Abstract：As the population ageing process accelerates,the demand for health services and medical care among the elderly group has been continuously rising.Elderly patients generally encounter predicaments such as visual impairment,hearing loss,mobility limitations,and inconvenience in intelligent operations during the medical treatment process.The model of escort service includes the establishment of a standardized management model of"recruitment,examination,training,and management",solid support and guarantee measures,various spiritual incentive methods.The establishment of the model compensates for the shortage of the medical staff team,demonstrating medical humanistic care.It fills the void beyond commercial escort services,manifesting the public welfare nature of public hospitals.It also makes up for the absence of family companionship for elderly patients,highlighting the altruism of social work.This model uphold the people-centered philosophy of development,integrates the concept of positive aging and healthy aging into practical work,and is an effective way to promote the modernization of the health governance system and governance capacity.
