Abstract:Cultural self-confidence is an important support for national development and national rejuvenation.In order to seize the opportunity of the development of the times,the cultural connota-tion,aesthetic consciousness and expression methods of traditional and excellent Chinese culture are injected into the design of cultural and creative products.The relationship between cultural self-confi-dence and the design of cultural and creative products is discussed.From the four aspects of highlight-ing cultural functions,closely connected with life,emphasizing personality and innovation,and cross-border integration in multiple fields,the aesthetic expression of cultural and creative products in the new era is discussed,from the theme design,element selection,material and process innovation,on-line marketing and promotion expound the innovative development path of cultural and creative prod-ucts.The design of cultural and creative products plays an important role in inheriting and promoting excellent culture and enhancing cultural identity.
Abstract:A study on the optimization of the technology of sublimation digital printing wall fabric was conducted in this article.The results show that fine yarn fineness helps to improve product per-formance.A reference was provided for the development of sublimation digital printing wall fabric.

Abstract:Lemon essential oil microcapsules were prepared the application of ultrasonic shock method by mixing pure natural plant extract ingredient lemon essential oil and beta-cyclodextrin in a ratio of 1∶2.The microcapsules were smooth in surface,uniform in shape and size,D90=1.611 μm,oil content was 19.5%,and the coating effect of beta-cyclodextrin on lemon essential oil was good.The thermal stability and light stability of the capsule were strengthened,and the sustained release effect was good.
Abstract:A fluorine-free waterproofing agent for elastic fabrics with anti-snag property was de-veloped by compounding,and a simple and fast evaluation method for anti-snag wire was established for the factory.The results shows that TF-5016BC not only retains excellent waterproofness,fabric adaptability and washability,but also has excellent anti-snag property.After adding a crosslinking a-gent,the anti-snag property is further improved,approaching the anti-snag effect of the original fabric.
Abstract:The traditional cheongsam was taken as the research object in this paper.Through the study and textual research of historical documents,the origin and style characteristics of the tradition-al cheongsam were traced.The influence of the traditional cheongsam on the shape of modern fit che-ongsam was expounded,and some reference value was provided for the structure design of modern fit cheongsam.
Abstract:A variety of clothing sustainable design methods were sorted out in this paper focusing on the modular design.It was found that the modular design of clothing can effectively improve the production efficiency,save costs and strengthen standardized production,so as to improve the cloth-ing materials utilization rate,recycling rate of waste materials,to achieve the purpose of environmen-tal protection.
Abstract:Based on the historical objects of Hakka tiger-head hats,the evolution of Hakka tiger-head hats and the their cultural identification were explored through the analysis of their styles and structures and extraction of colors and decorative patterns,a series of historical relevant literature was also studied.The cultural core of Hakka tiger-head hat derived from the worship of Han tiger culture in Central Plains was pointed.And its display form was also influenced by the culture of the indige-nous ethnic groups in Jiangxi,Fujian and Guangdong.The core cultural value of Hakka tiger-head hat was the Hakka people's worship,effected by the healthy and strong symbol of the tiger,and the rec-ognition and inheritance of the Han tiger culture in the Central Plains.
Abstract:In order to meet the special requirement of hunchbacked women and analyze their unique physical characteristics on the effect of wearing traditional upper garments.Based on clothing design and structure,these statistics were importanrt to grasp the characteristic data of hunchbacked women in key dimensions such as back height,shoulder forward tilt angle,and chest waist drop chan-ges.On this basis,innovative design strategies were proposed for the upper structure of hunchbacked women of adopting a three-dimensional mountain peak shape,horizontal bow shape,and spiral fold shape.At the same time,fabric assistance and special sewing techniques were used to enhance the fit and comfort of the clothing.After trial production and wearing verification,this innovative design scheme can effectively improve the appearance of hunchback women's tops,reduce wrinkles,tight-ness and other adverse phenomena caused by special body types,significantly improve the beauty and comfort of clothing.
Abstract:In this article,emotional design was taken as basis,integrating with healing-style de-sign concepts,the psychological needs of Gen-Z for healing-style design were clarified.Through case studies,elements such as color,fabric,and form to achieve emotional healing were analyzed.Design strategies for emotional healing in creative women's wear was explored.Finally,the potential appli-cation of emotional design and healing concepts in creative women's wear were demonstrated through design practices to provide new insights for designers.

Abstract:The article introduced that RFID technology was applied in the spinning production line of multi-link automatic winders.Through the solution for the electrical control system,enabling in-telligent sorting and quality tracking of bobbins.This supported the operation of the single automatic winder matched with different spinning frames.The flexible cooperation between multi-variety fine spinning machines and automatic winders was achieved to save space,reduce costs and improve effi-ciency,thereby promoting the transformation towards intelligent spinning and enhancing the automa-ted management level of factories.

Abstract:In this paper,plane image analysis of Group Portrait of Noblewomen was taken as the starting point,the Auto CAD structural drawing,Photoshop and AI pattern restoration as well as CLO3D virtual fitting technology were used to restore the inner and outer garments of three ladies in the painting,and their static and dynamic display models were obtained.This method has achieved non-contact restoration of clothing soft cultural relics,which is of great significance for promoting the digital construction of museums.

Abstract:The design and application of inspection tool for switchboard in textile equipment based on PLC was presented in this paper.The inefficiency and defect omission issues in textile equipment switchboard inspection were effectively resolved by the designed tool.Experiment results demonstra-ted that our inspection tool reduced inspection time to one-tenth and time costs by 75.15%while both completion rate and accuracy rate were improved to 100%.Therefore the inspection tool provides more reliable technical support for the production of switchboard and the operation of terminal products.
Abstract:In this paper,the production practice of high-speed spinning of viscose yarn by air-jet spinning was tried,which used to adjust the spinning parameters of the vortex machine and replace spinning special parts to investigate the influencing factors on the H value of the yarn hairiness by the vortex spinning equipment,and to provide theoretical basis for spinning the yarn to meet the custom-ers requirements.
Abstract:Based on evolutionary game theory,a two-agent game model between traditional sup-ply chain enterprises and AI technology-driven enterprises was constructed.Parameterized modeling methods were employed.The aim was to investigate the evolutionary patterns of collaborative deci-sion-making among core enterprises,a key element of digital intelligence transformation,within the AI-driven transformation of the apparel supply chain.It was found that when the cooperative benefits exceeded a specific threshold,the system transitioned from a dual non-cooperation equilibrium to a full cooperation equilibrium.Furthermore,an increase in cooperative benefits was shown to signifi-cantly lower the initial threshold for initiating cooperation.
Abstract:This study based on clothing human factors engineering theory.The physiological and psychological characteristics of pregnant women were analyzed through literature review.A multi-di-mensional optimization strategy system for maternity wear design was constructed from four dimen-sions:styling structure,color matching,fabric selection,and accessory design.This research aimed to address the problems of unreasonable design and insufficient comfort in traditional maternity wear.Systematic theoretical framework and practical guidance were provided for the transformation of ma-ternity wear design from traditional experience-based approach to modern scientific approach.
Abstract:Through the analysis of ancient and modern literature,this study discussed the crafts-manship and techniques of ancient silk spinning,silk weaving,painting,dyeing,and printing,aiming to understand and inherit the ancient silk dyeing techniques.The research results indicated that the dyeing techniques described in the Kaogongji not only possess strong scientific nature but also most of them have been passed down to up to now,have made significant contributions to the development of China's silk industry.Therefore,they are worthy of being inherited and referenced in modern silk dyeing culture.
