Abstract：Medical humanistic care,as the core essence of high-quality development and connotative construction of hospitals,is a key driving force for promoting the transformation of healthcare service.This study,grounded in the theoretical perspective of narrative medicine and systematically integrating domestic and international practical experiences in medical humanities construction,innovatively proposes a humanistic hospital development framework based on the synergistic integration of four dimensions:"environment-institution-education-culture".This framework aims to break through the fragmented dilemma of humanistic construction through systematic connotation construction,and drive hospitals toward achieving"parallel advancement"in both technical excellence and humanistic care,providing an operable theoretical framework and practical paradigm for comprehensively enhancing hospital service quality and building a patient-centered healthcare system with warmth.
