Proactive Health:Beyond Prevention-Centric Approaches

Abstract：With the development of the social economy and the diversification of people health needs,the traditional health governance model,which emphasizes prevention,has gradually shown its limitations in the face of complex health challenges such as the high incidence of chronic diseases and accelerated aging.As an emerging health governance model,proactive health transcends the prevention-oriented model in terms of goal positioning,and governance logic,which places greater emphasis on individual initiative,government guidance,multi-party collaboration,and the empowerment of technology.It delves into the concept of proactive health,analyzes its practical pathways,and proposes recommendations for promoting nationwide proactive health management.
