Reform of Personnel Training Mode of "Jointly Cultivating Talents via Integrating Production with Teaching" in Vocational Colleges: A Case Study of Computer Network Technology Specialty in Suzhou Vocational University

Abstract：One of the main directions in which vocational education develops is "jointly cultivating talents via integrating production with teaching". To address the problems existing in current college-enterprise cooperation, this paper puts forward some ideas and measures concerning that reform. Taking the reform of the computer network technology specialty as an example in Suzhou Vocational University, this paper also proposes talentcultivating patterns, namely," cultivating talents via integrating production with teaching", including flexible curriculum system, diversified cooperation mechanism, talent training guarantee system and so on.
