary medical institutions and the two urban areas of Shinan District and Shibei District.CONCLUSION The distribution of radiological diagnosis and treatment resources in Qingdao is unbalanced among different levels of medical institutions and districts,and it is necessary to optimize the allocation of radiological diagnosis and treatment resources to improve the rational utilization of radiological diagnosis and treatment resources.
