Abstract:Academician Wu Tian-yi is a major pioneer and founder of plateau medicine in China and is hailed as the"Guardian of life on the plateau".This article,from the perspectives of medical humanities and the professional spirit of physicians,systematically sorts out and deeply analyzes the scientific research and medical practice of Academician Wu Tian-yi who has been rooted in the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau for nearly 70 years.Facing the severe challenge of the"forbidden zone of life"on the roof of the world,he,with extraordinary courage,firm belief,rigorous scientific attitude and selfless dedication,led the completion of a plateau health census covering nearly 100,000 people,established the first internationally leading high and low pressure comprehensive oxygen chamber and personally verified it in dangerous situations,and innovatively constructed the"three highs and three lows"plateau disease emergency system.It successfully ensured the medical miracle of"zero deaths from altitude sickness"among the 140,000 troops involved in the construction of the Qinghai-Xizang Railway.His career profoundly embodies the core essence of the physician's professional spirit-the sincere dedication to the country and the people,the supreme reverence for life,the unwavering pursuit of his profession,the boundless care for patients,as well as the perseverance and self-sacrifice in the face of difficulties.Academician Wu Tian-yi's spiritual qualities are not only a precious asset in the field of plateau medicine,but also a lofty model and eternal lighthouse for Chinese physicians in the new era to forge their professional spirit.His deeds have significant implications for promoting the humanistic spirit of medicine and strengthening the professional ethics construction of physicians.

Abstract:This study takes public hospitals in Nanjing as the empirical object,systematically analyzes the dynamic balance between the medical insurance system and the construction of humanistic hospitals in the high-quality development of public hospitals,and reveals the resonance effect between digital governance and cultural identity.Based on the theory of social identity and the theory of cultural synergy,it is found that the medical insurance system under digital governance strengthens institutional rigidity through data transparency and process standardization,while the cultural identity of humanistic hospitals builds flexible support through value internalization and humanistic care.The two work together to form a governance closed loop of"system-technology-culture"in a trinity.Data show that from 2022 to 2024,the average personal cost per visit for patients participating in medical insurance has been decreasing year by year over the three years,presenting a win-win situation for medical insurance,hospitals and patients.The average patient satisfaction score in Nanjing rose from 96.97 points in January 2023 to 98 points in November 2024.The synergy effect driven by two dimensions has been verified.This research provides a theoretical paradigm and useful reference for public hospitals in the new era to break through the path dependence of scale expansion and achieve connotative development.

Abstract:Objective From the perspective of medical humanities,to construct a scientific and reasonable case library for the"Nursing Guidance"course,and study its application effect in teaching practice.Methods The study e Establish a professional team responsible for case writing,and builds a case library for the"Nursing Guidance"course based on the teaching syllabus and compilation standards.143 nursing students from the 2024 cohort were selected as the research subjects,and the case library received teaching activities during the semester courses.After the course,a satisfaction survey was conducted on the participating students and 10 peer experts.Results A progressive case repository comprising 17 cases in fundamental nursing skills was successfully developed.The student satisfaction rate ranged from 90.9%to 93.7%,while the peer expert satisfaction rate varied between 80.0%and 100.0%.Conclusion The high satisfaction levels among students and peer experts indicate that the"Nursing Guidance"case repository plays a significant role in nursing humanities education.

Abstract:The ability to engage in close reading within narrative medicine stands as one of the core competencies for healthcare professionals to cultivate medical humanistic care.Centered on the"Three-stage Method of Close Reading Instruction",this paper examines its practical pathways and value in workshops dedicated to advancing narrative medicine close reading skills.Through a tripartite instructional framework—comprising theoretical instruction in close reading,literary text analysis,and clinical case study—the workshop guides healthcare professionals to explore multidimensional interpretations of literary texts and clinical case.By mastering close reading techniques,participants enhance their capacity for empathic reflection and clinical problem-solving.Leveraging group discussions,peer learning,and participatory teaching methodologies,the workshop effectively activates participants'tacit experiential knowledge,bridging the gap between theory and practice.Simultaneously,through localized"great texts"as pedagogical tools,it deepens participants'understanding of traditional Chinese medical contexts.This model demonstrates the critical role of narrative medicine close reading in improving clinical communication and decision-making,while offering a replicable pedagogical framework for advancing medical humanities education.

Abstract:Objective To explore the connotation of Xin'an Medical Ethics and provide reference for improving the medical experience in public hospitals.Methods Through literature review,to summarize the scientific implications and characteristics of Xin'an Medical Ethics,and analyze the specific path of its integration into public hospitals to improve the medical experience.Results Xin'an Medical Ethics is reflected in four aspects:Confucianism,compassion,refinement,and humility.It plays a certain promoting role in improving the professional ethics of medical staff in public hospitals,building harmonious doctor-patient relationships,ensuring patient safety,and strengthening the spiritual defense line against corruption.Conclusion Xin'an Medical Ethics has a positive impact on improving the medical experience in public hospitals.Strengthening the interpretation and integration of its connotation can help improve the medical experience of patients in public hospitals,build a"community of shared future between doctors and patients",and promote the creative transformation and development of Xin'an Medicine.

Abstract:The relationship between medical practitioners and patients is one of the most basic and fundamental medical practices.It has an impact on medical quality and social stability."Benevolence,rite,trust and harmony"from the Analects of Confucius refer to the way of communication,diagnosis and treatment guidelines,media report and the relationship between doctors and patients,which are the causes of medical disputes.This study takes a certain tertiary general hospital in Shandong Province as an example.Based on an empirical analysis of medical complaints and court compensation cases,this paper innovatively constructs a framework for the governance of doctor-patient relationships from the perspective of traditional culture,by establishing a Confucian ethical system of"benevolence,rite,trust and harmony",taking benevolence as the foundation in humanistic construction,rite as the guiding principle in improvement of institutional norms,trust as the motif in objective publicity of media,and harmony as the priority to build a diversified dispute resolution mechanism.This study proposes to integrate the ethics of the Analects of Confucius into modern medical education and strengthen institutional building in ways that enhance the mutual respect between medical practitioners and patients.It aims to establish a multi-discipline,theoretical framework and pathway for harmonious doctor-patient relationship.

Abstract:Narrative medicine is a key pathway to integrating humanistic spirit into medical practice,enhancing the quality of healthcare,and optimizing doctor-patient relationships.This article explores the necessity and specific implementation methods of incorporating the concept of narrative medicine into the training process of nephrology physicians.The aim is to promote the deeper application of narrative medicine in China's standardized training for specialist physicians,by constructing a cultivation system for narrative medicine close reading and parallel medical record writing,encouraging clinicians to refine their medical practices through narrative medicine and cultivating more nephrology specialists with warmth.

Abstract:Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)ethics and systems are mutually reinforcing.From Huangdi's Inner Canon to the medical cases of the Ming and Qing dynasties,the works and practices of famous physicians throughout history contain rich ethical thoughts.Through reviewing historical records and other materials,it is found that the ethical system of TCM is based on the philosophy of"medical wisdom".It not only reflects the holistic thinking and the requirements for the medical practitioners'qualities,but also is related to the concepts of loyalty and filial piety.It takes"medical virtue"as the core value,showcasing the dedication,compassion,and self-respect of doctors and it regards"medical etiquette"as a behavioral norm to regulate the responsibilities and obligations of doctors and patients."Medical law"is used as the institutional guarantee,and the medical order is ensured through assessment system,regulations,and industry consensus.Thus,a three-dimensional ethical framework of"wisdom-virtue-etiquette-law"can be formed.The current construction of medical ethics urgently needs to draw on the wisdom of TCM that emphasizes both morality and skills,and establish a"mechanism for the transformation of ancient knowledge"to provide reference for modern TCM medical practice.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the current status of medical narrative competence among general practice residents and analyze its influencing factors,providing empirical evidence for optimizing general practice medical education.Methods A cross-sectional survey design was employed.A total of 103 standardized residency training participants specializing in general practice at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were selected as study participants between June 2022 and January 2025.Multi-dimensional assessments were conducted using the narrative cognitive competence scale,narrative behavioral competence scale,caring ability inventory,and Jefferson scale of empathy for health professionals.Results The medical narrative competence,humanistic caring ability,and empathic ability of the 103 general practice residents required improvement.No significant differences in medical narrative competence were observed based on gender,siblings,familiarity with narrative medicine,or experience of workplace violence(including verbal abuse,threats,physical conflicts,etc.).Conclusion The standardized training system for general practice residents should systematically integrate narrative medicine education modules.By enhancing doctor-patient communication and humanistic literacy,trainees'whole-person care capabilities can be improved to better meet the demands of primary healthcare services.

Abstract:Under the background of the new liberal arts,emphasizing the cross-integration of humanities and science provides a new opportunity for the reform of college Chinese teaching.Taking the medical elements in literary works as an example,teachers should guide students to appreciate the medical elements in literature under the thinking of interdisciplinary integration.Teachers should make students know that there is an interactive and mutually influential relationship between medicine and literature.There are many medical themes in literary works,and literature explores medicine from philosophical perspectives.There are also commonalities between literary thought and medical thought.By guiding and stimulating students to think across disciplines about literature and medicine,students can deepen their understanding of life and death,and strengthen their sense of responsibility for individual life,family,society and the country.

Abstract:Although various models and guiding principles for delivering bad news have been developed both domestically and internationally,aiming to provide doctors with a systematic communication framework,there is still a lack of specific and detailed guidance on how to appropriately set the stage for bad news in practical operations.This article aims to explore the application methods and practical paths of the progressive strategy in the communication of bad news regarding disease diagnosis.The progressive strategy,as a communication approach that gradually reveals information in a step-by-step manner,has been introduced into medical communication,and is particularly suitable for handling situations where serious or adverse diagnostic results need to be conveyed to patients and their families.This strategy emphasizes gradually unfolding sensitive information in a gentle and step-by-step way,aiming to reduce the psychological shock of the recipient and promote understanding and empathy between doctors and patients.Research suggests that adopting the progressive strategy in delivering bad news helps build a trusting doctor-patient relationship,enhances patients'psychological adaptability,and improves communication effectiveness.

Abstract:In response to the challenges of the complex knowledge system,strong clinical practicality,and difficulty in integrating ideological and political elements in the practical critical care medicine course,this paper explores the application of the knowledge graph based CBL teaching model in the curriculum ideology and politics education for medical postgraduates.By constructing a knowledge graph for the practical critical care medicine course,ideological and political elements are organically integrated into case teaching.Starting from the three aspects of the improvement of clinical thinking and innovation ability,the deep integration of professional knowledge and clinical ability,and the internalization of ideological and political literacy and professional values,the deep integration of professional knowledge and ideological and political education is realized.The study shows that this model effectively improves students'clinical thinking ability,professional quality,and social responsibility,providing a new perspective for the reform of curriculum ideology and politics education for professional master's medical students.

Abstract:While artificial intelligence(AI)technology reshapes the modern healthcare system,it has also triggered ethical dilemmas such as data privacy erosion and data security,algorithmic bias,responsibility attribution,and structural alienation of doctor-patient relationships.This article analyzes the ethical misconduct phenomenon in the application scenarios of AI in healthcare,reveals the inherent conflict between the rationality of technological tools and the value of medical humanities,and proposes the construction of a technology plus ethics and humanities collaborative development medical humanities education system.Specifically,at the level of curriculum construction,we innovatively design a curriculum module that integrates three elements including technical ethics,practice training and value shaping.In terms of training mode,we promote a collaborative education mechanism contains clinical medical mentors and AI engineers.In terms of evaluation system,a multidimensional evaluation framework covering the entire lifecycle of AI medical products is constructed,including technical reliability assessment(including algorithm transparency audit),ethical compliance review(covering bias detection and privacy protection mechanisms),and humanistic adaptability assessment(focusing on the impact of doctor-patient relationships and emotional connections),and the cultivation of evaluation ability will be organically integrated into the medical humanities curriculum system.This study aims to provide an innovative path that combines theoretical depth and practical value for resolving ethical dilemmas in the field of AI healthcare through the above mentioned systematic solutions.
