On the Importance of and Approaches to Cultivating Craftsmen’s Spirit in Vocational Schools

Abstract：Vocational education has grown fairly well in China. Nevertheless,as more and more importance is attached to craftsman spirit,people begin to find there is severe vacancy in cultivating students’craftsmen’s spirit at school,with junior vocational schools in particular. Therefore,combining the connotations of craftsmen’s spirit and starting with different factors influencing this practice,this paper discuses the importance of cultivating craftsmen’s spirit in junior vocational schools and puts forward some approaches to this problem.
