Abstract：The article introduced that RFID technology was applied in the spinning production line of multi-link automatic winders.Through the solution for the electrical control system,enabling in-telligent sorting and quality tracking of bobbins.This supported the operation of the single automatic winder matched with different spinning frames.The flexible cooperation between multi-variety fine spinning machines and automatic winders was achieved to save space,reduce costs and improve effi-ciency,thereby promoting the transformation towards intelligent spinning and enhancing the automa-ted management level of factories.
