Analysis on the Path of New-Quality Productive Forces Guiding the Cultivation of High-Quality Skilled Talents in Vocational Colleges

Abstract：As the core driving force behind the modernization transformation of vocational education,new-quality productive forces inject strong momentum and solid support into the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents who meet market demands.The new-quality productive forces have a profound impact on talent cultivation in vocational colleges from three dimensions:ideological guidance,technological guidance,and factor guidance.This paper deeply analyzes the mechanism of new-quality productive forces in the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents in vocational colleges from the perspectives of improving the efficiency of educational resource allocation,accelerating the innovation of teaching content,and promoting the digital transformation of teaching models.Finally,it puts forward practical paths such as clarifying the orientation of educational goals,optimizing the layout of disciplines and majors,innovating educational and teaching models,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and comprehensively deepening the integration of industry and education,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents in vocational colleges under the guidance of new-quality productive forces.
