Research on the Path for Coordinating"Three Types of Education"to Build a New Synergistic Educational Ecosystem

Abstract：Coordinating the collaborative innovation of vocational education,higher education,and continuing education,promoting educational digitalization,and building a learning society and a learning-oriented country for all people throughout their lives are important components of constructing a high-quality education system.However,there are four main issues that hinder the collaborative development of these three types of education:cross-domain role transition barriers for teachers,significant differences in educational models and training objectives,barriers to sharing teaching resources,and obstacles in credit bank recognition and learning achievement transfer.How to use digital technology to coordinate and allocate various educational resources,improve allocation efficiency,and effectively connect and integrate them is the key to achieving the coordinated,innovative,and high-quality development of the three types of education.Therefore,this paper proposes four strategies to promote the collaborative and innovative development of"three types of education":scientifically allocating shared digital resources to build an intelligent collaborative education community;strengthening the construction of teaching staff to enhance digital teaching capabilities;transforming teaching models through digital technology to achieve deep integration of online and offline education;and establishing and improving a digital education system to seamlessly connect the three types of education.
