Narrative Medicine in the Standardized Training of Nephrology Physicians

Abstract:Narrative medicine is a key pathway to integrating humanistic spirit into medical practice,enhancing the quality of healthcare,and optimizing doctor-patient relationships.This article explores the necessity and specific implementation methods of incorporating the concept of narrative medicine into the training process of nephrology physicians.The aim is to promote the deeper application of narrative medicine in China's standardized training for specialist physicians,by constructing a cultivation system for narrative medicine close reading and parallel medical record writing,encouraging clinicians to refine their medical practices through narrative medicine and cultivating more nephrology specialists with warmth.
