The realistic dilemma and relief path of legal regulation of monopolistic behavior in platform economy

Abstract：With the rapid development of information technology,the platform economy presents a strong development momentum of industrial data transformation and digitalization technology iteration,and at the same time,it may also give rise to the abuse of market dominance by platform enterprises,artificial leakage of user privacy and other disturbing phenomena.These irregularities reflect the practical difficulties faced by the legal regulation of monopolistic behavior in the platform economy,including unclear criteria for identifying monopolistic behavior and imperfect regulatory mechanisms,which have led to the failure of legal regulation of monopolistic behavior in the platform economy to achieve the expected results.To promote the high-quality development of the platform economy,it is necessary to start from two aspects,namely,refining the standards for determining monopolistic behavior and improving regulatory efficiency,in order to achieve an organic combination of systematic governance and innovative regulation.Effective legal regulation of monopolistic behavior in the platform economy is a necessary requirement for maintaining the healthy and orderly development of the market economy.In this process,the principles of prudent supervision and precise law enforcement should be adhered to effectively regulate various monopolistic behaviors in the development of the platform economy.
