Abstract:Cultivating scientific spirit in adolescents is a key educational objective in the new era.The rapid development and widespread adoption of generative artificial intelligence(GAI)present both opportunities and challenges for fostering this spirit.On one hand,GAI facilitates innovation in teaching methods,promotes personalized learning,enhances educational assessment,and contributes to the development of adolescents'scientific spirit.On the other hand,during adolescents'interaction with GAI,there exist negative impacts such as excessive reliance weakening rational thinking abilities,covert penetration eroding critical inquiry capabilities,and insufficient intrinsic motivation undermining exploration competencies.To address these challenges,enhancing teachers'digital literacy,leveraging technological empowerment,and refining human-AI interaction systems serve as crucial strategies to mitigate GAI's potential risks and strengthen adolescents'scientific spirit in the new era.

Abstract:The effective supply of leisure products in the new era is the primary link and important foundation for realizing people's better leisure life,and it is the characterization of people's exercise of historical initiative spirit.The effective supply of leisure products in the new era embodies the three logics of people's historical initiative to achieve better leisure life.In terms of theoretical logic,we should deeply explore the significant inspirations of traditional Chinese leisure thought,Marx and Engels'leisure theory,and the thought of a beautiful and leisurely life in China,so as to grasp the theoretical initiative.In terms of value logic,it highlights that value creation relies on the people as the main body,value distribution orientation conforms to the interests of the people,and value evaluation stems from the position of the people,demonstrating an active value position.In terms of practical logic,one should apply methodological awareness,construct economic,political,cultural,social and ecological aspects of the effective supply of leisure products in the new era,and take the initiative in practice.The revelation of the three logics of the effective supply of leisure products in the new era aims to clarify the historical inevitability of meeting the people's needs for a better leisure life.

Abstract:At present,the majority of elderly people in China choose to live at home for elderly care,and the family is the main place for elderly care.Adapting their living environment to aging is conducive to improving their life satisfaction and helping them achieve the transition from"aging"to"enjoying aging".Based on the data of the 2020 China Elderly Social Panel Survey,the OLS model was used to explore the impact of home modification on the life satisfaction of the elderly,and the mediating role of the elderly's activity ability was analyzed by using the stepwise regression and bootstrap methods.The study found that home modification for the elderly is beneficial to improve the life satisfaction of the elderly.Activity ability plays a partial mediating role between home modification and life satisfaction of the elderly.The impact of home adaptation on the life satisfaction of the elderly in rural areas is significantly higher than that of the elderly in urban areas.It is suggested to implement the strategy of differential aging-appropriate retrofitting,reduce the obstacles to the popularization of aging-appropriate retrofitting to the elderly,highlight the importance of renovation for the elderly in rural areas,and improve the life satisfaction of the elderly.

Abstract:Singapore has established a compromise and harmonized cross-border data regulation model through trade mechanisms,standardization mechanisms,and certification mechanisms.This model,reflected in tools such as the"Digital Economy Agreement"(DEA)and the ASEAN"Data Management Framework"(DMF),demonstrates a fusion of American and European regulatory rules.However,due to the issue of"rule fragmentation",this model faces challenges in practice,making it difficult to fully resolve the conflicts between American and European regulations and failing to achieve true coordination and compatibility of global regulatory standards.This paper proposes that future cross-border data regulation should emphasize the dual balance between data utilization and governance,as well as domestic and international regulation.Additionally,it should enhance the interoperability of rules in form and continue to address the issue of the digital divide.

Abstract:The Brazilian travel poems constitute a significant component of American modern poet Elizabeth Bishop's poetic corpus.Guided by Victor Turner's liminality theory,this study selects three Brazilian travel poems:Arrive at Santos,Manuelzinho,and Crusoe in England,according to their creative sequence to analyze the implicit metonymic interactions therein.The implicit metonymies in these poems not only reflect Bishop's personal spiritual journey through the tripartite liminal process,but also embody her rethinking on the external colonialism of the"first world"and the internal colonialism within Brazil.From examining Brazil with the haughty stance of the"first world"upon her initial arrival to exposing the harms of colonial activities to the"third world"before her departure,Bishop's attitudinal shift exemplifies the liminality and conflict of individual identity amid collisions of diverse cultural backgrounds.Thus,interpreting Bishop's Brazilian travel poems from the dimension of implicit metonymy helps broaden the integrated research path of cognitive linguistics and literature,while also expanding the perspective for postcolonial literary interpretation.

Abstract:There is a rich collection of poems in The Book of Songs that relate to the marriage customs of the Zhou dynasty,totaling more than 80 poems.Examples include Guan Ju and Fu Yi from Zhou Nan;Que Chao and Biao You Mei from Shao Nan;Gu Feng and Jing Nv from Bei Feng;Bai Zhou and Zai Chi from Yong Feng;Jiang Zhong Zi and You Nv Tong Che from Zheng Feng;and Heng Men and Dong Men Zhi Chi from Chen Feng,and others.These poems reflect the marriage and love life of the ancient ancestors more than 2,000 years ago.From them,it can be seen that the marriage customs of the Zhou dynasty already had the framework of the"Six Rites"and featured characteristics such as"the orders of parents","male superiority and female inferiority",and"no intermarriage between people of the same surname".They also embodied concepts such as views on reproduction,hierarchy,destiny,and aesthetics.Specifically,the view of reproduction emphasizing having many children and grandchildren,the hierarchical view of marriage matching social status,the view of marriage as predestined by fate,and the aesthetic view valuing both beauty and virtue have profoundly influenced the development of marital concepts in later generations.
