Abstract：Lemon essential oil microcapsules were prepared the application of ultrasonic shock method by mixing pure natural plant extract ingredient lemon essential oil and beta-cyclodextrin in a ratio of 1∶2.The microcapsules were smooth in surface,uniform in shape and size,D90=1.611 μm,oil content was 19.5%,and the coating effect of beta-cyclodextrin on lemon essential oil was good.The thermal stability and light stability of the capsule were strengthened,and the sustained release effect was good.
