Effect of the individualized nursing care on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with gal stone surgery

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of the individualized nursing care on the psychological status and quality of life of pa -tients with gallstone surgery .Methods:680 patients with cholelithiasis were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group (340 cases in each group).The routine and individualized nursing care was respectively implemented in the control and intervention group, the psychological changes and quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups before and after nursing care . Results:The severity level of fear of the patients was significantly lower in the intervention group than the control group after nursing care ;the SAS scores were 42.60 ±7.11 points and SDS scores were 42.38 ±7.52 points in the intervention group after nursing care and they were significantly lower than 50.33 ±8.26 points and 49.75 ±7.80 points in the control group;the scores of GIQLI were 124.75 ± 6.50points in the intervention group and they were significantly higher than 116.30 ±8.42 points in the control group .Conclusion:The individualized nursing care can relieve the negative psychological state and improve the quality of life of patients with gallstone surgery .
