Abstract：The traditional cheongsam was taken as the research object in this paper.Through the study and textual research of historical documents,the origin and style characteristics of the tradition-al cheongsam were traced.The influence of the traditional cheongsam on the shape of modern fit che-ongsam was expounded,and some reference value was provided for the structure design of modern fit cheongsam.
