Abstract:Coordinating the collaborative innovation of vocational education,higher education,and continuing education,promoting educational digitalization,and building a learning society and a learning-oriented country for all people throughout their lives are important components of constructing a high-quality education system.However,there are four main issues that hinder the collaborative development of these three types of education:cross-domain role transition barriers for teachers,significant differences in educational models and training objectives,barriers to sharing teaching resources,and obstacles in credit bank recognition and learning achievement transfer.How to use digital technology to coordinate and allocate various educational resources,improve allocation efficiency,and effectively connect and integrate them is the key to achieving the coordinated,innovative,and high-quality development of the three types of education.Therefore,this paper proposes four strategies to promote the collaborative and innovative development of"three types of education":scientifically allocating shared digital resources to build an intelligent collaborative education community;strengthening the construction of teaching staff to enhance digital teaching capabilities;transforming teaching models through digital technology to achieve deep integration of online and offline education;and establishing and improving a digital education system to seamlessly connect the three types of education.

Abstract:Improving the governance of industrial colleges is a practical exploration of deepening the integration of industry and education,and also an important measure to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.Based on the perspective of symbiosis theory,this paper analyzes the governance symbiosis system of industrial colleges from three dimensions—symbiotic units,symbiotic models,and symbiotic environment—and clarifies the internal logic of industrial college governance under the symbiosis theory.Research has shown that there are operation challenges in the governance of symbiotic systems in industrial colleges,such as mismatches between resource supply and demand among diverse symbiotic units,imbalances in the benefit distribution mechanism of the symbiotic model,and weak support for the symbiotic environment.It is essential to further enhance the internal driving force of symbiotic units,improve the distribution capacity of the symbiotic model,and strengthen the external driving force of the symbiotic environment,so as to provide new development ideas and paths for the governance of industrial colleges.

Abstract:In the specific scenario where generative AI drives higher education governance,this paper deconstructs the four-dimensional motivation origins of"guidance force—endogenous force—driving force—guarantee force"to clarify the dialectical positioning of policy guidance,the efficiency and equity demands of endogenous needs,the cognitive paradigm innovation driven by technology,and the risk prevention and control function of institutional guarantees.Furthermore,it analyzes the operational mechanisms of various motivational elements at the"point-line-plane"levels,demonstrating the evolutionary logic of governance elements from mechanical superposition to organic integration.Finally,it proposes optimization strategies of"capacity upgrading to address element weakness,channel optimization to resolve coordination bottlenecks,and ecological resilience building to nourish the governance ecosystem as a living entity",providing a theoretical framework and practical path that integrates innovative momentum and ethical bottom lines for the intelligent transformation of higher education.

Abstract:In the context of the high-quality development of vocational education,skills competitions in vocational colleges have become a crucial engine for advancing talent cultivation.In light of this development trend,strengthening the reform of teaching models and enhancing students'vocational skills have become the top priorities for higher vocational colleges at present.As a core major in the field of early childhood care services in higher vocational colleges,the preschool education major needs to achieve a comprehensive reform of its teaching model under the guidance of skills competitions and in combination with the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)teaching concept.Currently,in the teaching reform of"integration of courses and competitions"in the preschool education major,problems such as loose integration between courses and competitions,lack of systematicness in curriculum content,and disconnection between theoretical learning and practical operation have emerged.In response to this,based on the OBE teaching concept,this paper proposes practical paths for the teaching reform of the preschool education major in vocational colleges under the guidance of"integration of courses and competitions"from aspects such as teaching objectives,curriculum system,and the integration of theory and practice,so as to comprehensively improve students'core vocational literacy and practical innovation capabilities.

Abstract:As the core driving force behind the modernization transformation of vocational education,new-quality productive forces inject strong momentum and solid support into the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents who meet market demands.The new-quality productive forces have a profound impact on talent cultivation in vocational colleges from three dimensions:ideological guidance,technological guidance,and factor guidance.This paper deeply analyzes the mechanism of new-quality productive forces in the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents in vocational colleges from the perspectives of improving the efficiency of educational resource allocation,accelerating the innovation of teaching content,and promoting the digital transformation of teaching models.Finally,it puts forward practical paths such as clarifying the orientation of educational goals,optimizing the layout of disciplines and majors,innovating educational and teaching models,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and comprehensively deepening the integration of industry and education,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents in vocational colleges under the guidance of new-quality productive forces.

Abstract:Suzhou is a starting point of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI).Over the past decade,Suzhou has deeply integrated itself into the joint construction of the BRI.Leveraging its strengths in"Suzhou Manufacturing","Suzhou Smart Manufacturing","Suzhou Construction","Suzhou Investment","Suzhou Technology"and"Suzhou Education",it has forged a path of win-win cooperation with relevant countries and made contributions to the advancement of the BRI.The achievements gained are as follows:it has expanded its"circle of friends"for international friendship,built the"Four Silk Roads"covering land,sea,air and internet,realized the dual improvement of both efficiency and quality in economic and trade cooperation,improved the diversified investment and financing system,and consolidated the public opinion foundation for friendly exchanges.Based on an analysis of the opportunities and challenges currently faced by the BRI,and in line with the new requirements for high-quality development,this paper provides forward-looking guidance for Suzhou's government and enterprises in their engagement with the BRI over the next decade:to pursue a green Silk Road,a path of innovative development,and a path with Suzhou characteristics.

Abstract:The rapid development of AI technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to the high-quality development of vocational education.AI technology can not only enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of vocational education,but also promote the optimal allocation of educational resources and the realization of personalized learning.However,issues such as the reform and construction of the vocational education system,the growing demand for diversified school-running models,the improvement of talent cultivation quality,and the imperfection of the existing vocational education governance system have all become major tasks that must be addressed for the high-quality development of vocational education.To address the above issues,this paper puts forward five strategies:accelerating the reconstruction of the modern vocational education teaching system and innovating vocational education planning;building a skilled talent cultivation system featuring"digital intelligence+craftsmanship spirit"to achieve the compound development of talent training;improving the matching degree between the supply side of talent cultivation and the demand side of industrial development to advance the in-depth integration of industry and education;establishing and improving the modern vocational education governance system to drive the reform of vocational education governance;and optimizing the international cooperation mechanism to provide a Chinese solution for the development of vocational education.It is expected that amid the wave of AI technology development,a new path for the high-quality development of China's vocational education can be explored.

Abstract:Vocational education has grown fairly well in China. Nevertheless,as more and more importance is attached to craftsman spirit,people begin to find there is severe vacancy in cultivating students’craftsmen’s spirit at school,with junior vocational schools in particular. Therefore,combining the connotations of craftsmen’s spirit and starting with different factors influencing this practice,this paper discuses the importance of cultivating craftsmen’s spirit in junior vocational schools and puts forward some approaches to this problem.

Abstract:One of the main directions in which vocational education develops is "jointly cultivating talents via integrating production with teaching". To address the problems existing in current college-enterprise cooperation, this paper puts forward some ideas and measures concerning that reform. Taking the reform of the computer network technology specialty as an example in Suzhou Vocational University, this paper also proposes talentcultivating patterns, namely," cultivating talents via integrating production with teaching", including flexible curriculum system, diversified cooperation mechanism, talent training guarantee system and so on.

Abstract:Investigation and research show that it is necessary for vocational colleges to launch innovation and entrepreneurship education. In doing so not only students’ awareness, spirit and capability of venture can be fostered, but also the faculty committed to innovation and entrepreneurship can be strengthened. Besides, a theoretical system of such courses, its operational mode and practical methods can be established or implemented so as to lift up the standard of school-running, produce high-quality workers or technical talents and better cater to the needs of economic and social development.
