Application of individualized nursing to pre-hospital emergency care of patients with AMI

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application effect of the individualized nursing in pre -hospital emergency care of patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:92 AMI patients treated in our hospital from Sept.2011 to Sept.2012 were taken as the obser-vation group and the individualized nursing in pre -hospital nursing care was given to the patients;other 92 AMI patients treated from Sept.2010 to Aug.2011 were taken as the control group and routine nursing care in pre -hospital emergency care was taken in this group . The clinical nursing effects were compared between the two groups .Results:The out -call reaction time,emergency time and admission time was shorter in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05);the emergency diagnosis rate ,transferring success rate and res-cue success rate was higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The individualized nursing has a good effect in pre-hospital emergency care of patients with AMI and it can reduce the fatality rate .
