Development of a transitional care program for postoperative laryngeal cancer patients based on a multisensory and multilevel health education modelAbstract:Objective To develop a transitional care program for postoperative laryngeal cancer patients based on a multisensory and multilevel health education model.Methods A literature analysis method was adopted to systematically retrieve evidence from domestic and international databases between January 2014 and June 2024.Evidence related to postoperative care for laryngeal cancer,multisensory interventions,and health education was extracted to preliminarily construct a framework of nursing intervention items.Subsequently,from October to December 2024,a two-round Delphi consultation was conducted with 15 experts from Beijing,Shandong,Hebei and Hubei to evaluate the importance of each item,refine content,and finalize the program.Results The transitional care program consisted of six intervention dimensions and 38 nursing measures,including visual education,auditory guidance,tactile involvement,olfactory and gustatory stimulation,emotional sensory support,and multimodal integrated follow-up education.The response rates for the two Delphi rounds were 100% and 93.33%,respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.860 and 0.871,and the Kendall's coordination coefficients were 0.204 and 0.337(P<0.001).The mean scores of the items ranged from 4.45 to 4.90,with coefficients of variation ranging from 0.09 to 0.18,indicating good consensus and coordination among experts.Conclusions The transitional care program based on a multisensory and multilevel health education model demonstrates strong scientific validity,systematic design,and practical applicability.It provides a structured,personalized,and continuous rehabilitation guide for specialized clinical nursing and holds promising value for broader application.
Development and application of a standardized nursing quality management protocol for PICC in elderly hematology patientsAbstract:Objective To develop a standardized nursing quality management protocol for peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC)in elderly hematology patients and to provide evidence-based support for enhancing specialized PICC care.Methods A total of 100 elderly hematology patients who underwent PICC insertion at Zhongshan People's Hospital between March 2023 and February 2025 were enrolled.Using a random number table,they were randomly assigned to a control group(n=50)and an observation group(n=50).The control group received routine PICC care,while the observation group received the newly developed standardized PICC nursing quality management protocol.Primary outcomes included catheter-related complication rates,and the patient satisfaction with nursing services were compared.Results The catheter-related complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(4.0%vs.18.0%,χ2=5.005,P=0.025).The patient satisfaction was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(98.0%vs.80.0%,χ2=8.274,P=0.004).Conclusions The development and application of a standardized nursing quality management protocol for PICC tailored for elderly hematology patients effectively reduces the risk of catheter-related complications and enhances the patient experience,demonstrating clear clinical value and significance for broader implementation.
Construction of a hypertension risk prediction model based on deep learningAbstract:Objective To construct a hypertension risk prediction model and provide intelligent decision support for early screening,diagnosis,and treatment of hypertension in primary medical and health institutions.Methods Based on the Kaggle cardiovascular disease dataset,data standardization and visual analysis were performed to explore the distribution patterns of 11 features including age and blood pressure.A four-layer fully connected neural network was built using the Keras framework,with a Dropout layer embedded to prevent overfitting.Grid search was used to test parameter combinations of Adam/SGD optimizers,cross-entropy/mean squared error loss functions,learning rates ranging from 0.001 to 0.100,and batch sizes from 32 to 256.Five-fold cross-validation was employed to optimize the model structure.Results The constructed deep learning model showed stable performance on the test set.The binary cross-entropy loss function combined with the Adam optimizer achieved the optimal model,with a best training accuracy of 64% and a best validation accuracy of 70%.Parameter optimization experiments indicated that the combination of the Adam optimizer,0.010 learning rate,and 64 batch size achieved the optimal performance.This combination enabled the model to converge the fastest without obvious overfitting,significantly outperforming the SGD optimizer and other parameter combinations.Conclusions The neural network model established in this study can effectively identify high-risk populations for hypertension,providing an efficient auxiliary diagnostic tool for community hospitals and holding clinical application value for the secondary prevention of hypertension.
Potential profile analysis of medication treatment compliance in AIDS patients and exploration of influencing factorsAbstract:Objective To explore the potential categories and influencing factors of medication compliance in AIDS patients.Methods A total of 152 AIDS patients treated in Luoding People's Hospital from July 2023 to January 2025 were selected as subjects by convenience sampling method.General data questionnaire and 8-item morisky medication adherence scale(MMAS-8)were used to investigate AIDS patients,potential profile analysis(LPA)was used to identify the potential categories of AIDS patients'medication compliance,and Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of potential categories of medication compliance.Results The total score of compliance of 152 patients was(6.91±0.34).Two potential categories of compliance,including"low adherence-treatment interruption type"and"high adherence-stable compliance type",were fitted through the model.Patients with"low compliance-treatment interruption type"and"high compliance-stable compliance type"were compared in terms of gender,marital status,place of residence,educational level,body mass index,smoking,drinking,combined underlying diseases,working status,monthly household income per capita,and infection route,and there was no statistical significance(all P>0.05).Age,disease knowledge,anxiety,depression,combination of drugs,side effects and course of disease were compared,and the results showed statistical significance(all P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,disease knowledge,anxiety,depression,combination of drugs,drug side effects and course of disease were the potential factors influencing the compliance of AIDS patients with medication treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusions The drug treatment compliance of AIDS patients is divided into two potential categories:"low compliance-treatment interruption type"and"high compliance-stable compliance type".Clinical attention should be paid to high-risk AIDS patients with low compliance-treatment interruption type.The potential categories of medication treatment compliance of patients should be identified early,and corresponding intervention programs should be formulated and implemented to improve the medication compliance of patients.
Design and application of a rehabilitation nursing practice instructional design based on the 4C/ID modelAbstract:Objective To explore the effectiveness of an instructional design based on the 4C/ID model in rehabilitation nursing practice.Methods Two classes of 2021 nursing undergraduates from Yangzhou University were randomly assigned to an experimental group(n=52)and a control group(n=42).The control group adopted the traditional clinical practice teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the practical teaching design based on the 4C/ID model.After the intervention,theoretical and practical scores were compared between the two groups,and the teaching effectiveness was evaluated.Results The theoretical score of the experimental group(78.76±10.13)was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.00±12.93)(P<0.05).The virtual simulation practice score of the experimental group(89.90±6.80)was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.19±8.84)(P<0.05).The scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group in terms of learning satisfaction and self-confidence,simulated teaching practice,and simulated design evaluation(P<0.05).Conclusions The teaching mode based on the 4C/ID model in the practical teaching of rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve nursing students'mastery of knowledge and skills,foster active and collaborative learning abilities,and also improve their learning confidence.
Challenges and smart interventions in glucose self-management for second-pregnancy nurses with gestational diabetes:A current perspectiveAbstract:The prevalence of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)has increased in recent years,driven by factors such as the universal two-child policy and advanced maternal age.Nurses with a second pregnancy diagnosed with GDM constitute a distinct subgroup.They face compounded pressures from high work intensity,irregular shift work,and pre-existing childcare duties,all of which can undermine adherence to conventional GDM management protocols.In recent years,advances in intelligent health technology have offered new solutions to support self-management in this population.This paper examines the unique challenges faced by nurses with a second pregnancy complicated by GDM in clinical practice.It reviews the current application,advantages,and limitations of intelligent intervention tools for GDM self-management in this specific professional group.It proposes an optimized pathway to inform tailored strategies and provide practical recommendations for enhancing GDM self-management among nurses with a second pregnancy.
Effectiveness of the Teach-back method combined with video education in home self-management for breast cancer patients with implanted infusion portsAbstract:Objective To explore the effectiveness of the Teach-back method combined with video education in improving home self-management for breast cancer patients with implanted infusion ports,and to provide evidence for optimizing continuing care practices.Methods A total of 100 breast cancer patients with implanted infusion ports admitted to the Department of Breast Surgery of Zhongshan People's Hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were randomly assigned to either an observation group or a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group received an intervention combining the Teach-back method with video education.Outcomes were assessed at baseline and four weeks after discharge,including home self-management ability scores,incidence of infusion port-related complications,and nursing satisfaction.Results Four weeks after intervention,the total score of self-management ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group([71.5±4.2]vs.[53.5±5.1],P<0.05).The total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(6.00%vs.24.00%,P<0.05).Patient satisfaction with nursing care was higher than that in the control group(96.00%vs.78.00%,P<0.05).Conclusions The Teach-back method combined with video education can effectively improve the home self-management ability,reduce the total incidence of complications,and improve patient satisfaction with nursing care among breast cancer patients with implanted infusion ports,suggesting its potential for broader clinical application.
Teaching practice of collaborative education integrating ideological and political education into a professional course:A case study of Critical Care NursingAbstract:Deepening the integration of ideological and political education into professional courses is essential for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and supporting the Healthy China Strategy.The teaching team of Critical Care Nursing at the School of Nursing,Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,has directly addressed three core challenges in course instruction:difficulty in constructing knowledge systems,mastering professional skills,and internalizing professional qualities.The team has innovatively developed a student-centered collaborative education framework termed"One Core,Three Challenges,Five Pathways."Through five implementation pathways—goal specification,content narrativization,method diversification,resource digitalization,and assessment pluralization—this system organically integrates value cultivation,knowledge transmission,and competency development,achieving deep integration of ideological and political education with professional instruction.Practice has demonstrated that this model not only effectively stimulates students'intrinsic learning motivation and professional mission,but also significantly enhances their clinical thinking abilities,humanistic care competencies,and innovative practical capabilities.Nursing students trained through this approach have demonstrated outstanding performance in national skills competitions and innovation-entrepreneurship contests.The course has been recognized with multiple honors,including provincial first-class course,university-level exemplary ideological and political course,and distinguished teaching faculty,providing a replicable practical paradigm for comprehensive education in nursing and related disciplines.
Whole-process nursing care for refractory toenail deformity in an older patient with diabetes mellitus:A case reportAbstract:Diabetic foot is one of the most severe complications of diabetes mellitus.Dystrophic nails represent a significant high-risk factor for diabetic foot,and implementing effective interventions for their treatment and subsequent management is crucial for preventing the onset of diabetic foot ulcers.This article reports a case of an elderly diabetic patient with dystrophic nails.Following targeted treatment and whole-process nursing care,the dystrophic nails were successfully and completely removed,and the associated wounds healed satisfactorily.This case is reported to share the full-process treatment and nursing experience,with the aim of providing a reference for clinical practice.
A study on the synergistic education of"ideological and political small class"and"social big classroom"in five-year higher vocational schools:A case study of Nanjing Vocational Health CollegeAbstract:President Xi Jinping has emphasized the importance of effectively integrating the"ideological and political small classroom"with the"social big classroom,"providing fundamental guidance for strengthening moral education and cultivating students in the new era.Considering the characteristics of five-year higher vocational education programs—such as their extended duration,diverse student demographics,and clear vocational orientation—this study takes Nanjing Vocational Health College as a case to explore the collaborative educational pathways between"ideological and political small classrooms"and"social large classrooms".Guided by Tao Xingzhi's philosophy of the unity of knowledge and action,the research constructs a"grand medical cultivation"tiered ideological practice system to address vague objectives.A"museum-school-hospital-chain"digital platform is developed to overcome fragmented educational resources.An issue-based learning-through-practice model and holistic competency-oriented evaluation are established to resolve knowledge-practice disconnects and insufficient assessment effectiveness.Empirical results demonstrate that the integrated model significantly enhances students'core competence in ideological and political education,increases their level of participation and depth of reflection in practical activities,and improves overall learning satisfaction.This study provides a replicable and transferable framework for reforming ideological and political education in five-year higher vocational programs,contributing to the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents with both professional competence and patriotic commitment.
The impact of case-guided combined narrative teaching method on nursing students'pain empathy,alexithymia and palliative care behaviorsAbstract:Objective To explore the effects of case-guided teaching combined with narrative pedagogy on nursing students'pain empathy,alexithymia,and palliative care behaviors.Methods By using convenience sampling method,66 nursing students completing clinical practice at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from July 2024 to April 2025 were selected.They participated in an eight-week training program integrating case-guided teaching method combined with narrative pedagogy.Before and after the intervention,the pain empathy scale(PES),Toronto alexithymia scale(TAS-20),and the palliative care behavior scale were used for investigation.Results After the intervention,total and subdomain scores of pain empathy,as well as total and individual item scores of palliative care behavior were significantly higher than those at baseline(P<0.05).In contrast,the total and subdomain scores on the TAS-20 were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions The case-based guidance combined with narrative teaching method can fully mobilize the learning initiative and enthusiasm of nursing students.It helps cultivate their pain empathy and emotional expression abilities,reduces the adverse effects of alexithymia,and promotes the practice of palliative care behaviors.
Development and preliminary application of a care intervention app for patients with pre-dialysis chronic kidney diseaseAbstract:Objective To develop a nursing intervention application for patients with pre-dialysis chronic kidney disease(CKD)and conduct a preliminary application.Methods A nursing intervention plan for pre-dialysis CKD patients was constructed through literature review,semi-structured interviews,and Delphi expert consultation.Based on this plan,an application was developed,and 10 patients were recruited for a software trial to explore its usability.Results A total of 15 experts were included.The authority coefficients of the experts in both rounds of consultation were 0.94.In the first round of expert consultation,the coefficient of variation(CV)for each indicator ranged from 0 to 0.25,with Kendall's W being 0.203(P<0.001).In the second round,the CV for each indicator ranged from 0 to 0.16,with Kendall's W being 0.247(P<0.001).A nursing intervention plan consisting of 4 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators,and 50 third-level indicators was ultimately developed.Based on this plan,an application system was developed.Ten patients participated in the software trial,all of whom successfully completed the usage tasks.The overall score for system usability was(76.80±6.27)points.Conclusions The constructed nursing intervention application for pre-dialysis CKD patients is scientific,practical,usable,and can provide assistance in managing patients'transition to dialysis.
Effects of mindfulness-based stress reduction courses on the career outcome expectations,self-efficacy and learning burnout of nursing students in specialty programsAbstract:Objective To explore the effects of mindfulness-based stress reduction courses on improving career outcome expectations,self-efficacy and learning burnout among nursing students.Methods A convenience sampling method was adopted,nursing students enrolled in 2023 at Shandong Vocational University of Foreign Affairs were selected from March to May 2025.A five-week mindfulness-based stress reduction training was implemented.Changes in career outcome expectations,self-efficacy,and learning burnout levels were compared before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the career outcome expectations of nursing students increased from(41.88±7.51)to(45.70±7.96)scores,self-efficacy increased from(27.98±0.27)to(29.19±0.26)scores,and learning burnout scores decreased from(63.37±10.36)to(61.28±10.09)scores(all P<0.05).Conclusions The mindfulness-based stress reduction course training effectively improves the nursing students'career outcome expectations and self-efficacy while alleviating learning burnout,indicating its positive impact on students'professional development and well-being.
Exploration of the education reform of infection control based on the current situation of infection prevention among medical studentsAbstract:Healthcare associated infection control is fundamental to medical quality and patient safety.As the future healthcare professionals,medical interns'awareness of infection control and adherence to safe practices have a significant impact on the quality of medical care and the health of patients.At the same time,the medical interns'nosocomial infection prevention and control ability also reflects the level of infection control education in schools.Current teaching in this area is often fragmented and disconnected from practice,which leads to insufficient understanding,non-standard behaviors,and high risks of occupational exposure among students.Based on the authentic data from multiple domestic practice based studies,this article summarizes the infection control cognition,infection prevention and control needs,practical behaviors,and current status of occupational exposure of medical interns in hospitals.Combined with domestic teaching reform practices,it proposes the countermeasures for reforming infection control education from multiple dimensions,to provide a theoretical and practical reference for building a systematic and effective education system that cultivates high-quality medical talents with solid infection prevention and control capabilities.
Acupoint application nursing based on Sanjiao(Triple Energizer)Qi transformation theory for patients after hemorrhoid surgeryAbstract:Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application nursing based on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Sanjiao Qi transformation theory on improving nursing outcomes for patients after hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent hemorrhoid surgery in the Anorectal Department of Changshu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50).The control group received routine TCM nursing after hemorrhoid surgery(Kushen Decoction fumigation and washing,Huanglian Ointment external application,etc.).The observation group added TCM acupoint application nursing at Zhongwan(CV12),Qihai(CV6),and Shimen(CV5)(application drug:Shexiang Hemorrhoid Ointment)on the basis of the control group.The intervention lasted for seven days.Observation indicators included defecation comfort score,abdominal distension relief time,anal tenesmus visual analogue scale(VAS)score,perianal skin condition score,sleep quality score,and nursing satisfaction.Results On the 3rd and 7th days after surgery,the defecation comfort scores of the observation group were(10.2±1.5)points and(14.3±1.2)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group([8.1±1.3]points and[11.2±1.4]points).The time to initial relief of abdominal distension and the duration of abdominal distension of the observation group were(28.5±4.2)h and(1.8±0.5)d respectively,both shorter than those in the control group([42.3±5.1]h,[3.2±0.7]d).On the 7th day after surgery,the anal tenesmus VAS score was(1.8±0.7)points,perianal skin condition score was(7.8±0.6)points,sleep quality score was(7.5±0.8)points,and the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.0%,compared with that of the control group([3.2±0.8]points,[6.2±0.8]points,[5.8±0.9]points,72.0%,respectively)(all P<0.05).Conclusions Acupoint application nursing based on Sanjiao Qi transformation theory can improve defecation comfort,abdominal distension relief,anal tenesmus,perianal skin condition,and sleep quality in patients after hemorrhoid surgery,and enhance nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
The effect study of cognitive-experiential-reflective training in enhancing the humanistic care ability of junior nurses in primary hospitalsAbstract:Objective To explore the impact of cognitive-experiential-reflection training on the humanistic care ability of junior nurses in primary hospitals.Methods Junior nurses from two county-level hospitals in a certain city were selected as the research subjects.Hospital A was designated as the control group,while Hospital B was the experimental group.The control group received routine on-the-job humanistic care education,while the experimental group received cognitive-experiential-reflection training on the basis of the control group.The intervention lasted for 16 weeks.The humanistic care ability questionnaire was used to evaluate both groups before and after the intervention.And a summary analysis of the reflection results was conducted in the experimental group.Results A total of 131 nurses completed the study,including 64 in the control group and 67 in the experimental group.After the intervention,except for the courage dimension score of the control group showing no statistical difference compared with the score before the intervention(P>0.05),the total score of humanistic care ability and the scores of the cognition and patience dimensions in both groups were higher than before those the intervention(all P<0.05).The total score of humanistic care ability and the scores of the three dimensions of cognition,courage,and patience in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The reflection results condensed into six themes:recognizing that nursing procedures are the process of implementing humanistic care;understanding the physical and mental needs of patients in terms of care;recognizing the importance of humanistic care;knowing how to better implement humanistic care;strengthening the belief in practicing humanistic care;enhancing the ability to think independently.Conclusions The cognitive-experiential-reflection training helps nurses better understand the needs of patient care,and it can effectively enhance the humanistic care ability of junior nurse in primary hospitals.
Effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with Buerger's exercise on lower limb swelling and pain caused by venomous snakebiteAbstract:Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with Buerger's exercises on lower limb swelling and pain caused by venomous snakebite.Methods A total of 102 patients with lower-limb venomous snakebite admitted to the People's Hospital of Hechi from January 2023 to November 2024 were selected and assigned to an observation group(n=51)and a control group(n=51)according to random number table.The control group received routine nursing care for venomous snakebite,while the observation group was intervened with traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with Buerger's exercise on the basis of routine treatment and nursing.The swelling subsidence time,pain relief time,psychological status and patient satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The swelling subsidence time and pain relief time in the observation group were shorter than those of control group,scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were lower than those of control group,and the satisfaction rate of patients was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with Buerger's exercise accelerates lower limb swelling reduction and pain relief,improves the psychological status of patients,and increases patient satisfaction.
Research and practice on a talent cultivation model for optometry technology based on industry-education integrationAbstract:Objective In response to the high incidence of vision problems such as myopia among adolescents and the rapid technological development in the optometric industry,this study aims to construct a collaborative school-enterprise talent training model for optometric technology programs based on the framework of industry-education integration.The model is designed to improve the quality of talent cultivation and to provide a reference for the implementation of industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges.Methods Shanghai Polytechnic University adopted a collaborative education model through measures including codesigning training schemes,establishing a blended teaching team of full-time and part-time teaching instructors,expanding practical training bases,and establishing a diversified evaluation system.Meanwhile,prominent issues in the current training process were systematically analyzed.Results This talent training model significantly enhanced students'professional skills and innovation capabilities,promoted the synergistic development of faculty's teaching and research capacities,and resulted in significantly higher graduate employment rates and job-specialization alignment.Conclusions The study proposes further improvements to the talent training model by expanding emerging employment fields,optimizing the innovative curriculum systems,and refining support mechanisms.These recommendations provide practical insights for deepening industry-education integration in higher vocational education and will help sustain the quality enhancement of optometric talent cultivation.
Facilitators and barriers to research among specialist nurses in the operating room:A qualitative study informed by the capability,opportunity,motivation-behavior modelAbstract:Objective To analyze the facilitators and barriers for operating room nurses in conducting nursing research based on the capability,opportunity,motivation-behavior(COM-B)model,and to provide a reference basis for the development of a targeted nursing research training program.Methods A total of 16 nurses who participated in specialist nurses training at the operating room training base of Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital from March to July 2023 were selected by purposive sampling method.Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using inductive content analysis.Results Four themes and eleven sub-themes were extracted,which were competence factors(basic research level,knowledge acquisition and translation ability),opportunity factors(research atmosphere,external communication,scope of research areas),motivation factors(self-development needs,title promotion pressure,department-level requirements,colleague influence),and behavioral factors(conversion of research thinking,learning motivation).Conclusions In future research or practice,it could be considered to enhance capability,create opportunities,and stimulate motivation to effectively promote positive changes in research behaviors among operating room specialist nurses,thereby improving their overall research competence and professional proficiency.
Clinical effectiveness of delirium risk stratification with multimodal sleep interventions in postoperative orthopedic careAbstract:Objective To evaluate the preventive effectiveness of risk stratification combined with a multimodal sleep interventions on postoperative delirium in orthopedic patients.Methods A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted,110 patients from Nanjing Medical University Affiliated Suzhou Hospital undergoing surgery for multiple fractures were randomly assigned to an observation group(n=55)or a control group(n=55).The observation group received individualized multimodal sleep interventions(pharmacotherapy,environmental optimization,cognitive training)based on preoperative risk stratification(high-risk,medium-risk,low-risk),while the control group received routine care.Primary outcomes were delirium incidence,duration,and sleep quality.Results The delirium incidence in the observation group was 16.4%(9/55),significantly lower than 34.5%(19/55)in the control group(P=0.016).Delirium duration was shorter in the observation group((24.5±6.8)h vs.(38.2±9.1)h,P<0.001)).Sleep quality(RCSQ:(7.6±1.2)vs.(5.3±1.5))and comfort scores((8.1±1.0)vs.(6.2±1.3))swere significantly better in the observation group(all P<0.001).Daily nursing time was longer in the observation group((28.5±4.3)min/d vs.(12.1±2.7)min/d).Conclusions Preoperative risk stratification combined with a multimodal sleep interventions effectively reduces the incidence and duration of postoperative delirium and improves sleep quality and comfort in patients after major orthopedic surgery,supporting its clinical applicability.
