[Journal Article]Cao Meiqin-Journal of Qilu Nursing2016, No.06

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application methoc anc effect of optimizing emergency nursing process in patients with acute cere-bral infarction. Methocs:90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were rancomly civicec into the experimental group anc the control group (45 cases in each group). The routine nursing care was taken in the control group basec on routine nursing process;the optimizec emer-gency nursing process was acoptec in the experimental group. The clinical effect of emergency treatment, the scores of MESSS after 48 anc 72 hours of the treatment, the scores of ADL before anc after nursing care anc the scores of SIS after 6 months of follow - up were comparec between the two groups. Results:The ciagnosis time anc total treatment time was shorter anc the recurrence rate of sequelae anc infarction was significantly lower in the experimental group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the scores of MESSS after 48 anc 72 hours of the treatment were significantly lower anc the scores of ADL were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the scores of SIS after 6 months of follow - up were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The optimizec emergency nursing process can shorten the time of emergency treatment anc improve the efficiency of emergency treatment so as to improve the neurological function anc the quality of life of the patients.

[Journal Article]Zeng Huirong-Journal of Qilu Nursing2016, No.10

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the application effect of unprotected midwifery nursing in the promotion of the natural childbirth of primiparas. Methods:120 primiparas were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(60 primiparas in each group). The protected midwifery nursing was taken in the control group and the unprotected midwifery nursing was adopted in the observa-tion group, the lateral perineal resection rate, perineal trauma and pain, birth process, postpartum complications and neonatal asphyxia rate were compared between the two groups. Results:The lateral perineal resection rate was significantly lower and perineal injury and postpar-tum perineal pain was significantly less and milder in the observation group than the control group(P < 0. 05);the incidence of postpartum urinary retention was significantly lower in observation group than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The unprotected midwifery nursing can reduce lateral perineal resection rate and the injury of perineum,it has no obvious influence on the birth process and can pro-mote natural delivery.

[Journal Article]Wang Wenming, Li Xuemei, Cai Xiaohua-Journal of Qilu Nursing2014, No.09

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of whole nursing intervention on the atomization inhalation therapy for children with asth -ma.Methods:64 children with asthma were selected as the object of study and they were provided whole nursing intervention before and af -ter the therapy during hospitalization .The factors to cause poor treatment compliance of the children were analyzed , and the pulmonary function and the treatment compliance of the children were evaluated before and after nursing intervention .Results:In all failure cases ,fail-ing to get cooperation of the parents accounted for 39.06%;resistance of the children accounted for 21.88%;lack of trust between nurses and patients accounted for 15.63%;violation of operating procedures by nursing staff accounted for 14.06%;high medical cost accounted for 9.38%.The comparison of the indexes of FEV ,PEFR,FVC,PaO2 ,SaO2 in 30 minutes after the intervention with those in 30 minutes before the intervention was significantly different (P<0.05); the difference of the treatment compliance of the children was statistically significant before and after the intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole nursing intervention during atomization inhalation therapy can promote the communication among parents , children and nursing staff so as to relieve the symptoms of the children and improve their quality of life .
