Abstract:Medical ethics,a cornerstone of modern healthcare systems,plays a pivotal role in determining the quality of medical care and the level of societal civilization.The current construction of medical ethics in hospitals constitutes a vital component of healthcare system modernization,encompassing diverse areas such as doctor-patient relationships,clinical decision-making,and research ethics.This paper,adopting a data-driven perspective,systematically examines the current status,driving forces,and development strategies of medical ethics construction in Chinese hospitals.It reveals the present landscape of medical ethics construction in China,particularly in terms of institutional frameworks,education and training,and practical applications.The study delves into the driving factors,including policies and regulations,societal demands,technological advancements,and international influences.Furthermore,it proposes data-driven development strategies,encompassing the establishment of intelligent ethical decision support systems,the creation of big data platforms for ethics,the strengthening of data ethics governance,and the promotion of international exchange and cooperation.The ultimate goal is to provide theoretical guidance and practical references for the innovative development of medical ethics construction in Chinese hospitals.
