Abstract:Objective To develop a transitional care program for postoperative laryngeal cancer patients based on a multisensory and multilevel health education model. Methods A literature analysis method was adopted to systematically retrieve evidence from domestic and international databases between January 2014 and June 2024.Evidence related to postoperative care for laryngeal cancer, multisensory interventions, and health education was extracted to preliminarily construct a framework of nursing intervention items.Subsequently, from October to December 2024,a two-round Delphi consultation was conducted with 15 experts from Beijing,Shandong,Hebei and Hubei to evaluate the importance of each item, refine content, and finalize the program. Results The transitional care program consisted of six intervention dimensions and 38 nursing measures, including visual education, auditory guidance, tactile involvement, olfactory and gustatory stimulation, emotional sensory support, and multimodal integrated follow-up education. The response rates for the two Delphi rounds were 100% and 93.33%,respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.860 and 0.871,and the Kendall's coordination coefficients were 0.204 and 0.337(P<0.001).The mean scores of the items ranged from 4.45 to 4.90,with coefficients of variation ranging from 0.09 to 0.18,indicating good consensus and coordination among experts. Conclusions The transitional care program based on a multisensory and multilevel health education model demonstrates strong scientific validity, systematic design, and practical applicability. It provides a structured, personalized, and continuous rehabilitation guide for specialized clinical nursing and holds promising value for broader application.
